• Javier (7/5): - Las puertas de las habitaciones de cristal, tintado en blanco, dan la sensación de poca intimidad y alguna no encaja bien, por lo que no se puede cerrar del todo. Faltan tazas de desayuno y algún vaso. También falta algún enchufe en la zona de cocina, solo hay uno y no puedes usar a la vez p. e. la tostadora y la cafetera o el calentador de agua, al menos podrían dejar un ladrón para el enchufe. No se explica que la TV no tiene señal de antena y debes instalar alguna aplicación privada para ver TV por internet.

We booked 4 nights (16-20 Feb 2026) in the property ’Estilo y Confort en el Corazón de Salamanca’ on your website, the confirmation number is 6904104393. Unfortunately, we had an issue opening our room door on the 3rd night (18th Feb) because of their WiFi failure, the link that the owner provided us to open the door was not working. We did see the message from the owner that the WiFi was disconnected, but they didn’t mention anything about the door and by the time we saw the message, we were already out of the building. This happened in the night around 22:30 and there was no one answering our phone call or message for nearly 2 hours. We tried to call the owner and message them via your website, and we had even raised this issue with your customer service, however by the time we got the response, we’ve already booked another hotel rooms to stay, as we were not able to keep ourselves waiting outside the building in the midnight (we also booked the rooms via your website, the confirmation number is 6533169902). Ended up we could only access the room on the next day in the morning. This was a very disappointing experience for us and there was no one checking our situation after this happened, not even from your customer service that we contacted. Therefore, I’m writing to ask for a compensation of our loss, including the fee of the rooms that we temporarily stayed and every inconvenience caused. We would like to request a refund of 50% of the costs, please check with the property owner and let us know. Thank you very much if you’re able to help with this issue. Kind regards, Wang

• fanny (10/5): recomendado - Perfecta atención. Llegamos y tuvimos que hacer una llamada ya muy tarde y nos atendieron de inmediato. La limpieza espectacular. El lugar muy amplio, en todas las habitaciones los baños y en el estar. Cocina bien equipada. Agradecer que al haber llegado tarde tendríamos que ir a salir a comprar para desayunar, pero había cafetera con todo y pudimos desayunar antes de salir todo muy bien, recomendado a ojos cerrado
