No one contacted me after our departure about damages, no infor, no pictures. 3 weeks after e-mail that a chair was broken and deposit of 50 francs will be taken to cover expenses. It was not even a message from the owner but from the deposit company. concierge comes to give the keys but he doesn't come to pick up the keys. This is their way of working.so you have no evidence of damage.
