• Gonzalez (1/5): - Linda la zona, cómoda! Yo había avisado que venía de Matera y llegaba a las 17hs 18hs Llegue a las 19hs, creí que tenía mi cama, pero no, nunca me llegó el número de la cama, muy feo! Yo había pagado, se supone que deben respetar la cama!

El kell utalni az idegenforgalmi adót 2. Ezután kapsz egy Whatsapp üzenetet, amiben lesz egy link és további utasítások 3. Beírod az ajtótól jobbra lévő pin pad-ba az email-ben kapott 4 számjegyű kódot (ekkor még nem tudod a kapcsolót elfordítani) 4. Ha a linkre rákattintasz --> Accedí --> Building gomb 5. Elfordítod a kapcsolót a pin padon 6. Kinyílik az ajtó 7. Belül lesz még egy pin pad, oda egy másik kód kell (ne hagyd ki a # jeleket sem!) 8. Bejutottál a folyósóra, már csak a szobádat kell megkeresned. Remélem, ez másoknak segítség lesz.

• Elsa (3/5): El lugar menos acogedor en que he estado - Solo la ubicacion La cucheta se movía hasta al respirar. Mejoró un poco cuando ocuparon la cama baja. La cocina no tiene casi elementos. Solo algo básico para 2 en un lugar que debe tener capacidad para mas de 20. No hay lockers. El check-in complicado, no hay personal de ningún tipo, solo atienden x telefono de lu a vi hasta 18 hs. Yo pude ingresar gracias a la ayuda de una huésped, porque las claves para entrar me llegaron 5 hs después. Eramos varias personas en esa situación. Incluso alguna que opto x buscar otro alojamiento. Muy desconsiderado para los viajeros. No volvería jamás

• Nida (1/5): Horrible!!!! - Nothing was likeable except the fact that it was a 5 mins walk to the beach. They didn’t assign which beds belonged to us. There was a confusion between the other guy and us but we settled by communicating. They gave no sheets to cover or even a blanket. We were frozen to death during the night. And the main entrance to building was a mess, didn’t open at all. We had to struggle a lot. We booked the place just to have a good rest during the night so we can recover for tomorrow but the place made us more tired honestly.

• Dusan (7/5): A nice city hostel, just needs a bit of the 'human touch' - A comfortable bed, enough room for my stuff, a nice and clean bathroom, pretty well equipped kitchen. A lack of human contact from the staff: everything was handled online, including check-in. The information provided was sufficient and most of the system worked perfectly fine. It wasn't without a hiccup though - I didn't manage to get the remote system for opening the main door to work properly (at all - to be precise). The staff tried to help remotely but it simply didn't work.

• Serhat (8/5): Good place in the heart of Bari - Very close to the city center. 15 min walk to the old Bari and the train station as well. The property is a flay inside an apartment building. There is a plate on the door but at first arrival, especially if you are arriving late lime me, it is very difficult to understand which door is the correct one.

• Larysa (8/5): - J'ai beaucoup aimé la cuisine : elle est très grande et vraiment bien équipée. C'est aussi très appréciable d'avoir autant de toilettes et de nombreuses cabines de douche à disposition. C'est vraiment génial! Ce qui m'a déplu, c'est la présence de tiroirs de rangement sous le lit. Comme la chambre est extrêmement petite, dès que nous sortions les tiroirs, il devenait impossible de circuler ou même de poser un pied par terre.

• Joel (4/5): The hostel is OK and had a good atmosphere but REALLY needs work on the check in. - The bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure. There are no staff and the check-in instructions given are incorrect. I was let in by other guests, and had to coordinate with them to let them in when they went out. I expected a basic hostel, but one of the absolute basics is being able to get in and out. I was lucky I arrived at a busy time with people coming and going. Booking.com, you need to do something about places like this. Also in their terms and conditions they say they charge an extra €5 for check in after 9pm (I made sure to arrive before this) which is downright offensive as there were no staff.

• Livia (5/5): - Kurtaxe musste online überwiesen werden. Es hieß, vorher könne die Buchung nicht abgeschlossen werden. Ich habe regelrecht darum betteln müssen, zumindest ins Foyer eingelassen zu werden. (Es regnete in Strömen und ich war mit dem Fahrrad auf Reisen.) Das Anmeldeprocedere war nicht kundenfreundlich.(Ich war nicht die Einzige, die echte Schwierigkeiten hatte.) Ich war 2Nächte da und erst am zweiten Morgen erschien Personal.(Toilettenpapier musste aus anderen Zimmern erbeten werden.) Meine Überlegung, ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben, habe ich sofort verworfen.

• Francesco (6/5): Appena accettabile. Buona la posizione - Ottima la gentilezza dello staff e la posizione in pieno centro. Siamo certamente a un livello appena accettabile nel 2025. In primis da migliorare la sicurezza: la porta della stanza non si poteva chiudere, non funzionava la serratura. In secondo luogo da migliorare i sanitari e l'impianto elettrico in generale a servizio dei letti.

• Emilia (6/5): - Very good location but it’s very easy for anyone to enter since when people go out they also open for you. No reception and keys, all through the phone to open the doors. Also in the hostel there’s no locker on the rooms which is a little scary but otherwise the rooms were pretty clean. Literally almost anyone can enter if anyone goes out and open the door for you, no keys. No locker to the rooms so anyone in the hostel can also enter when you sleep. It was well cleaned but still a little uncomfortable sleeping knowing someone can enter.

De noche me dio miedo dormir en una habitacion sin llave, habia hombres en otras habitaciones y cualquiera puede entrar. Que no haya nadie en el hostel no es muy comodo. El whatsapp lo responden, pero si no tenes wifi no podes entrar...

• Blanca (2/5): - No tienen personal como tal, tienen un sistema para abrir la puerta que funciona cuando quiere, y si les llamas para explicárselo son súper arrogantes. Llegó al cabo de una hora un señor preguntándonos muy enfadado que qué era eso de que "su" sistema no funcionaba.

The location is lively at night, with many bars and young people/students on a Saturday night. My room was quite comfortable, with lots of storage space Quite dirty and old maintenance. Very awkward system to allocate rooms and beds,, it took me a while to find out which was my room and my bed as they were named / numbered differently compared to the confirmation received after I made the payment. All the tourists that came in the same time with me were also confused. And there was no key to the room, the doors stayed open.

La cosa allucinante che sono stato messo nella lista nera della struttura senza una motivazione.il responsabile delle strutture un certo Ettore persona arrogante presuntuoso convinto di quello che dice, praticamente instabile al livello di cervello dove non prenderei neanche un caffè.le persone che si occupano delle pulizie di altri servizi della struttura sono persone appartenenti a famiglia criminali delinquenti della città di bari. Praticamente un disastro

• anna (1/5): La peggiore notte della mia vita - La stanza niente di che il problema è stata la sicurezza. Ho prenotato un letto nel dormitorio femminile e durante la notte entra un uomo che non era evidentemente nè un turista nè un viaggiatore, era incappucciato e aveva solo un sacchetto di plastica. Si mette nel letto accanto al mio, aveva una tosse terribile e respirava a farica. Va in bagno piu e piu volte. Questo fino alle sei di mattina. Quando decido di andarmene per la paura. La struttura dice che essendo Ostello la gente si confonde sul dove dormire. A me sembra che il problema sia un altro. La stanza non aveva chiavi.

Des planches en guise de pseudo tables Pas de personnel Au tél personne ne répond ou alors attente ou alors accueil détestable Pas de rideau mais surtout pas de locker dans toutes les chambres Pas de clé pour fermer la porte Erreur dans l’attribution des lits ( un gars dans une chambre de filles) L’auberge de Bari centrale est bcq mieux Des femmes de ménage qui vous expulsent à 10 h Évitez cet endroit à tous prix

• jeff (3/5): Was so uncomfortable on my final day. I bought another hotel room. Just not a comfortable place to s - The staff at the main office was helpful unfortunately because of traveling, I did not receive the email in time to not go to the correct location for check-in. I had made the reservation once in advance and had no idea my sleeping quarters would not be near the main office. The cleaning ladies were very polite and did their best with the facilities. The walls in the bedrooms, bathrooms look like there is mold on them. The whole place should be cleaned and painted. Because there is no management on site. There was too many people smoking on the balcony and the whole smell came into the room. There are no locks on the Community doors. The women complained of men going into the female locker rooms. Too many beds were stuffed in my room, making it a thin walkway just to get into the bathroom.

• Severina (8/5): - Very good location, comfortable beds, kitchen, if you are a girl/woman I recommend choosing the female room! as everyone is mentioning the check in system is far from perfect. You can pay the city tax at their head office (not far away from the central stration) and then contact them at whatsapp so they will send you a link to open all the doors, from that moment everything worked just perfect (but it is stressful in the beginning)
• Antonio (4/5): - Buena ubicación. 1. No hay forma de acceder sin móvil. Si te quedas sin batería, buena suerte. 2. Hay un cuarto de baño sin espacios separados por cada 6 personas. Si alguien se está duchando no podrás ni usar el lavabo hasta que esa persona salga del cuarto de baño, por ejemplo. 3. No hay personal presente en la estancia. Si tienes algún problema puedes escribir por WhatsApp, o solo llamar si es fin de semana. 4. Después de entrar a dejar mis cosas, le asignaron mi cama a otra persona. Porque llamé, me cambiaron de habitación a mí cerca de las 12 am. Al día siguiente tuve que volver a llamar para que me volvieran a poner en mi cama original (viajaba con otra persona que dormía en esa habitación). Después de terminar la estancia me preguntaron que dónde había dormido al final, lo cual me hace pensar que no organizan bien las camas y que no hay buena comunicación interna, por lo que no es extraño que le dieran la misma cama a dos personas. Siento ponerles una mala reseña, pero es que parece que ponen muy poco cuidado en que sus huéspedes descansen y se sientan tranquilos durante la estancia.
• Morena (7/5): - La possibilità di entrare dalla porta d'ingresso con un PIN o semplicemente cliccando un pulsante ricevuto su e-mail, lo trovo molto all'avanguardia per noi giovani, un po' meno intuitivo per gli over 50. Tutto in ordine, c'è anche una piccola cucina per scaldare le cose, cucinare qualcosa di semplice e un frigorifero per conservare da mangiare. Tutto pulito ma non al 100% c'erano un po' di carte sotto al letto e qualche batuffolo di polvere che camminava per stanza, a parte ciò mi sono trovata molto bene alloggiare per una notte. Le porte delle stanze non si mantengono chiuse se c'è vento, questa è una pecca se si vuole riposare tranquilli poiché si sentono le porte sbattere. Il prezzo è buono dato che a Bari è difficile trovare qualcosa di più economico ad oggi, ma considerando che sia una stanza condivisa con altre 5 persone e per piccole cose non funzionanti al meglio sarebbe stato più idoneo pagare qualche euro in meno.

Nearly ALL guests had big problems entering for the first time as nobody understood which code to use where/on which door (entrance/room door). NO keys/ cards to securely close dorm rooms. NO RECEPTION, all contact went via online messages which included long wait for answers

• Elena (1/5): Horrible experiencia : Caro, precario e inseguro. - La cama estaba hecha y había agua caliente No hay espacios comunes, solo una cocina ridícula sin mesa ni sillas. La habitación de 6 es un zulo: sin espacio, literas inestables, lámparas rotas y olor a tabaco cada vez que alguien fumaba en el balcón. Por la noche incluso había babosas en el suelo. Lo peor: compartimos cuarto con un hombre claramente sin hogar, sucio, ruidoso e irrespetuoso. La sensación de inseguridad fue constante. Consejo: si eres mujer, aunque viajes con tu pareja, quédate en habitación femenina si là hay o no vengáis. Yo era la única chica y me sentí muy incómoda. No vengas: caro para lo que es, precario y nada seguro. La localización, sabanas, toallas y el agua caliente es lo único bueno.

• Puri (2/5): Very stressful and uncomfortable stay! - It was walking distance from the old town thats all that was good. The room was too too small and smelly for 6 ladies. It was claustrophobic and the windows were broken. There was water leakage in its backyard and there were hundreds of musqitoes!! The corridor was smelly the beds were creaky! The contactless check in was the worse. I wasn’t given a code untill i paid the city tax. For someone who may not be that tech savvy or quick with technology that’s definitely a red flag. Also I am bei t asked to pay the city tax yet again for the other two days i have booked. After I come back from my overnight trip to Alberobello. Also a huge red flag is that there are no lockers. I have stayed in lovely hostels in this last week to make this comparison. I’m cancelling my next booking here of 2 days and looking for something else.
