- Victoria (8/5): - Lovely little neat apartment perfect for our one night stay. Beautiful views all around. Free parking off road was a great bonus. There was all we needed in the accommodation.
- Hein (8/5): Super fijn - Top locatie, fijn appartement en openbaar vervoer voor de deur. Een plek om buiten te zitten. Maar dat is mider bekangrijk
- Lee (10/5): - Amazing location. Lovely apartment. Great and welcoming host. That we couldn't stay longer
- Pugh (8/5): Comfortable and convenient. - We booked the property for four nights as a base to explore Brighton and East Sussex. It was easy to find and had a good access to main roads. We found the property comfortable and and it had an attractive interior. The kitchen had everything we needed. Although the property had a sofa bed, a fold up bed had been left for us which was very easier to set up for our daughter. The bathroom was very big and although we'd boiught our own toiletries, it had a good selection at our disposal. When we arrived, there was a strong smell of smoke, possibly from the previous occupant. We contacted Airhost and they were very appologetic and contacted the landlord. He arrived the next morning and offered to have everything washed and cleaned. He also contacted us again the next day to check if everything was okay. We were very impressed with the customer service so would consider staying there again.
- Japloe (8/5): - Property was in a great loaction, we were visiting Brighton for a hospital stay, and this was so close by, super convenient. Also, while I was staying in the hospital, my mum was staying in the apartment by herself, I felt she was very secure and safe there.
The apartment was comfortable, with fantastic views.
- Matthew (10/5): Welcoming and homely - Amazing views and perfect location for our stay Nothing it was perfect for our stay
- Anthony (5/5): - Flat was well equipped. Good view overlooking country side/sea. Entrance to flat had a number steps that were hard to climb. Shower drainage not working properly. Furniture in lounge modern but not comfortable. Busy road at times making it difficult to exit. Know control over central heating.
- Moody (6/5): Ok - Tidy and clean apartment. Position of the property which we were not aware of. Busy road. Slope up to apartment and then 2 sets of steps up to front door. Would not have booked this if information was in write up due to health issues.
- Rebecca (10/5): -
- Jane (8/5): Great location and views. - Nice decor, great view and parking. Ideal location with a car. Blind needed on bathroom window. Only 3 bowls. No dining table. Bed settee was uncomfortable.

- ELISE (5/5): does not fit the description used by the host in title and write up - - it was quite close to where I needed to be
the view was nice very noisy it did not say it was on the very busy main road and the title says peaceful so that is actually misleading
there was no table or desk so eat on your lap - the sofa was not confortable
too noisy to open the windows
no phonic insulation with neighbour so from the bedroom you could hear people talking switching lights on and off not ace - no exceptional noise from the neighbour but you could hear everything
- sarah (9/5): Modern, convenient and very comfortable with lovely seaviews - Fantastic views! Very comfortable with lovely hosts. We loved all the house plants - a really nice addition! There is quite a lot of road noise as it is a main road.
- Kadeem (8/5): A lovely, clean & cozy apartment stay in Brighton - We really enjoyed the stay. It had a very picturesque view from the living room, it was fairly close the to the Brighton marina m, grocery shop & restaurants (by car). The apartment was clean and cozy. We lived all the natural plants in every room and the green colour scheme was a good detail. Looks exactly as seen in the pictures. Everything in the kitchen was in perfect state as it all seemed new. We were surprised about how thin the walls were to the adjoining apartment. From the bedroom we could hear the neighbours and they were speaking at a low volume so it is something to be aware of for future guests.
Something to mention was that the shower pole was broken, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
- Jacky (7/5): Overall, a very enjoyable stay! - We had a very pleasant stay in this super self-catering accommodation with a wonderful view. The flat was well-equipped and comfortable, with excellent toiletries and kitchen amenities. Its location offers convenient access to public transport, though it does overlook a busy road. The host was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. While there are a few aspects to consider, such as traffic noise, the shower does not include a built-in seat, and accessibility challenges (stairs from ground level to the front door) for those with mobility issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the thoughtful hospitality.
The adjoining wall between the property and the bedroom may benefit from additional soundproofing on the adjoining wall to the other property for those sensitive to noise. We found the bed a bit soft for our preference, as we tended to roll toward the centre during the night, though this may not be an issue for everyone.
