Ahmed (4/5): - Decent location and close to MRL and LRT stations. There was an ant infestation in the room and cockroaches in the hallway. The bed and towels were a bit dirty with hair on them. Only 1 lift and it's slow.

RIZA HAZRIN (7/5): - nothing but Ain was wonderful. super friendly one plug point in room and nothing else, toilet floor is not all level same hence cause puddle or mini flood in toilet
JER HEH (5/5): For a budget hotel near the city metro, this hotel provides convenient, clean, basic facility. - Too Noisy at night time till 4am as motorists roaring across the road Raja Laut. If you are not an easy-sleep person, you might consider more quiet & peaceful accommodation in KL. To gain the good sleep & rest, I would like to pay more for other choices of hotels in KL.

Sam (3/5): Broken lift, had to find another hotel - Not good - Nothing as we had to cancel our booking When we arrived, staff informed us that our room was on the 6th floor and the lift was broken, we saw a previous review mention this and the hotel replied saying they rectified the issue… we were annoyed to see it wasn’t fixed. We have 30+KG of luggage… Had to find another hotel and pay over 30RM for a grab when we already paid to get there. Staff were apologetic but it was still very inconvenient and cost us money to get to another hotel.
