-Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival -Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. -At least one of the guest minimum age: 21 years old. -Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee -No stag or hen parties allowed. -No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. -A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. -If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. -The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection. -The pet fee is £20 per pet, per night, for stays up to 7 days. Melissa (8/5): Comfortable, clean property within walking distance from train station, - Great location close to Hunts Cross train station. Corner shop and take out options within a few minutes’ walk. Comfortable, modern bathroom and kitchen and small garden. Nice touch to supply bathroom amenities and tea, sugar, cleaning products etc. Could do with a white paint touch up in hallways/stairwell and a caffetiere for fresh coffee would be welcome. It’s a terraced property so expect some minor noise from neighbours through the thin walls.
