Hoone on puidust, mis tähendab, et see hingab ja tubades puudub Balil tihti kohatud niiskuse ja hallituse hõng. Toad olid parajate suurustega, pimendavate, korralike kardinatega. Kööginurgas on olemas kõik vajalik pikemaks peatumiseks. Bassein on väga hea suurusega, õueala on avatud avarale vaatele ja briisile. Tundsime, et omanikule on meie heaolu tähtis, meile vastamine oli alati kiire ja operatiivne. Asub Ubudist küll veidi eemal, kuid see oli meie jaoks pigem eelis. Ümberringi on kõik vajalik lühikese rollerisõidu kaugusel.
