- francisco javier (8/5): - La vista, la ubicación y la amplitud del departamento. El complejo es muy lindo. Del departamento: le falta algo de mantenimiento. (Humedades no resueltas y cortinas roídas). La publicación dice que tiene parrilla y no es así. El aire acondicionado del dormitorio principal perdía agua y no se pudo utilizar por 3 noches. Del condominio: No tiene servicio de playa. El gimnasio es previo pago de u$s 20 por hora (una locura). Tiene un espacio de parrilla común muy completo que solo es para propietarios.. no se puede utilizar siendo locatario (una pena).

- REBECA (7/5): Excelente, mas precisa rever a manutenção das cortinas - O apto é bem equipado, localizacao no condomínio incrível, vagas boas e perto do elevador. Facilidade com a chave eletrônica. A cama de casal é muito pequena, e as cortinas de todos os quartos estão desgastadas demais, então a dormida não é tão boa, principalmente para crianças, pois o quarto fica claro muito cedo. Achei a hora do check out muito cedo também.
