• Jose manuel (1/5): LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA - Para empezar la dirección que aparece es incorrecta (que algo tan sencillo esté mal ya denota la mediocridad del anfitrión) En la primera mañana en el apartamento me despertaron unos fuertes ruidos muy temprano (hay obras en el mismo edificio y tienen pinta de que van para largo) El agua caliente de la ducha no dura más de 4-5 minutos, ni siquiera se preocuparon por rellenar el envase de gel de ducha Al segundo día el wifi dejó de funcionar, no lo solucionaron en 1 semana sabiendo lo importante que es hoy en día tener internet para todo Les hablé quejándome de todo esto y como suponían como iba a ser mi reseña directamente ni me contestaron, me ignoraron totalmente tanto el anfitrión como el conserje del edificio Llevo muchos años alquilando apartamentos vacacionales por todo el mundo y sin duda es la PEOR experiencia que he tenido, sintiéndome ignorado, desprotegido y estafado, hasta llegué a temer por mi seguridad o la de mis cosas. Por nada del mundo recomiendo este apartamento, será una experiencia horrible que fastidio por completo mis vacaciones

• Anonyme04 (7/5): - L'emplacement Je n’ai pas apprécié la sortie d’eau située sur le côté, car l’eau s’écoule directement sur le sol. De plus, l’eau chaude se termine très rapidement : on peut à peine prendre deux douches avant que l'eau devienne froide.
• Henry (7/5): Nice apartment but host needs to make improvements - Very well-designed flat in a nice building, which is secured by an elevator pin or fob. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The apartment was extremely cold when we arrived (15 degrees Celsius), and it took 2 days to get to a normal room temperature. We also ran out of toilet paper, but the host never responded or provided more. Also, the sink was leaking and there are no towel hangers in the bathroom.
• Amazing-Grace (10/5): It was great ! - I love the position in the city. Close to cafes and restaurants and it’s an average of 10 minutes to other places. Some even walkable distances. The apartment itself was well aesthetically setup. There was an elevator that led to our floor so we didn’t need to use the stairs (except race the elevator 🙂). We had great water pressure in the bathroom. We could do our laundry with the installed washer. We could store our food for long periods too, so great fridge. Yacine was great and funny. He got us everything we needed even though he could barely speak English (he speaks Arabic, French and Spanish btw). I was always happy to see him. Thank you for having use Yacine ! We didn’t get to use the hot tub.

• Grazyna (2/5): I don't recommend - Nice location close to shops and restaurants. 30 min walk to Medina I don't recommend it! It's dirty, the security guy is rude and owner doesn't solve any problems. The appliances don't work and we had to set them up ourselves. The terrace is unusable, the roof is torn off and jaccuzi leaks. All night parties or sex in next door appartment.
• Michael (7/5): Lovely flat in a great location for two people. - The location is in the new, more upscale part of town. It was only a 30 minute walk to get to the old town and see the markets, mosques and museums. We were quite happy living where we did and visiting the busy tourist area. Much better than staying in the middle of it. The Carre Eden mall, right across the road, made things easy to get and the Sandwich Bar justp the street was a highlight. Just streetside wraps but the best I have ever tasted. Wish we had tried it earlier so we could go more often. 😉 The terrace was flooding because it rained quite a bit (that part clearly not the host's issue) but the drain was not working and water backed up and started to seep into the main room. The terrace is beautiful though, sadly we didn't have the right weather to enjoy it. Also unfortunate that the hot tub was not working.

• Hayate (9/5): Je recommande vivement - La propreté du studio, la liJ’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio ! Tout était parfaitement propre, la literie très confortable et les draps impeccables. Le lieu est calme, bien équipé et conforme aux photos. Mention spéciale pour le gérant, vraiment gentil, disponible et attentionné — il a tout fait pour que mon séjour se passe bien. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! RAS
• Mahmoud [C] (10/5): - I spent one night in the flat and had a very pleasant experience. Sarah was friendly and always available to help, which made everything smooth. The apartment is clean, well located, and comfortable. It offers a calm atmosphere while still being close to many places in Marrakech. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
