kinya (2/5): 連絡がつかない不安がいっぱいの宿泊となりました。 - 室内はとてもきれいで、清潔感にあふれていました。お風呂も追い炊きができたり、最新の設備が整っていました。中庭がすてきでした。ペットもよろこんでいました。とても寒いです。玄関から2階まで仕切りがないせいで、建物内はかなり寒く、お勧めはできません。暖房をずっとかけ続けなければならないため、乾燥し、風邪をひきそうでした。のども痛いです。クレジット決済が終わった途端に連絡がつながらなくなり、オペレーターに連絡し、対応していただきました。当日も連絡はつかず、鍵のある場所も含め入室にかなり苦労しました。連絡がつけば問題ないと思いますが、電話もつながらなく、メッセージも返信がない状態がかなりありました。大人5名で泊りましたが、布団があるにもかかわらず、鍵がかかっていてがつかえず、３つのベットで泊る形となりました。布団も選べるとよいと思いました。
