• Liubov (3/5): - Location The appartement was really 'tired'. There were various defects like: kitchen tap not fixed, shelf in the shower is not fixed properly, water in the bathroom does not pass because of the clog, and others And most disappointing was that we booked appartement for 4 and there were bed linens only for 3 and no toilet paper. Despite the call explaining the issue we have got bed linens only next day.

• Wolfgang (8/5): Fein! - Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer ist unüberbietbar. Die Betreuung durch das Concierge Service hätte besser sein können. Die Klimaanlage war im Schlafzimmer gar nicht vorhanden und im Rest der Wohnung eher schwach. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, auf den entsprechenden Hinweis gab es leider nicht einmal eine Reaktion. Es war nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden, für eine mehrköpfige Familie hat das einen Koordinierungsaufwand bedeutet. Hier hat auch nicht geholfen, dass die Gegensprechanlage ausgefallen war.
• Grzegorz (8/5): Very good - Second time in the same apartment. Fabulous view on the sea and the beach. Cozy, functional interior. Well-equipped kitchen. Parking must be a nightmare in high season but was easy in October. Some minor defects need fixing (missing bulb, overhead shower), including one I remember signalling during first stay (roller shutters in bedroom). Erratic WiFi. Complicated online check-in.
• Mary (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect for the beach and restaurants. Ample plates, glasses etc, balcony was lovely for day time sun while children nap inside. Ac was great relief too but not in bedrooms which was a shame. The lift only goes from first floor which is not great for children in a buggy. The patio area is not the safest for small kids, could do with increasing the security of the rail on balcony. Shower overhead didn't work.

• Deborah (3/5): Poor - Nice view Light in bathroom did not work. Only 1 toilet in apartment. Bathroom sink did not drain.
• Santanu (8/5): Excellent location, spacious apartment with great view but with limited facilities and bit overpriced. - Location can’t be better in Palvas. Specious apartment great for a family of 3-4. Clean and looks good. You can sit and relax in the balcony, enjoy great sunrise every day. The check in process is complicated. Lots of online activity, more complicated than a airline check in. Too many fields to fill and documents to upload. No personal welcome or guidance. You never see any staff. Online responses to problems takes long and not available on phone all the times. The facilities are minimum. No toiletries. Not good enough utensils to cook. Do not justify the high price.
• Simon (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great. Really clean, close to the beach and really well equipped. We arrived late and struggled with the key box, however staff on the phone were helpful and friendly.
