Das Personal hatte versucht uns bereits bestehende schäden zu verrechnen. Wir hatten ein zusatz bett benötigt, es wurden aber 2 gebracht und in rechnung gestellt. • John (9/5): Nice place to stay for a group of 6 to 9 persons - Most of the persons in the group liked the pool. The karaoke was also used and liked by most of them. The pool table was also used and liked by everyone. The BBQ unit was also good and well used by the group. Communications: This was an issue as the phone number provided by Bookin.com was not valid. However, the person was kind enough to provide us with the correct number to call. Google Maps: The address provided was used on Google maps and it took us to a place not far from the Villa, but wrong destination. We had to call the owner again and was guided by tham to the correct address.

Beskidt indenfor beskidt udenfor kakkelakker udenfor og indenfor beskidt pool.ingen ekstra sengetøj housekeeper var ubehøvlet når jer klagede over det. Ville ikk anbefale andre at booke det for er på ingen måde pengene værd
• Paul (5/5): Vergane glorie. Leuk zwembad maar veel problemen met de villa zelf. - Buiten is ruim Prima zwembad en leuke maar kleine glijbaan. Kids vonden dat leuk Pooltafel beetje gammel maar leuk Internet, tv en airco’s waren prima Het was echt vergane glorie zeker de villa zelf Veel vieze plekken, de badkamer stonk enorm die hebben we niet gebruikt Haar in het putje van de douche Het doucheputje was verstopt en overstroomde telkens De BBQ buiten was smerig Buiten vonden we nog heel veel sigarettenpeuken van vorige huurders. En veel vieze doekjes, gesmolten kaarsen etc. Er was buiten niet goed schoongemaakt. Echt een afknapper. Voordat je de villa betreedt krijg je via een bericht al meer dan 10 regels die je niet mag overschrijden want anders volgt een boete. Niet erg gastvrij. De deur naar de douchekamer was verrot. Het slot werkte niet goed en we hebben ons meerdere keren tijdelijk ongewenst opgesloten. Echt heel slecht. Het moet een bekend probleem zijn want de deur was al beschadigd doordat vorige huurders ongetwijfeld hard aan de deur trokken om de deur weer open te krijgen. Al met al vonden we het vrij slecht en geen fijne villa. Een leuk zwembad kon ons gevoel niet compenseren.
• Michelle (7/5): Great place for family. - Beautiful swimming pool and very helpful host. Very big bed and clean bedsheet and towels, short car journey to night market. Spacious and quiet. No wardrobe in the room, very basic design. A drive away to shops other than 7 11.
• Phiraya (10/5): High Recommend to Families - It's really family-friendly for families who have young kids. Plus it's a house which is nice compared to the hotel. Highly recommend it to people who bring kids and want to enjoy a private getaway with a private small and big pool. The neighbors have huge dogs that aren't on leash, so sometimes those dogs will be roaming by the front gate of the house, which is annoying because nobody wants to get bitten by rough dogs.

The pool, bbq, rooms, speedy responses, owner’s flexibility of providing with more mattresses for more people, toys in the pool, waterslide, near everything, 7/11 around the corner, etc Only the karaoke mic does not work well
• Surayut (8/5): A well maintained pool villa, clean and tidy. Teenagers loved the pool and pool slide. Recommended - Villa features (pool, pool slide, pool table, TV, rooms) were as advertised and in good condition. Having a washing machine is very useful although we did not use it as it was only a short stay. There is an external shower and toilet - saves having to come into the house to use the facilities. Air cond worked well. The external bedroom, while good is up a very steep set of stairs. Unsuitable for older people and children. Probably OK for late teens and adult in good health. The up/down steps into the kitchen area. While there are shops nearby, a little walk downhill is a bit of a walk back up the hill. Snakes - had a small non poisonous wolf snake visited the villa. Just need to be aware if you have small children.
• Andrea (10/5): Worth every cent! - Everything! The Villa is amazing, very clean and spacious. Gigantic TV, pool, karaoke set. What do you want more?! The kitchen needs new cutlery and pots, they are really not up with the rest of the house.
• Kenneth (4/5): Disappointing - Nice place to eat within 100yards Property not suitable for disabled guest's as it has several level changes thoughout the property which were not visible on the photos so we had to lift my disabled wife around the property to eat get in and out of the building
• Ian (9/5): Superb - The pool. The layout. The big tv. The 🛝. All made for a very nice holiday home. Even a nice bbq. Every air con worked well. Took a small deposit and gave back promptly at check out. Was very happy with this rental. Need some sort of transport. About 8km from main area. Bathroom doors keep locking themselves. Could of done with somewhere to hang clothes as there where no wardrobes in rooms.
