- Klaudia (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Sehr nah an der Bahnstation und an der Metro (so nah, dass man die Metro vom Fenster aus sehen kann und sie leider auch hört) Sauber und ordentlich Aufwendiger aber angenehmer kontaktloser Check-in Ruhige studentische Gegend Geräusche von der Metro stark wahrnehmbar Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist sehr langsam In der Küche gab es keine Küchenrolle

- Pierluigi (9/5): Location strategica per università Bicocca a Milano - Funzionale e pulita Manca il condizionatore, necessario per sopportare la calura estiva a Milano. C’era un raffrescatore molto rumoroso e poco efficiente

- Judyta (7/5): Wygodnie, ale bez klimatyzacji. - Przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka. Brak klimatyzacji to jakaś porażka ! Okna na jedną stronę - brak możliwości zrobienia przewiewu. W oknach były gniazda os( usunięte przez właściciela po zgłoszeniu). Po prośbie dostarczono również wentylatory. Jednak takie mieszkanie w blokowisku bez klimatyzacji, to zdecydowanie nieporozumienie.
- Marcin (9/5): - Ładny współczyny wystrój, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dwa wiatraki (na każdy pokój), w miarę blisko stacji metra, jasne instrukcje związane z zameldowaniem Gdyby nie wentylatory byłoby bardzo ciepło (w trakcje naszego pobytu była fala upałów)
- Matas (6/5): Can't recommend - Interior is nice Git for summoning rituals. The aircon is broken or ineffective. Makes rattling noice, doesn't cool at all. Sweated all night. There is no shampoo in the shower. Handwash instead.
- Pryce (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, comfortable bed, modern. Good location (we walked from the centre of the city and it was a lovely walk but the transport links were great too. No air conditioning. Though that is the only critique. But it can get pretty hot even in early June when we visited.
