• Katariina (9/5): - The accommodation is really clean, with great facilities and a great location. The room has everything you need and everything is easy to use. We reported the non-functioning air conditioning and the missing mattress on the sofa as instructed on the website. No one ever responded or fixed the deficiencies. The air conditioning did not work and the balcony door could not be kept open because some of the residents were smoking on the balcony and the smell was horrible. There is no table or chairs in the apartment, so eating is difficult.

• alex (5/5): Good but with room for improvement. - Updated facilities. Neat room. Deceiving picture of the room upon booking, as it did not correspond with what we actually got. Extremely slow correspondence though email - only received a reply on the following day on an urgent request. No breakfast was included in the stay, which was ok, but still, you asked the question, I answered.

• Andri (6/5): Next time will book some other place than Sume by Larsen. - Nice and modern building and we had a zoo view from our room. Room was too small for two people. The bed seemed to be a couch that converts to bed. Studio room should have proper beds for that money. There was misunderstanding with parking and we had to wait 30 minutes behind the gate to get in. After the wait we found out that we need to find another parking lot.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και η τιμή ήταν προσιτή για την περιοχή... Το μπαλκόνι ήταν αρκετά άνετο.. Ευχαριστώ.. 🇬🇷🇬🇷👍😛 Δεν υπάρχει χαρτί κουζίνας και δυστυχώς δεν μπορείς να καπνίσεις ούτε στο μπαλκόνι..

• Nikolajs (9/5): - Amazing price performance. The room is tiny, but there's a fridge, a stove, tea kettle, microwave and all the stuff needed to cook. All looks clean and nice. All automatic, no interaction with humans necessary to check in or out. Parking needs to be arranged prior, and at the time we arrived there was nobody on a reception. But it is possible to park for free along Õismäe Tee, 3 minute walk from the hotel

Selgitades lisaks samaaegselt kõiki järgnevaid samme seoses check-in-iga. Tasuta privaatne parkimine kinnises parklas on suur pluss. Stuudiokorter oli puhas ja hubane ning läbi kahe korruse mõnusa paigutusega. Voodi oli väga mugav. Koodiga sissepääs korterisse kulges sujuvalt. Hetke seisuga minu lemmik peatumiskoht Tallinnas.

The furniture in the room was new and the kitchen was well equipped My son and I were placed on the first floor. Until 2 a.m., the neighbors were making noise in the hallway, and they were also shouting quietly outside. My son was scared and didn't feel safe. As a result, we had a miserable night.

Eraldi olemas ka nt koosoleku ruumid kodukontorina kasutamiseks. Check-in on mugav, klienditeenindus vastas küsimustele kiiresti ja tuli ka erisoovidele vastu. Võimalik reserveerida autole parkimiskoht. -

• Kaia (9/5): I liked it, I’ll chose it again 👍 - Location. The view on the park and quietness. My room eas looking at the zoo. Room was nice. All was there. The knives were sharp. The staff was very nice and friendly and solved my parking really well. Thank you. 🫶 One of the drawers had sunflower seed peels in it and the room had a little smell. And I always miss in every Larsen house small lights next to bed and on the desk. Would make more cosy and is really practical. There were open wires on the wall… so maybe there has been a lamp before near the bed. And sometimes the rooms are chilly so an extra blanket would be nice. But maybe I just have to ask the customer support for one 🙂

There were ants in the room—they were crawling on the bed. The coffee vending machine was not working. There was sand on the bed, as if it had fallen from the concrete ceiling above.
