Guest Reviews
- Ellie (10/5): Brilliant stay in Liverpool. Great apartment. Would recommend - Great location. Very comfortable and great facilities. Nothing
- Spencer Marshall (8/5): Noce location and well equipped - Convenient location Parking, then getting keys, then going to property. But it wasn't too much of a hassle
- Alcuin (7/5): Great location, lovely apartment and near by caffes etc. - Location was perfect, the apartment had a wow factor when you entered it, clean and comfortable. Everyone said the same thing, so around a winner. Understanding the location of the carpark and how to get the free parking. We gave up in the end.
- John (9/5): - Location Hee haw
- Jane (8/5): Comfortable and well located . - It was equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
Well located for all the sights and close to bars and restaurants.
Quiet considering you are in the heart of Liverpool Needed a mirror in the spare bedroom .
Whilst the apartment was clean there was dust on the wooden skirtings in the bathroom upstairs , also, the toilet downstairs had ingrained dust around the bottom of the pedestal .
- Natalie (10/5): - Good location, nice layout, clean and modern. Bin facility was hard to find when throwing away rubbish.
- Gallagher (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay in Liverpool. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there, and the location made it easy to get around the city. The host was helpful and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’d happily stay again!
- Neil (9/5): Excellent. Stayed in Liverpool many times. Best place we have stayed - Clean. Good facilities - everything we needed. It was comfortable and felt homely All good
- Julia (10/5): Wonderful place!! Modern, well equipped, super comfortable with amazing attention to detail. Staff were absolutely great - EVERYTHING! I have nothing bad to say about it at all!
Great location. Immaculate. Well equipped. Modern. Comfortable beds and bedding. Tea, coffee, ice! It really was superb! Terri was our contact and super helpful. 🫶🏻 Nothing!
- Kaye (10/5): -
- Nils (10/5): Clean and spacious - The appartment was very clean, spacious and close to the city centre. The owner is very helpful and the free parking is very convenient.
- Elizabeth (8/5): We all had a lovely time, building was nice and quiet, excellent location for us. - The decor was lovely as well as the building the appartment was in. Only 1 shower, 1 booked because it had 2 bathrooms but didn’t realise, one only had a bath which was a bit inconvenient for 6 Ladies but not a massive deal.
- Hardbattle (10/5): This apartment is in such a quiet location, in a buzzing, energetic and dynamic city. We loved it. - This apartment is a great place to stay in central Liverpool, within an easy walk to many shops, bars, restaurants and historic and music venues. Some of the architecture close by is stunning.
The apartment is within a quiet, mainly residential building which is of high maintenance quality.
I could not have asked for anything more in the apartment, to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. It is clean and tastefully kitted out.
The facilities were excellent with one of the bedrooms being en-suite, and another wc./shower room located near the entrance to the apartment.
I will be staying here again, without doubt. Nothing
- O D (10/5): Excellent hosts were very helpful and the Appartment was immaculate - Nice place easy location decent process enjoyed the overall stay apart from the trains on the way home which were all cancelled 😂
- S (9/5): Well furnished + staff were very helpful - The property was very well put together. Definitely the perfect apartment for our short city break as a group of girls. We loved everything only thing we were unsure about was the key handover. It was in a newsagents down the road. But definitely will be recommending the property to people going in Liverpool.
- Penny (9/5): - Really great place. Spotless and well decorated with an excellent location. Free parking right in the city a real bonus. Small points but an internal blind for the master bedroom would really improve things, as it felt a bit exposed and did not block out the light.
- Joanna (10/5): Great would stay again - Clean, modern great location
- Susan (10/5): Perfect city break - Location , facilities. Cleanliness. Nothing
- Ruscelli (9/5): -
- Liam (10/5): No - Great location
Me and my son over for the game and it was perfect
- janice (10/5): -
- Anna (10/5): Very enjoyable with everything we needed - Very clean and tastefully done. A great location for central Liverpool.
- Susan (10/5): Had a lovely stay in Liverpool . The property was pretty central without being busy . It was about 10 mins walk to Mathe - Beautiful old building , but apartment was modern , well appointed and well equipped . Lovely and clean . Beds comfortable . 2 bathrooms were a blessing with kids . Wi-fi great . The property was a bit difficult to find and there was no onsite parking . However there is a designated parking spot about 10 mins walk . Being a third floor attic conversion it was very hot but there are fans in the rooms .
- susielambo (9/5): Rare, affordable city centre find for family - Very central and all city centre attractions witin walking distance. Clean and well maintained to high level. Secure, quiet building with easy access. Apartment on 3rd floor but lift available. Easy to follow check-in instructions.
General city noise, as expected of central city location but only heard if windows were open In main bedroom a blackout blind is fitted to the velux window. However due to apartment configuration, (duplex style with bedrooms upstairs) there is an internal window which benefit from a blind. Although privacy isn't infrindged, early morning light in summertime was disturbing.
I couldnt locate the bin store, on the second floor - may of bee my ow fault tho due to rushing to vacate apartment on time.
- Caitlin (6/5): Eventful - Clean and spacious Hard to find
- Alexander (9/5): Great apartment in city centre - Very nice, spacious, newly refurbished apartment. It had everything we needed. Terri was really easy to contact & informatively answered my questions before our stay. Great cafe below on the corner & a very short walk into the city centre & the main attractions. We'd stay again. Parking location, but it was free. No shower in the main bedroom ensuite. A blackout blind would be good in the main bedroom.
- Kissinger (9/5): - Location was excellent, near to the station and the buses. Easy walk from Lime Street. Easy stroll to centre of Cavern quarter and not too far to walk to Liver Building and waterfront.
Very clean. Kitchen had most amenities you'd need.
Good communication with owner .
Great cafe just below the flat.
Beds comfy.
Lots of towels and hot water.
The use of a fan in each room was appreciated and necessary. Would elevate score to a 10 if...
Had use of a dishwasher...it was a pain having to wash up breakfast stuff before setting off every morning.
Had a non slip mat in the bath or a grab rail.....for safety sake my husband didn't use the bath as too slippery without a rubber mat or handrail.
Mirrors needed in bedrooms! Tricky doing hair and make up every morning . I know there's a mirror in the bathroom but if your partner is in there and you want to do your hair/ makeup, bit awkward, had to balance my tiny compact mirror on the radiator at a sharp angle so I could sit on the bed to dry my hair and do makeup.
Also as there was no dressing table/ chest of drawers or even just a shelf or two in the bedrooms to layout make up, toiletries , watches, brushes, jewellery items etc, it was awkward .
Little things, I know but it would've given this a perfect score and made the stay more comfortable.
- Anna (10/5): - Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji. Piękny budynek w ktorym jest mieszkanie.
- Kiera (2/5): - Our experience with this apartment was disappointing for several reasons. To begin with, key collection was inconvenient and unprofessional, requiring us to collect it from an unrelated individual at a nearby corner shop. There was no lockbox provided, and we were only given one key to share between two guests.
The main bedroom lacked curtains, which resulted in being woken up very early due to sunlight. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an extremely small bin, and no instructions were given regarding rubbish disposal.
The communal lift leading to the apartment was in very poor condition, with visible rubbish and spilled drinks left unattended.
To make matters worse, £25 was deducted from our security deposit for a minor stain on the sheets, despite the fact that no spare bedding was provided — even though we stayed for a full week.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying in this apartment.
- Simon (9/5): 100% recommended. - Clean, everything you need provided, large, great location and easy to find.
Host was brilliant. Weather was very warm and so were the bedrooms. Need to have clear instructions on how to open the roof windows.
- Jenny (9/5): Great location for a city break - Really freshly decorated and clean Nothing
- Kathleen (9/5): Superb - It was very clean and looked new. We liked having a washing machine as Liverpool was the halfway point of a 2 week trip. The location was convenient to the station and waterfront museums. It was quite warm when we were there so appreciated that the bedrooms had fans . The bedroom windows could use curtains or blinds . During the summer it gets light very early and without anything covering the windows, light sleepers should bring a sleep mask.
- Matthew (10/5): Very enjoyable stay - Excellent location and free parking what was really good It was all very good
- Saud (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly helpful and always available whenever I needed assistance — very welcoming and kind, which made the experience even better.
The apartment itself is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from Liverpool Lime Street train station and the bus station, making it super convenient for travel. It’s also close to the city centre, so shopping, restaurants, and all major attractions are easily accessible on foot.
The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay.
Highly recommend for anyone visiting Liverpool.
- Lucy (10/5): Fantastic stay, great location and excellent all round - Excellent location and well equipped
- Jimmy (9/5): Excellent Stay - Good location, appartment was very clean and well prepared, good facilities, the owner was very good to deal with Nothing in particular
- Angela (7/5): Good - Good location, well presented. Lack of curtains or black out blinds meant we were woken by sunlight in the morning.
Also hard to work out where the car parking space was - needs to be made clear that it’s not the NCP at Moorlands
- Joe (9/5): Highly recommend - Came out of the Lime street station and walked less than 10 minutes to get there, instructions were clear. Walked to Liverpool One in the afternoon where we had dinner and short cab ride to Anfield in the evening, bus back from Anfield after the match. Location is fantastic. Flat is very clean and essentials supplied, I would highly recommend and would definitely book again. After coffee in the apartment we had breakfast in Dale street. Overall very good experience.
