Great communication from the owner and easy self-check in. Shared bathroom and our bedroom were clean and comfortable. Our room had a microwave, kettle and small fridge which was great for a quick at home dinner. Bathroom is downstairs making it easy for people who can't use stairs. Not a didn't like more a would be great. We travel full time so we had some on us but some cutlery in the room would be great. There was a plate and cup but a fork and spoon would make life a little easier for those having a microwave dinner!

Room was a bit on the smaller side but great for a short stay. Location was excellent. Close to the tube and just a 10-15 min walk to Excel Centre. Perfect for exams and conferences.

Кімната маленька, але нам на одну ніч підходила. Ліжка зручні, навіть є маленький телевізор. Ванна кімната була непогана, нова, вода гаряча, регулювалась добре. Поряд був класний азійський магазинчик, і вулиця з фуд-траками, де можна було пообідати. Що ванна була на першому поверсі, але загалом ми знали, на що йшли.

• Katrin (7/5): - Korter oli avar piisavalt ruumi 4le. Sama ilus nagu piltidel. Õues oli terass tagahoovis kus ilusa ilmaga istuda. Vaikne rajoon eemal suurtest pubidest. 600m korterist oli toidupood ja imeline vaade jõele. Jagatud vannituba oli samuti remonditud ja igati viisakas. Voodil jõudes oli ilus luik tehtud rätikutest. Korter oli puhas ja London Cable car läheduses. Hea transpordi ühendus kesklinnaga. Korter oli mõnus soe ja polnud niiskust saanud nagu paljud Londoni korterid. Voodi põhi oli katki ja keskmised tugilatid polnud paigas. Seetõttu oli tunne, et iga hetk voodi kukub kokku. Vajusime mõlemad mehega keskele lohku magama. Ärkasime seljavaluga ja seetõttu hästi magada ei suutnud. Andsime teada ka kohe omanikule. Lubas saata kellegi vaatama aga kedagi ei tulnud. Seega teine öö pidime samamoodi magama. Nõusid võiks jaguda 4le. Lusikaid oli ainult 1 . Tasse ja taldrikuid oli ainult kolmele. Diivanvoodi lühike, et täiskasvanud saaksid seal magada ja ka ära vajunud (vahe kohad kõik tunda ja tuntavad lohud). Poleks neid probleeme olnud oleks hinde 10 pannud

• coffey (5/5): The host was great, the experience not so much. - The host was great. The room wasn't suitable for 4 people, it barely was suitable for 2 people. It was a small room and house in general. There was one shared bathroom between 5 rooms. There was a lot of noise from guests until 3am and it was easy to hear traffic outside the property all night long. One night was enough for a lifetime.

Good communication/instructions via WhatsApp. Bathroom & Toilet not advertised as communal. The picture of the room was not what we paid for. It showed 2 single beds originally. When going back, these had been replaced with the current bed and couch/bed combo (also not what we found). Mugs stained. Floor under bed, not clean (dust). Bed slats needed adjustment. Otherwise, this would have collapsed.

• Inge (8/5): - I would have liked a sink in my room. For people who don't know London well, it would be good to point out that access from the Elizabeth line is over the bridge and there is no lift, so any luggage must be carried up and down 8 flights of stairs!

• Ziemowit (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja przy ExCeL, czysty pokój i bardzo dobra cena - Obiekt znajduje się bardzo blisko centrum konferencyjnego ExCeL London oraz stacji przy linii Elizabeth (choć po drodze trzeba przejść przez most, na który nie ma wjazdu windą, co może być utrudnieniem dla osób starszych lub osób z bagażem). Dlatego polecam korzystać ze stacji DLR, która znajduje się zaledwie 3 minuty pieszo od obiektu z bezpośrednim pociągiem do stacji Bank przez Canary Wharf, W pobliżu jest także przystań, z której odpływają Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, można nimi dopłynąć pod sam parlament Westminster i dalej, podziwiając miasto w bardzo malowniczych okolicznościach. Pokój był czysty, przytulny i zadbany. Cena bardzo konkurencyjna, w tej okolicy i w ogóle tak blisko centrum trudno znaleźć coś tańszego z mikrofalówką w pokoju i z dobrymi opiniami. Bardzo dobry kontakt z hostem, pozwolił mi się wcześniej zameldować. Polecam jako opcja budżetowa na 2-3 dni w Londynie. Myśleliśmy, że w obiekcie można skorzystać z kuchni, jednak jest ona zarezerwowana wyłącznie dla gości pokoju rodzinnego. W naszym pokoju znajdowały się mikrofalówka, lodówka i czajnik. Niestety dostępne było tylko jedno małe nakrycie: łyżeczka, widelec, talerz oraz dwa kubki, dlatego trudno było nawet podgrzać kolację w mikrofali czy zjeść ją w komfortowych warunkach. W pokoju nie ma stołu, a jedynie niewielki stolik kawowy. To miejsce typowo do spania, ewentualnie na poranną kawę i odgrzanie resztek kolacji. Ściany są faktycznie bardzo cienkie; w nocy obudził mnie gość wracający późno do pokoju obok. Prysznic jest współdzielony przez kilka pokoi, ale na plus należy zaliczyć czystość oraz dostępne dla gości środki higieniczne. Pokoiki to małe klitki

Rudest owner I have ever dealt with - Location is good for the Excel I found mites in the bathroom, the sink in the shared bathroom (where you are expected to wash dishes without washing up liquid) had what looked like phlegm in it for 2 days (despite the owner claiming cleaners come daily), my room had no plates or cutlery - when I raised this issue I was told I must have lost them and would be liable to pay to replace them. The owner accused me of being racist towards the cleaners (who I never even saw) after I mentioned that the cleaning rota had not been filled in for 10 days. The owner then proceeded to tell me I need therapy for my insecurities and was extremely rude to me. He would not stop messaging me and I eventually had to block him. I did not finish my stay at this property due to the unsanitary conditions and the rudeness of the owner.

• Sara (7/5): Compact room close to Excel, great for a short stay by - Clear instructions were given to get into property. Room was clean and comfortable, tea and coffee supplied with fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. Mattress was very firm but comfortable and towels were provided. Nice shower in shared bathroom, sink and toilet clean. Bathroom short on toilet paper in the morning, more should have been supplied. Bathroom mats were wet and didn't smell like they'd been washed recently. Bedroom had a strong fumey air freshener smell on arrival but after opening the window for a bit to let in fresh air it was fine. Only source of water to fill kettle was the communal bathroom sink so had to wait for bathroom to be unoccupied to fill kettle, nobody staying spent ages in the bathroom so this wasn't a massive inconvenience.

Only problem was i couldnt figure out if i could turn the radiator off & how - the room got VERY WARM so had to sleep with the window open my second night

Tousif was very helpful when I returned to the property and found my access code did not work. I rang him and we sorted it. The door lock was reporting a low battery and he replaced it that evening. The bathroom was great too. Exactly like the photos. Pristine. Good shower. Close to buses, trains and a late night shop. Unfortunately the bathroom was shared and seemed to be constantly occupied all morning until 10.10am. Guests are required to leave by 10am, which is early considering the bathroom is shared. I had to wash in washing up liquid in the kitchen sink in front of a curtainless window, although the building opposite didn't seem occupied. The selfish people I was sharing a bathroom with kidnapped one of the two toilet rolls too. They were in the bathroom all morning. Couldn't work the TV.
