• Ugo (7/5): - La grandezza dell'appartamento ,le terrazze ,bagno riservato alla camera,la posizione vicino al mare e centro città La doccia piccola , lavandino che perdeva acqua ,la lavatrice che non funzionava ,quindi abbiamo dovuto usare una lavanderia esterna , condizionatore con lo scarico ,direttamente in ingresso del condominio creando disagio a tutti.
• Nikolai (7/5): В целом впечатления о проживании в апартаментах положительные. - Удобное расположение: до пляжа Сан-Джованни можно дойти за 5-7 минут, до пляжа Мария Пиа за 15 минут, до старого города можно дойти за 20-25 минут. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, супермаркеты, небольшие продуктовые магазины, отличный магазин морепродуктов. Каждое утро напротив дома продают овощи и фрукты. Есть частная парковка, что тоже удобно. Апартаменты просторные и удобные для проживания. Очень понравилась терраса. Персонал, обслуживающий апартаменты всегда оперативно отвечал на все наши вопросы. Единственная проблема, которая не была решена- это не работающая стиральная машина. Не работала стиральная машина. Нам обещали решить эту проблему, но проблема решена не была.
• Michaela (5/5): Poor customer service, not recommended - Great location, 200 metres from the San Giovanni beach, close to a supermarket, bakery and stands with vegetables and fruit. A 20-minute walk to the city centre. Spacious appartment on the top floor, with a huge terrace. Early check in possible for a fee. Alghero Vacation Rentals, the agency, are doing a terrible job, every time we waited for at least 24 hrs for any help (no wifi router on the first day, broken washing machine, problems with electricity and A/C...). The "24 hour reception" doesn't communicate, they just relay the issue by "asking the management", with no subsequent reply. The washing machine wasn't repaired or replaced during our whole stay and we got no clean towels or received any compensation. The appartment could be nice with more attention to detail. Most of the furnishing is older and worn. Bathroom is very small, especially the shower. There is no A/C in one of the bedrooms, it gets unbearably hot and humid there. The bed in the bedroom with A/C is soft, wobbly and uncomfortable. There is only very basic kitchen equipment for cooking (no pan, no real knife, etc.). The appartment (and the whole building) needs a thorough cleaning and care, it was quite dirty.
