- Beatrice (9/5): Fantastico soggiorno a Kuala Lumpur - L'appartamento è molto bello, la vista su KL Tower e Petronas è spettacolare. Appartamento pulito, letto comodo... ci siamo trovati veramente bene! L'hotel dispone di una piscina a sfioro all'ultimo piano, compresa nel prezzo, con teli da bagno a dispozione e dove è ammesso il bikini (noi non siamo da relax in hotel, ma visto che è compresa nel prezzo, 1 ora in questa piscina fatela anche solo per il panorama!!!). Al penultimo piano c'è un giardino con laghetto con pesci Koi. Posizione ottima: a 15 min a piedi dalla KL tower e dalla via piena di pub (locali per turisti, sopratutto inglesi... trasmettono H24 le partite di calcio). Mini market all'interno della struttura aperto fino a tardi. Nella loggia dell'hotel c'è un cafè, ottimo per una colazione veloce mentre si aspetta Grab/taxi. Migliorerei la comunicazione tra Host e reception: abbiamo chiesto il check-in anticipato, ma non era stato comunicato in reception: per qualsiasi problema, fatevi dare subito il numero whatsapp dell'host alla recption e in 5 minuti avete risolto tutto. Avevamo la colazione inclusa, ma il ristorante dell'hotel era in ristrutturazione e ci hanno detto di chiamare un numero, ma non avendo possibilità di fare telefonate non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione. Avevamo chiesto ed ottenuto anche il check out posticipato fino alle 19.30... per farla breve, il check out posticipato è massimo per le 13.00, abbiamo risolto pagando una notte in più (se avete il volo la sera consiglio di fare così).

- Maarten (9/5): Great hotel with a very nice view, tho hard to find at first. - The bar and pool on the roof on the hotel are amazing. You have a great view of the skyline, including The KL Tower, One of the Petronas Twin Towers, and when you walk to the other side of the terrace, Merdeka. The view from my room window was also amazing. The room itself was spacious, and included a desk, bathroom, couch and a small kitchen. Keep in mind, DONT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS. I was looking for the correct building for over an hour, as the location is not correctly marked on Google Maps or Booking.com. There is (for my knowledge) just 1 ceylonz suites in the direct area, so don't go wandering around for the correct hotel. The shower didn't have hot water, at most it was lukewarm water.

- reina (1/5): - The host cancelled my stay 1 day before arrival and tried to force me to cancel the booking on my side so they could keep my money as a penalty. They were dishonest throughout the communication and claimed they couldn't cancel through their system, which was a lie.

- Artemis (9/5): Toller Ort um sich nach einem langen Tag in KL zu entspannen. - Toller Ausblick vom Zimmer aus. Der Pool mit dem Blick über die Stadt ist ein Highlight! Zudem das Fitnessstudio über dem Pool noch. Betten super bequem nur etwas hellhörig. Hohe Räume schöne Einrichtung. Alles im allem sehr zufrieden, man sollte aber Flexibilität mitbringen was die Zimmer angeht. Leider nur eine Schlüssel Karte für alle Anwesenden

- Anton (4/5): Overall, very disappointing. I’d stayed here before and it was fine, but this time the service, cleanliness, and noise w - The hotel’s location is quite good. It’s easy to get to Changkat and to nearby restaurants, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The view from the window was also lovely - you could see Menara KL and the Twin Towers. That was definitely the positive side of the stay, and probably the only one. The biggest downside of this place was the cleanliness - it was honestly awful. The bed sheets were covered in what looked like urine stains. When we asked reception to change rooms, they said they didn’t manage the rooms themselves and gave us another contact number. That person told us only one alternative room was available. We checked it, and it was even worse, with heavily stained bed sheets of an unknown nature. We raised this with the owner, who said nothing else was available and suggested we could move the next day. However, no follow-up ever happened. The overall management and service were among the worst I’ve experienced in recent years, and I will never stay here again. Another major issue was the extremely thin walls. We could clearly hear everything from the neighbouring room, including very intimate noises. When we complained to reception and the owner, it was completely ignored. While the location is good and the property looks appealing on the surface, the rooms are very inconsistent and do not match what is advertised. I would not recommend staying here.

- Michael (8/5): Super Lage und hervorragende Aussicht! - Die Lage und die Aussicht aus dem 26.Stock waren herausragend, ebenso die Terrasse auf dem Dach. Etwas nervig war die Schlüsselsituation. Die elektronische Tür war mehrmals defekt (inklusive mehrmaliger teils langer Wartezeiten > 30 min auf den Service). Frühstück war bei der Buchung inklusive, vor Ort sollte eine Zuzahlung für das Frühstück erfolgen. Es folgten Diskussionen. Naja. So etwas müsste eigentlich nicht sein.... Trinkbarer Kaffee/ Cappuccino kosteten extra. Diese waren dann allerdings sehr gut.
