• David (9/5): Perfect for a base whilst sightseeing in Rome - This is ideal if you need to spend a few days in Rome. The unit was clean and well equipped for a self catering stay. It was easy to find the keys and the owner even sent a YouTube video showing how to find the key box and apartment. Parking is on the road outside and we had no problems finding a space. There were supermarkets within walking distance and so very convenient for gathering supplies. A metro station is a short walk away and very useful for easy access to the centre of Rome. The shower water pressure was very low during our stay.

• Giorgi (1/5): The house itself was acceptable, but the landlord was very unprofessional. Before my arrival, he ask - The house itself was acceptable, but the landlord was very unprofessional. Before my arrival, he asked me to transfer money for the city tax, which he later confirmed had been received. However, just two days before my departure, he called and claimed that the payment had not gone through, demanding that I pay €192 again or he would force me to leave the property. Despite explaining the situation, he refused to listen, and I had no choice but to make the payment once more. If the payment truly had not been received, this should have been communicated before my arrival, not at the end of my stay. Regarding the property: there are three air conditioners, but whenever you switch them on, the electricity for the entire house shuts off. The refrigerator door is broken and does not function properly. The televisions are very old models and do not work as they should. The Wi-Fi signal does not cover the whole house. Overall, I am very dissatisfied both with the condition of the property and with the landlord’s behavior.
• Ajit (8/5): Perfect apartment for family to experience Rome. - The property was very spacious, very well equipped and the location was perfect. There was free on- street parking. The Metro station to central Rome was just 2 mins walk. Journey to central Rome was an hour or so. The apartment had beautiful furniture, all rooms had AC. The kitchen was well equipped, the wine opener was missing, staff provided this the very next day. The WiFi was super fast too. Marco the manager was very responsive. Detailed and easy instructions were provided for access etc. A perfect apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood for a family!! Nothing to report!!

• DZMITRY (3/5): - Пребывание было омрачено общением с арендодателем. Арендодатель воспользовался нашей ошибкой при бронировании (мы не включили 5летнего ребенка,так как делали много броней на разных ресурсах для нашего путешествия) и согласился на размещение ребенка с доплатой в 70 евро , в то время как размещения остальных членов семьи обошлось в 50 евро. На нашу просьбу о снижении оплаты и скрин с сайта Booking о том,что за ребёнка сайт выставляет 11 евро , вовсе стал стал звонить на WhatsApp, хотя мы были в дороге и детям пришлось слушать его возмущения и предложение отказаться от проживания в его квартире, хотя мы уже сделали за нее оплату. Было очень неприятно и пришлось успокаивать детей и себя. Сама квартира комфортна. До центра днём добирались на общественном транспорте 1 час, вечером возвращение занимало 1.5 часа. Странное, агрессивное общение арендодателя.

• Nympha (10/5): Home away from home - Though the location is not close to the city, but with the metro or car it's still convenient. I like it because it's an escape from the noise and heat in the city, especially during summer. The picture on google about the area is not updated, it was actually a nice and safe neighborhood. The house was immaculate and you have the necessities needed.
