• Helen (9/5): It is a nice apartment in a great location. Higher recommend for future travelers. - Location is great and the apartment is clean. There are no kitchen towels or kitchen paper so it is different to clean up the counter. The garbage bins are good for recycle purpose but when you bring the garbage downstairs the bins did not mark flammable or non flammable so what is the purpose to separate it in the apartment.

• Andrzej (10/5): Super pobyt w Tokio - Wielkim plusem jest duża powierzchnia lokalu. Mieszkanie czyste i komfortowe. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do wielu ciekawych obiektów oraz w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie wieży Skytree. Blisko do barów, restauracji i sklepików. Dosyć słabo wyposażona kuchnia.

• Darren (8/5): Very good overall - Nice property and good location close to Metro and local shops, clean and pleasant apartment and easy to access with key code system. Bathroom and WC are separate and its good there is a washing machine and drying area over the bath Could have had a few more kitchen utensils and would have been nice if there was a sofa to sit on though if you are out and about, you may not need this.

• Carmen (9/5): Great stay, cozy accommodation just stone’s throw away from the city centre - Super spacious and just what we needed after few days of small hotel rooms. Keyless system made it super convenient. Beautiful view with skytree close by! Really appreciate the clothing hangers provided as we needed them for laundry. -

• lai (6/5): Service could be better - The property is clean and simple There were no cleaning, throwing of garbage, change of towels for 5 nights stay. I would not mind if it is just a one or two nights stay. But I booked the stay for 5 nights and there were no cleaning services or change of towels. Staff was also not very helpful and responsive when we have issues with sending check-in details or storage of luggages.

• 于棠 (10/5): 非常棒的一次住宿體驗，希望還有機會再住久一點。 - 窗外及門外的景緻、交通、人、車流都很適合散步，房內格局方正，大桌子跟椅子非常非常非常的適合有廚房及冰箱的配置。再者，走路就可以到淺草，漫步在本所吾妻橋上非常的心曠神怡。 既然有廚房的話，相關備品可以再充足一些。基本調味料、廠房紙巾、抹布、垃圾袋（小垃圾袋可以把廚餘或吃不完的東西再裝一層比較不會直接丟進去垃圾桶裡）應該都要供給。洗衣球或洗衣粉也沒有準備給住戶。

• Malca (7/5): נקי , מיקום נוח , ספרטני למדי. - נקי מאד. יש מכונת כביסה וניתן להפעיל איוורור חימום בתא המקלחת לייבוש מלא של הכביסה. מיקום טוב.נגיש לתחב״צ. החדר פנה לכביש ראשי כך שהיה מעט רועש. ללא א. בוקר. מלון דירות. ניכר חוסר באביזרי נוחות קטנים שהיו משפרים ביותר את התחושה ובוודאי כשזה ליותר מלילה בודד : מנורות קריאה , שידות לילה לצד המיטות. קולבים למעיל בכניסה( שלא יהיה צורך לעבור את כל החדר כדי לאחסן בארון בחדר השינה. ) משטח להנחת מזוודות, פינת ישיבה קטנה. החדר מרווח ויש מקום לכל הנ״ל. אך נאלצנו להניח את המזוודות על הרצפה. קשה לכל אדם ובוודאי לאנשים בעשור השביעי לחייהם.

Room felt spacious and nice that the bathroom had a washing machine but also a drying function on the bathroom fan so your clothes would dry nice and quickly. Easy access with contact less check in and out.

• Viktoriya (1/5): - Propre, bien situé Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Nous avons eu un énorme problème pour entrer dans l’hôtel, et personne ne répondait ni à mes e-mails ni à mes appels. Après 18 heures de vol avec les enfants, nous étions devant l’hôtel, sans accueil et sans aide. Le système d’accès fonctionne par codes, mais ceux-ci ne marchaient pas. J’ai dû demander de l’aide à des passants pour essayer de contacter la gérante. Quand nous lui avons expliqué que nous étions bloqués depuis plus d’une heure et demie devant la porte, elle a refusé de venir nous aider, prétextant qu’elle était fatiguée. C’est inadmissible pour un établissement hôtelier. Cette situation nous a causé beaucoup de stress, de fatigue et d’angoisse. Seul point positif : l’appartement était propre et bien situé, mais cela ne compense pas l’expérience très désagréable que nous avons vécue.

• Nir (9/5): Great Value Stay with Easy Airport Access and Local Charm - We stayed here for six nights in Tokyo and really enjoyed it. The place feels very new, modern, and spotless – including the bathroom and smart toilet. It’s located on a wide street with easy access to subway stations, buses and even boats, yet it’s surprisingly quiet. There’s a new washing machine and a bathroom-based dryer using smart air conditioning - super convenient. Tip: From the corner of the street, there’s a direct subway line to both airports with an elevator directly to platform and only about a 1,200 yen ride (Narita at least). The location is great: close to the Tokyo Skytree (and its shopping mall), the lively streets of Asakusa, and the main Asakusa station. There are also a few cool coffee spots nearby and plenty of convenience stores. Overall, it’s a great, comfortable place for a short stay in Tokyo if you don’t mind managing your own laundry and cleaning. - No cleaning service during the (long) stay - Only three towels provided and no good place to hang them to dry - Limited outlets in the kitchen for appliances. - No bed-side lamps.

• Hui (7/5): - Clean, room is big enough for two Host not responding or very slow to respond. We did get our check in instructions until we arrived at the front of property and waited for an hour to get on the call chat with the host. That was very bad experience specially in a very hot summer day. There was few cooking wear in the kitchen. No rice cooker in a typical Japanese kitchen. No laundry detergent. No where can drying the clothes.

• Elva (9/5): - 乾淨明亮，交通方便。 對家庭且遊玩時間長，很適合空間較大的環境。 可以自己熱食物 以及將夏天汗臭的衣服都能清洗，保持涼爽與舒適！ 地點接近兩個捷運站。 回程直接可以搭至成田機場，而且不用換車，讓帶著行李的我們相當方便。 隨處可以看到晴空塔的美麗！

• Henrik (10/5): We had Tokyo's coolest view - The location was absolutely amazing. We had the top floor apartment with a view straight onto Skytree. It was completely new, and had all the amenities to live comfortably for two weeks. The location was amazing as you are just a five minute walk from the Asakusa station, but without the noise of the touristy area. If you are planning an extended stay in Tokyo, this is a no-brainer! Not a dislike but a heads-up, you'll have to bring/buy your own laundry detergent. Other than that, no complaints!
