• Joel (10/5): We will come again! - We were given a very warm welcome and felt comfortable right away! Communication with the lovely host was seamless. The location is perfect. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the metro is only a 2-minute walk away.

• Sébastien (8/5): Appartement central et spacieux mais sommaire. L’hôte est géniale. - L’hôte est extraordinaire. Le bâtiment est propre et l’ascenseur pratique. Nous sommes arrivés à près de 3h du matin mais Svetlana nous a accueilli à bras ouvert avec un repas pour 5. Elle nous a arrangé pour garder nos bagages le dernier jours et elle nous a même offert des petits présents. L’hôte est très réactive et la communication est bonne. Malgré notre mauvais anglais elle a su nous comprendre et répondre à nos attentes, merci à elle. Le logement est grand. L’emplacement est central c’est « le vrai Athènes ». Beaucoup moins touristique que les autres quartiers. Certaines rues autours sont à éviter mais il est proches de tous et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité avec nos 3 ados. La décoration et le mobilier est ancien. La literie est simple mais pour un court séjours ça va. Par contre il est difficile d’ouvrir les volets, nous n’avons donc pas insisté. Le cumulus d’eau n’est pas pratique pour une famille de 5, on a donc dû s’organiser pour que certains se lavent le matin et d’autres le soir c’est pas l’idéal. Nous n’avons pas osé cuisiner car c’était des plaques chauffantes plutôt sommaire. Nous ne nous sommes pas servi de la machine à laver non plus, pour les même raison que le reste. Le séjours s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble grâce a la bienveillance de l’hôte et l’emplacement idéal de l’appartement.

• christophe (10/5): Une semaine à Athènes à 4 - Notre hôte a été d’une générosité incomparable dans son accueil et sa volonté de faire de notre séjour un moment parfait. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, la taille et la location de l’appartement également. À 15 minutes à pied ou à deux stations de métro (métro à moins de 100metres) du centre historique. Le fait d’être dans un quartier moins touristique nous a permis de manger moins cher, mais très très bien dans les restos environnant. On trouve tout à proximité. La configuration de l’appartement était idéale pour nous et nos deux ados, tout le monde avait son espace. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Encore merci pour tout!
• Zsuzsa (8/5): - Central, near the Center, the Central Market, and touristical attractions. Svetlana is a really kind host, she waited us with local food because of the late arriving. The flat is simple, but clean and offered a very good opportunity to stay a few days in Athen for a good price.

The apartment was perfect equipped with everything we needed during - Svetlana,the host is very helpful before,during and after your stay.She went out of her way to welcome us with a warm chicken and potatoes dinner. She truly goes above and beyond, checking in for our needs.The property is very spacious, clean, full of everything you may need. The shower is equipped with hot water, the kitchen has plenty utensils and appliances for your convenience, bedrooms are comfortable. A cozy stay overall. The neighborhood is really nice close to a five star hotel, plenty of shops and pharmacies and a minute away from the metro and the fountain. We visited her shop during our stay, which I highly recommend. During our checkout she was very helpful and even offered to keep our luggages for the day till our flight. She brought us some food as we were leaving aswell. I cannot recommend this stay enough! It’s the perfect place if you’re visiting Athens and I will definitely book again.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The host was amazing – responsive, friendly, and helpful – providing clear check-in instructions and great tips about Athens. Overall, an excellent stay and very good value for money. Highly recommended!
• Ashley (10/5): - The host was absolutely amazing. We flew in late at night, and she had a home made dinner waiting for us. She also stocked the apartment with some essentials like water bottles and fruits. She was quick to reply and very helpful with recommendations and anything else we asked for. The apartment was very clean, two AC units that worked wonderfully, and the building is very quiet. Stocked with extra pillows, blankets, and TP. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Location is great, it's right next to Omonia Square. 2 mins to the metro, city bus, and the hop on hop off bus. Right near a pharmacy, two coffee shops, a pastry shop, and mini market. Large market is 5 mins away.

La casa è spaziosa, attrezzata e ben posizionata, ma ciò che ha davvero reso speciale il nostro soggiorno è stata la proprietaria. Fin dall'inizio, ci ha accolte con ospitalità e si è mostrata estremamente disponibile in ogni momento. E' stata sempre pronta a darci consigli sui luoghi da visitare, dove mangiare e come muoverci ad Atene. Ci ha fatte sentire come a casa. La sua gentilezza ci ha veramente colpite. Se cercate un posto dove sentirvi a casa lontano da casa, questo è il luogo perfetto. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, grazie di tutto Svetlana!

Sie ist eine sehr gastfreundliche Person. Das Apartment war perfekt, es ist gross, alles war sauber und es gab nichts was und gestört hat! Shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, public transports are just around the corner. The host is a wonderful lady. We were surprised to be welcome with delicious Greek snacks and wine on our arrival. She also showed her care, when she attended to our requests and queries very promptly. We felt very welcome and comfortable in staying in the property. Located right in the center of Athens, it couldn’t have been more convenient-only 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Svetlana was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and funny as well made check-in a breeze. • Tonyty88 (10/5): Exceptional - The landlord is a warm and beautiful lady. We arrived late on the day we checked in. She prepared a rich dinner for us. The house is located in the center of the city, and the subway station is downstairs. It can be reached by walking to the main attractions. There are many shops on the main street facing the street, which is very convenient for shopping. There is also a big farmer's market nearby, where you can taste local specialties. The landlord always helps us solve all kinds of problems in time. We are very grateful for the desserts and small gifts she sent. We strongly recommend this cost-effective apartment!
• Googoodoofoosoo (10/5): Great stay. Great host. - Amazing host. Very welcoming and definatley went the extra mile to give us a great experience. We were greeted at the apartment with a selection of delicious Greek dishes she had prepared for our arrival. Your host will meet you at the metro, or if you prefer you can walk a short distance south from the fountain and the apartment will be halfway up a pedestrian shopping alley. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms, hot showers cooking facilities including oven, hob and microwave. It's 2 minuets from the metro and 20 minuet walk to the center. Our host was on hand for anything we needed, we felt we were staying with family, but with total privacy at the same time. Thank you for our great stay. Nick and Perran
• Georgios (10/5): Very clean and comfortable - Amazing house! Very clean and comfortable and in a great location! My wife and I went for a walk to the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora in Monastiraki! Also a very hospitable hostess! We will definitely come back!
