• Jessica (1/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und geräumig. Leider wurde man nicht vor der Buchung darüber informiert, dass man eine Kaution von 1.000€ zahlen muss. Man wurde vor Anreise mit unzähligen automatisierten Nachrichten vollgespamt. Es wurde versprochen, dass jemand ansprechbar ist. Auf meine Nachricht, dass die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert, kam keine Antwort. Auf meine Mails, dass ich umgehend meine Kaution zurück haben möchte kam immer wieder die Standardisierte Antwort, dass es diese 10-14 Tage nach Checkout zurück gibt. Gleichzeitig bekam ich aber viele Mails ich solle die Unterkunft doch bitte bewerten. Das tue ich jetzt heute. Nachdem ich exakt 12 Tage nach Abreise meine Kaution zurück habe. Aber natürlich nicht in voller Höhe. Wofür 30€ einbehalten wurden ist mir ein Rätsel. Die Heizung wurde auch nicht richtig warm. Da hätte ich lieber ein wenig mehr investiert und wäre in ein schönes Hotel gegangen. Ich würde es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen, nicht weil die Unterkunft nicht schön ist, sondern weil die Kommunikation und Kaution mehr gestresst haben als das ganze Jahr. Nein. Danke.
• Lukas (5/5): - The accommodation itself was fine, but communication with the host was problematic. A deposit of 1,000 euros had to be paid in advance, and the host sent an outdated and misleading automated message with instructions on how to pay it. He responded to questions with a delay of 1–2 days. After departure, I repeatedly requested an invoice because it was a business trip, but the host did not respond to any of my messages, and I still have not received the invoice.
• Guest (1/5): STAY AWAY!!! Property is a scam. - Nothing. I travel a lot and advise travelers to stay away from this property. It is a scam and very difficult to receive a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!! This property is a SCAM. The host will lie and hold onto the ridiculous 1,000 Euro deposit saying we damaged something when we couldn't even enter the property because of the incorrect lockbox combination. When the lockbox combination did not work and we asked for assistance, the property requested an EXTRA 150 euros to remedy the situation. The deposit is via bank wire transfer, but we already felt skeptical about the booking and rejected that demand. When we tried to cancel before our arrival the host would not accept our cancellation. We opted to pay the deposit via credit card so we had some protection and paid the fee. The property will insist on completing a check-in form that includes Passport photos, names, etc which is normal BUT will not release check-in details until the 1,000 euro deposit is sent. All the communication is in French, and sometimes English. We had to use a translation app to understand what was being said. The person running the chat was very hostile and demanding. The "friendly neighbor" that is written about in other reviews "helped" us by rushing us, speaking only in French and booking us an expensive Hilton property nearby. Later on we realized that the neighbor may be part of the scam (mentioned in other reviews) where instead of handling the situation with booking he will try and book another accommodation so that they can cancel the booking and say that we didn't show up which then turns into a partial refund. The property was very hard to find in a not so nice area when we arrived at dark. After the ordeal we cut our travels short because we felt unsafe. When we tried to refund the stay we followed all policies which was 2 weeks from check-out the deposit will be released. When the 2 weeks passed by Booking.com reached out to the property and they lied that we broke a bed. WE WERE NEVER EVEN ABLE TO ENTER THE PROPERTY. This was ridiculous.
• Marc (7/5): - Superbe emplacement, Appartement très spacieux et original ! Dommage que le chauffage ne soit pas allumé avant notre arrivée car il faisait plutôt froid dans l'appartement et il a fallu un bon moment avant que ça se réchauffe. Propreté moyenne. Les couvertures sentent le renfermer.
• Bing Wang (9/5): Overall a good stay - Huge apartment and superb location. The process to pay the deposit is a little troublesome, could had been more direct.

• Natasa (8/5): Looking fwd to come back. It's a nice place in a nice area of the city and ose to the train station. - A bit too many messages and would be much easy if a direct person to talk to, now it's confusing as two parallel messages are delivered to everyone question.
• Hex (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay! The check-in was smooth, the apartment was spotless, and the support team was super responsive. Highly recommended!
