• aymeric (8/5): Logement spacieux et confortable dans un quartier agréable, proche des lieux emblématiques. - La situation geographique, le calme, le balcon à l'exterieur, l'environnement et la securité du quartier, appartement spacieux. Taches et odeur d'humidité dû à un probable dégâts des eaux antérieur dans le salon séjour. L'absence de consigne pour l'utilisation de la télévision. Manque un couteau de cuisine pour cuisiner.

• YVO (7/5): - Vicino al centro turistico Mi aspettavo un appartamento con vista dalle finestre ma ci hanno dato quello al piano terra e il lato cucina e camera da letto erano fronte muro della casa di fianco senza vista. La doccia dopo 2 giorni presentava già difficoltà di scarico dell'acqua con la formazione di piscina all'interno del box doccia. La coperta (piumone) del letto matrimoniale in camera era una coperta ad 1 piazza e mezza con difficoltà a coprire 2 persone. I divani letto in soggiorno sono 2 divani che vengono utilizzati singolarmente come letti, non hanno la struttura apribile classica del divano-letto. Mancano in camera i pulsanti per le luci vicino al letto e i comodini. Per spegnere la luce bisogna alzarsi dal letto, non ci sono le abat-jours.

• Beatriz (7/5): La casa no merece las valoraciones que tiene - La ubicación y tranquilidad Pone que es para 4 personas y con sofá cama pero eran simplemente sofás y dos personas han tenido que dormir en sofás. La ducha necesitaba un buen repaso de limpieza. El edredón de la cama era bastante pequeño para esa cama. Decía que había cafetera y no la había. Y por último la comunicación con propietaria/responsable inexistente, le hicimos dos consultas y hasta ahora.

• Olha (8/5): - Нам дуже сподобалось розташування апаратів біля набережної і в 500 метрів від Айя-Софії і від зупинки автобуса. Було тепло і гарно працювала каналізація. Завжди була гаряча вода. Окрема подяка за бутиль води котрий власники залишили як комплімент! Дуже дякуєм за приємні враження від проживання з видом на Босфор) рекомендую! Трохи не вистачило великого ножа. В цілому ножі є, але дуже маленькі. Сходи на третій поверх були круті дуже.. треба обережно. В цілому, все чудово))

В шаговой доступности от исторических достопримечательностей. В квартире был сломан душ, грязный унитаз, на кухне было полотенца, тряпка была многоразовая и вонючая, не было лопатки.

• Hakan (10/5): Great place for a couple - All is great,save for the flat not having a simple broom/brush/mop set and a toilet paper holder. Cleaning can be improved too (i.e. outside part of window frames, floors were not vacuumed, they weren't very clean)

• Lucie (9/5): Nice apartment a quiet neighborhood - Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the main tourist attractions. Many restaurants and also small shops around. Easy to find it. The bathroom could use some more care, lots of mold in the corners. The rooms are dark, especially the bedroom, but in the summer months it will definitely be an advantage.
• Akmatbekova (8/5): - This cozy apartment is located in a renovated building in a nice quiet street, very close to the waterfront promenade and all sightseeing places in SultanAhmet. I loved the many windows in the living room. The place has everything, even a washing machine detergent, liquid soap for hand washing, and a dish washing soap too. The bed linen were clean. Dilyara, the person we talked to via WhatsApp regarding check-in and taxi reservation, was patient and helpful overall. She kindly arranged for our luggage to be taken to the third floor apartment since there wasn't any elevator. The apartment itself is very nice, being a great value for money, but shows slight signs of wear. Cleanliness could be improved: curtains could be washed, window glasses and internal doors cleaned, also sofa upholstery and carpets need to be dry cleaned. We couldn't find an extra comforter cover/case to put on a comforter, as we were a group of 4 people, so one needs to check availability of all bed linen before bedtime. A microwave and resin slippers (there are three pairs of the textile ones already) would be a great addition to what apartment offers. Dilyara, thank you for the great help you provided. But if you were a bit more quicker responding to the WhatsApp messages, especially in the beginning, simply acknowledging that you read the message and would get back with an answer soon, the impression from communicating with you would've been 15 stars out of 10.
• Wie (10/5): Taka lokalizacja to skarb - ZARA'S HOME. Świetny, choć zdalny kontakt z "gospodarzami" (Diliara ;-)). Na wyposażeniu kuchni kuchenka gazowa z samozapalaczem (!) lodówka i zmywarka, sztućce, kubki, szklanki czajnik elektryczny. Nie wiem czy kostki myjące były, bo miałem własne. W łazience ręczniki pralka i proszek, szampon uzupełniono ;-). Telewizora nie używaliśmy ale był. Łózko "małżeńskie" super. Kanapy w salonie nowe ale jak to kanapy - mniej wygodne niż łóżko, ale dla czteroosobowej kompanii zaakceptowaliśmy takie rozwiązanie. W pobliżu kilka sklepików spożywczych. Polubiliśmy sklepik, gdzie można bylo nabyć wino - chodziliśmy "do frienda". Friend ze szczerym uśmiechem wyciagał korkociąg i uwalniał nas od kłopotu z korkiem ;-) Bym zgrzeszył... ;-)

• Vladu (10/5): - Locația este foarte aproape de obiectivele mari și de Bosfor. Loc liniștit. Mulți români în zonă. Are toate utilitățile. Scara foarte îngustă, însă gazda a fost sinceră și ne-a spus despre asta înainte.

• VERDENA84 (7/5): Forse qualche euro in meno - La posizione ottima. Sala da pranzo abbastanza confortevole. Discreto il wifi. Divani comodi. Metà dell'appartamento privo di luce naturale. Cucina poco attrezzata. Mancanza di detersivo lavatrice e detersivo lavastoviglie. Su 8 notti nessuno ha mai chiesto se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa e quindi niente pulizie. Le recensioni positive e il prezzo un po' altino hanno alzato le attese.

Na wyposażeniu jest wszystko co niezbędne (przybory kuchenne, naczynua, kapsułki do zmywarki, proszek do prania, deska do prasowania, żelazko). Bardzo blisko do Błękitnego Meczetu, Hagia Sophia czy Pałac Topkapi (spacerem 10-15 min). W łazience przydałyby się wieszaki na ręczniki, fajnie gdyby również był żel pod prysznic i szampon.
• Alejandra (8/5): Estancia cómoda y acogedora - Es tal y como aparece en las fotos, muy nuevo, cómodo y acogedor. Buena ubicación, aunque el tranvía más cerca andando está a unos 12min. Calle tranquila y sin ruidos. Prácticamente no había utensilios de cocina. Nos dejaron únicamente un rollo de papel higiénico para una semana!! No había tampoco gel de baño.

• Langlois (9/5): Appartement très agréable - Le confort de l'appartement et le quartier typique et calme étaient bien appréciables après des journées de visite. Le bord de mer est à 5 mn à pieds, grand choix de restaurants à proximité, la grande place de Sultanhamet et hippodrome à 10 mn. Belle vue de l'appartement. Prévoir une bouteille d'eau pour l'arrivée. Arrivées tardivement, nous avons dû ressortir et trouver une épicerie. Un petit manque de vaisselles et ustensiles. Un micro-onde rendrait le coin cuisine parfait.
• Stanislav (3/5): Мы забронировали квартиру на девять ночей, но пришлось съехать на четыре дня раньше, так как сломалась стиральная машина - Неплохая мебель, матрас Грязная посуда, наволочки, мусорное ведро с остатками мусора, не работающий пульт от кондиционера, сломана верхняя часть в посудомойке, плохой интернет, отсутствие питьевой воды, порошка для стирки и капсул для посудомойки (это обычные принадлежности, которые принято оставлять для гостей).

• GULNARA (10/5): - Хорошие апартаменты в 10 минутах ходьбы от Голубой Мечети. Рядом много приятных ресторанчиков и кафе. Апартаменты чистые, просторные. Есть все необходимое . Персонал всегда на связи и готов помочь. С удовольствием остановимся здесь ещё раз при посещении Стамбула.

• Farid (9/5): - Really nice home for our week-long stay in Istanbul. Within walking distance of tourist sites such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Plenty of restaurants close to the house but the location of the house itself was nice and quiet. Easy to locate on Google maps and clear instructions from the owner. Two air conditioners kept us nice and cool while it was very hot in Istanbul. Really nice, comfortable loungeroom with a big TV - perfect way to wind down after a big day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. The house lacked a few basic utensils for the kitchen and washing powder for the washing machine.

• Ghazal (6/5): Partly disappointed - Great location, good kitchen facilities, we had everything we need Lack of insulation. If you are dowstairs you will hear every foot step, kids running at 8 am or whatsover. It s noisy a little bit especially if the people upstairs aren't respectful

Few other things, like shampoo or soap was finished. Would suggest manager to make a check list to complete in between each group
• Irina (10/5): Great and comfortable stay - Great location and quiet area (perfect for families with kids, couples or groups ). Lots of restaurants and public transport close by. The apartment looks like in the pictures ( no surprises), and have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Due to the fact that I am working in hospitality industry, as cleaning quality checking supervisor, I could easily spot a dirty toilet, lots of dust and hair, improperly hoovered and cleaned floors , spots of toothpaste and very kalky shower doors. Despite this, towels and bed linen were clean and spotless, which was very important for us. I could find all the necessary chemicals to clean the apartment as I wish it was.😁So, I cannot put a 10 for cleaning, but cannot classify it as bad as well. What is clean for one person, is not clean for me, and opposite, or maybe we catch the host in a very busy moment.Still recommend this apartment, specially after hundreds of reviews about pictures not matching the reality.

Silent area but walking distance to all main attractions. The host is very friendly, can provided everything you need including tea, coffee, and so on. The living room is spacious with two sofas, dining table and electric fireplace. The are may windows so it is cosy at daytime. Highly recommended!!!! Nothing !
