- Vicky (9/5): Excellent apartment with outstanding host. - The apartment is clean, very modern and excellent location. There is parking next to the building which is very reasonable for City Centre (£32 for 48 hours). The host, Kevin is extremely helpful and quick to answers questions. The beds are very comfortable. We absolutely will stay at a Heim residence again. Excellent customer service and apartment. Would highly recommend to anyone. We do feel the early check in cost is a little pricey, however we did require it on this occasion so had to pay it.

Great location, close to the station, shops and nightlife. The hot water ran out despite barely using it. However the hosts easily resolved the matter.
