• Ellen (8/5): It was ok and the property manager was quick to respond and look into my needs - Near the Namba Station and near to a lot of convenient stores and eatery ☺️as well as near to Dotonbori The missed to have fresh sheets , pillow case , duvet cover for the sofa bed so had to used uncovered beddings that made me uncomfortable . Also had to ask extra towel and sleepers for they only provided for 4 knowing that I booked for 5 people.I have to send pictures of all our passport while in Kyoto they only ask my passport since I was the one who booked it .I was also expecting some welcome tea or coffee but did not have it .

It was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with clear and responsive communication from the host. The bathroom was especially impressive, and the location near Namba Station was very convenient. We love the place. You can walk 10 min to Dotonbori and enjoy a great dinner.

• Daniel (10/5): - Bohužel jsme zůstali jen na jednu noc, ale jestli se do Osaky někdy vrátíme, pak určitě zvolíme toto ubytování. Je zde výtah, dobrá dostupnost na metro, nebo tržnici nebo k restauracím. Samotné ubytování nemělo chybu. Postele čisté, dobře se spalo, prostorná koupelna.

• Cabichuelas (8/5): We had a great stay at Asobo Osaka during our Japan trip. - We traveled as a big family, and the place was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all of us, including our kids and senior mom. The elevator and layout made everything easy and convenient. The location is also very good—just a short walk to markets, groceries, restaurants, and convenience stores. We enjoyed being able to cook some of our own meals. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Just bring your own iron if you’ll be needing one, as the homestay doesn’t provide it. Overall, we had a really good stay and would recommend it.

• Chao yuan (7/5): - 地點離難波、日本橋/黑門市場、電器街、模型玩具街都是慢慢走路5~10分鐘內可到距離 過馬路就有LAWSON，從心齋橋走回來也很剛好不累 房間超大，床很好睡，但樓上隔音不是很好會聽到腳步聲，還好住客素質不錯只是正常的走路聲音。 晾衣方式有點克難，如果可以是 洗脫烘一體的機器就更好了~

• Thi Van (9/5): Thoải mái và thuận tiện - Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái Tiện nghi tương đối đầy đủ, chất lượng giường khá tốt. Chỗ nghỉ cách ga Namba khoảng 550m nên thuận tiện di chuyển, gần khu mua sắm nữa Nhà tắm nên lắp thêm 1 cái kệ để khăn tắm hoặc treo quần áo, khi tắm xong không có khăn lau thì khá bất tiện khi cứ phải ra ngoài lấy.

We particularly appreciated the generous supply of toiletries, towels, and the hair dryer. All the air conditioning units and the heater worked perfectly. Having an elevator in the building was also a significant convenience. Thank you for being so easy to communicate with. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and I will definitely recommend this place to other families. nothing.

• Margaret (9/5): Osaka 2025 - We had a very good stay at this apartment. The place was comfortable, and well-maintained. Yuko is very friendly and helpful, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience. Best part also is the location. I would highly recommend this place. And we would love to stay again next time.

• Wan Hui (9/5): Very very friendly host, easy to communicate with and also wonderful location to base in for our Osaka trip! - Easy to check in, spacious and clean especially for a family of 5. Amenities all provided including cups and bowls that allowed us to snack at night. Very near to Kuromon Market and nearby Namba eating area. Only realised Takashimaya was next building 1 hour before we checked out, so don’t miss that! There are auto sensor lights that helped to save unnecessary lights, which were very good. However the sensor in the toilet was too efficient and would switch off about 5sec if no movement detected. Perhaps can lengthen the dark out time.

Though the property is clean and I think is newly renovated, I would appreciate it if all the air conditioning units are functioning especially now that it’s cold season. But the host said they will repair it as soon as possible.

• Park (8/5): - 역까지 적당한 거리이고, 다다미방에 까는 매트가 정말 두꺼워서 허리아프지않고 좋았습니다. 침대도 넓어서 아주 편안했고요. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어있고, 세탁기가 있어서 빨래를 할 수 있었어요. 2가족 엄마와 아이가 갔는데, 각각 방을 쓰면서도 거실과 키친, 식탁이 있어 저녁에 간식 먹을때도 편했고, 집이라 창문 열고 환기도 할 수 있어서 너무나도 쾌적한 공간이었습니다. 체크인시간에 도착했는데, 직원이 아직도 청소중이었습니다. 체크아웃 시간을 1시간 늘려주겠다고 했지만, 저희는 아침일찍 체크아웃을 했기에 도움이 안됐습니다. 세탁기는 있지만 건조기는 없어서, 빨래걸이에 널어두어도 잘 마르지 않았습니다. 수건이 넉넉하지않아 세탁해서 써야했고, 건조기가 있었다면 문제가 안되지만, 잘 마르지않아 불편했어요
• Verna (8/5): - This no frills apartment is located right outside Kuromon Market, so it was a perfect base for our stay in Osaka. It is fully furnished with a small kitchen and washing machine. The owner was also very responsive and helped us find everything we needed.

• yinhsiu (9/5): 這是第二次入住，一切都很棒！ - 地點好，距離黑門市場步行2分鐘、道頓堀步行7分鐘， 便利商店2分鐘。 整棟共5層樓，一層2間，上次住的是大間的（501），格局是一間是客廳+廚房+和式通舖（可睡4人）+1間4人房（2張床）+1間衛浴。 這次入住小間的（502），格局是套房式的（2張雙人床），房間沒有隔間，但是一個家庭入住，空間也很夠用！ 入住時似乎是忘了放更換的大垃圾袋！ 所以後面幾天都是用小的（無法套上拉圾筒）

• RYAN (10/5): A home away from home. - The property is located very near and accessible to tourist spots without the hassle and bustle of a busy city. The neighborhood is very quiet and is safe. We could definitely recommend this place without a doubt. None.

• Charissa (8/5): Quality stay - The property is bigger than most hotels in Japan that’s why I felt lucky that the unit is available for booking. It is close to Namba Station and only a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. There is Lawson Konbini near the building and a lot of delicious Restaurants nearby. The room is a little bit warm and I don’t know if it’s because of the hot weather or if the airconditioning unit needs to be cleaned.

• YAO (10/5): - 2025 8月底暑假入住，過一個路口就到黑門市場了，距離南海難波站也不遠，步行可到，地理位置算非常不錯，空間也很大，是個很棒的民宿，民宿主人回訊都很即時迅速，也允許我們提前2小時寄放行李，期待下次二訪大阪入住。

• Liezl (8/5): Reasonable price for a short stay in Namba area - Very affordable and close to Nankai Namba station (around 8mins walk), Lawson stores and some shopping areas. The unit is clean, very spacious for a family of 5, equipped with basic kitchen amenities and toiletries. Self-check in is also hassle-free and easy to follow. Since it is summer season in the month of August, the aircondition unit cannot support to cool up the entire room. We ended up requesting for an electric fan for additional comfort as my 2 kids couldnt sleep well. The host was very accomodating with the request and arranged the e-fan for us. The room floor is made up of wood which is not really recommended if you have your kids running around the room as this will disturb the guests below your room unit.
• SALVACION (9/5): - Very spacious for a family of 4, property is clean, walking distance from Nipponbashi & Namba station. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I appreciate the landlord agreeing to refund our 1st day as we were not able to catch our flight but unfortunately it was booking.com who did not agree. I reached out to their customer service but did not even mind answering me😔 Nothing

• Jamie (8/5): Great stay for our Osaka Overnight trip! - Very close to central Osaka, and only a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori! Room was large and had most basic necessities. Good size beds, a large bin (which we've found has been rare in Japan), and good kitchen equipment. Easy check in and check out experience. Nice having a balcony! Room was very cold when we entered. The heater could have been put on before we checked in. The air con is the only heater and during a cold day it doesn't heat up the whole room too well. Bathroom has no heater, so it was cold in the toilet (seat is warm though). The balcony door is not sound proof and the sirens and loud cars did keep us up until 1am. The stairwell was blocked with laundry which posed a serious fire hazard.
• Jemelyn (9/5): Comfortable stay! - Property is close to the train station, convenient stores, malls, shops, walking distance to Dotonbori. Very spacious than regular Japanese apartments. Amenities are complete and request are given before check in. Hopefully check out can be 12pm or at least there should be a luggage storage.

Very nice location, proximity to kuromon market, dotonbori and namba station. Loved the quick pitstop right before closing (<8pm) at takashimaya groceries or food court for last minute fresh fish/meat or ready made food to be cook/reheat at home after a long day of walking. No toaster. Washer with no dryer. Another medium/big pot for cooking soup, would be useful. Toaster to reheat fried food or morning toast.

• Evan (10/5): Amazing experience for family traveller - Amazing experience. This apartment really super duper neat and tidy. I did not even see a dust and dirt in every corner of this room. Almost all amenities available. Microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, hair drier, kettle, all kitchen and bath appliances you name it all. Even sponge dish washer also ready. As a family traveller, I have seen many places, but this apartment is outstanding. The location about 400-500 meter from Namba Central Station which is really good for sightseeing many store around. The room is huge. The bed is large. Recommended for family traveller. We were frequently using washing machine but could not found an iron ready. That is the only thing we missed, but not a really big concern. We are happy.
• Yu (8/5): Overall its spacious for 4 big 4 small luggages. Bed were good too. - Its big and spacious for a family of 4-6 to stay together and have their luggages open up on the floor. The motion/light sensor is very sensitive. Eventhough all lights were off, ceiling light will lit up and dim by itself. Toilet light will auto off, if in middle of night will get a shock due to darkness.
