• colpan (3/5): - Location, Big rooms and balcony, the sea In the Spa, after the massage, they asked us to pay, we asked them to bill the room. They told us we have to pay directly to the Spa. I took out my credit card, they said either I pay cash or they will charge an additional 25 percent card commission. I thought the guy was joking but he became aggressive. I am sorry for whoever the owner of the hotel is. Such a wonderful location and so well built luxurious property, wide comfy rooms...However it doesn't deserve such a mismanagement. Pity...

Такое ощущение что он уже сидит ждёт вызова. Отремонтировал все быстро. Даже в более дорогих отелях редко бывает такая оперативность
• olga (9/5): - Отель очень хороший. Красиво, чисто, комфортно. Еда отличная: разнообразно и вкусно. Понравился пляж. Песок и волны. Если сильное волнение на отельном пляже, можно пойти на общественный пляж с другой стороны горы, там будет спокойно. Фотографии в букинге старые. На территории уже выросли деревья и очень зелено. Хотя территория маленькая. Номера больших размеров, отличная терраса. Странно устроен туалет и душевая. Можно закрыть дверь или душа, или туалета, дверь типа купе. И двигается шумно. Мало места для стоянки автомобиля. А без автомобиля добраться туда не просто. Территория маленькая, за территорией практически ничего нет.

• Gülsüm (8/5): Sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaub und schön Sandatrand - Direkt am Strand, mit eigenem Abschnitt und sehr schönem und weichem Sandstrand. Viele Getränke Bars, auch am Strand eines und jederzeit etwas zum Essen verfügbar. Das Essen hatte rundum voll und ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen und hat und sehr sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein großer Pool mit Rutschen und tagsüber viele Animationen. Es ist nicht aufdringlich wie in manchen Hotels, es war sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist teilweise etwas unfreundlich. Sie tuen nur die Arbeit aber mehr auch nicht. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber möchte es für diejenigen erwähnen, die Wert darauf legen: es ist weit und breit außer diesem Hotel gar nichts, auch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch nichts zum spazieren für Abends. Aber sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten die auch über das Hotel organisiert werden können.

Special mention as well to safeguards, really nice people. The hammock and umbrellas were occupied since 8AM. It is annoying that all places where taken by that our, hotel management should do something about it.

• Bekir (3/5): Teleurstellend - Ontvangst - Geen bellboy om spullen naar kamer te brengen. Was 1 actief, kon het niet allemaal bolwerken, zelf maar naar de kamer gebracht Kamer Onze kamer was ruim voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Mooi uitzicht op de zee. Elke dag werd schoongemaakt. Echter, de kitranden waren allemaal slecht. De kluis lag los in een lage kast, was dus niet verankerd. Er was een minibar maar die koelde niet of nauwelijks. Zwembad - Te weinig ligbedden en parasols waarvan de meeste ligbedden kapot zijn - Zwembad is te warm, heeft niet juiste temperatuur - Mensen die met glas in het zwembad verblijven, worden niet aangesproken - Vanaf 06:30 start ligbedden maffia, handdoeken worden gelegd en hele dag zie je de mensen niet. Hotel laat dit gebeuren. Ontbijt/ Lunch/ Avondeten - Tijdens ontbijt staat de muziek overdreven hard - Met name tijdens het avondeten is de keuze beperkt en dat wat er is, is zonder smaak. Behalve tijdens de Turkse avond: veel lekkere gerechten en in voldoende mate. - Wanneer het eten op is, wordt het niet aangevuld, zelfs ruim voor einde niet. Algemeen - Zeker geen 5 sterren waard - Prijs-kwaliteit is niet in verhouding - Wifi connect niet - Zitplekken restaurant vies - Personeel overwegend niet professioneel, uit gesprekken blijkt dat ze allemaal minimum loon krijgen Contact met Hotel/ Booking Onze waarnemingen en klachten hebben we met het hotel gedeeld. Daar kregen we gehoor. Ook Booking.com is op de hoogte gebracht. Maar tijdens het posten van deze review is al ruim 4 dagen verstreken, terwijl Booking aangeeft dat ze binnen 48 uur zullen reageren. I would say it's a 4-star resort not 5 because there's room for improvement regarding food and drinks and some minor things like asking for towels one day but overall it's very good. The beach is the highlight of the trip. Very clean, calm and clear water and the sand is very soft so no need for sea shoes. The entrance to the sea is shallow which is perfect for kids. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. Great value for money! We'll be back next year.

• Sergiug (5/5): Budget offer - The location and beach were the highlights of our stay. The area is pleasantly quiet, with few tourists, which made for a very relaxing experience. The hotel's proximity to Kas (just an hour away) was one of the main reasons we chose this location, and it didn’t disappoint. While the food options were somewhat limited, what was available was decent, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Our room was spacious, providing a comfortable environment throughout. We also appreciated that we weren't aggressively marketed to for additional products or services, which added to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The reception staff were friendly and responsive to our requests—thank you for making our stay pleasant in this regard. However, despite being advertised as an "all-inclusive" 5-star facility, we noticed several restrictions and limitations that detracted from the experience we were expecting. While our stay had its enjoyable moments, we felt that the price we paid was too high for the level of service provided. There are several areas where the hotel management could make significant improvements. To start, some of the rules seemed unclear and inconvenient. For example, guests are required to return towels by 7 p.m. if they want fresh ones the next morning—a time when the sun is still up and perfect for the beach. Drinks like water and soft beverages are only available at the bar, which often has just one staff serving the line of guests. It would be much more efficient to allow guests to help themselves to drinks from the fridges. The placement of the beach showers is also problematic, as you end up getting sandy again before exiting the beach area. Installing clean pathways would help prevent sand from being carried back into the hotel territory. We were also disappointed that, despite booking a room for four people, we consistently received only three towels and had to request an extra one each day.We were also disappointed to find that our room, which was supposed to have a double bed, only had two single beds pushed together, resulting in an uncomfortable sleeping arrangment. The number of restrictions felt excessive: e.g. cola and sprite were not available during breakfast, ice cream was only offered from noon until 4 p.m., and the playground was not lit after dinner—just when it cooled down enough for kids to play comfortably. Simple things like obtaining extra forks and knives were cumbersome; if you arrived late, tables were often bare, and you had to wait several minutes for staff to bring utensils. Extending dinner hours to at least 10 p.m. would also be a good idea. In the summer, you can still be at the beach until 8 p.m., making it difficult to reach the restaurant before most of the food is gone. By 8:40 p.m., staff begin clearing the buffet, which feels rushed. The elevators lacked ventilation, making them uncomfortable to use.

• Azizova (9/5): I loved the place, will suggest to everyone. - Wonderful location, the beach is perfect, the staff is super helpful, good value for money. Animation needs to be improved.
• Eva (9/5): Perfect value for money - The best thing about this hotel is the spaciousness of the rooms and it's great location. It is right on a sand beach with no hotels around. The rooms are the biggest i have stayed in so far i think. I also liked the design, a bit outfashioned but clean and white. I needed to work 2 days out of 4, and had a nice time with a fast wifi in the room, sometimes stepping to the balcony to enjoy the view. The water slides are really good too, the kids enjoyed them a lot. And the swimming pool is really spacious. Nothing considering the fee. Very good value for money. The food is average, not splendid, but definitely not bad either. Always enough chicken dishes, veggies, good fish often. Red meat - some days it is not more than frozen köfte. It is ok, just not a masterpiece. Oh, and 1 thing: if you are early to bed, ask for a room not overlooking the the pool, there is music outside till about midnight. You won't hear it from rooms to the side (they also have seaview, most of them).

• Kamilione (4/5): Far from 5 stars hotel, poor quality and understaffed. 3 stars max, but the price reflects that. - Location next to the beach Pretty spacious hotel, with bigger than normal rooms. Good view of the sea from the front rooms. Terrible check-in process, took ages, with many problems - very understaffed and unqualified employees (at least at the night-shift). Location is a little bit nowhere, not much to do outside of the hotel, and area feels dodgy. Other than reception no one speaks English well, or at all. At the dining area they constantly talked to us in russian. In overall hotel design seems good, but in details it is terrible - lots of chipped tiles, broken furniture, not working bath, etc.

• Adriana (10/5): Two nights in this hotel were like a short honeymoon - Many thanks to the management who made possible our accommodation before check-in time and also we got an exceptional upgrade to the room. Hotel is very clean, very green and the gardens well maintained. Beach is huge, fine sand, nice sun beds and the sea is wonderful with sand on the bottom and clear water. Food is very good, diverse and very tasty. The room was huge, with fridge and kitchen and an extra big terrace. There is only one type of beer served in the hotel, but there are other restaurants on the beach which have many kinds (extra cost). In the minibar(fridge) there is nothing but bottles of water. If you want to buy some extra beverages, there is a mini market on the ground floor, but the prices are huge. The English TV channels didn't work.
• Vitaly (8/5): The location makes up for all the shortcomings - Standard family room is wide and bright. Location is fantastic. Mountains on the back, sea with a wide sand beach in front of the hotel. Also a good pebble beach is in 5 min walking. You can get to inspiring ancient sights (Mira, St. Nicolas church) in 10 min by a taxi, also a boat trip to Kekova and turtle beach is highly recommended. Not all staff are friendly, some equipment is broken, no sun canopy at the kid’s pool. The juice at the bar and restaraunt is not good. The room with a sea view is too loud in the evening, as windows are in front of the disco scene.
• Gregory (8/5): Excellent for a care free stay. - Pool. All inclusive. Easy holiday. Very big. Spartan furnishings. Quite isolated and located in a very unpopulated area.
• Oksana (7/5): A nice stay with good moments but could be less expensive - The location, the first line to the sea, the view from the balcony, the big and green territory, the size of the room (50 m2), the food was quite good As I said the food was good but for the fact that we’ve got the stomach problem (I guess, the sanitary conditions during the preparation of the food are not appropriate). The music was extremely loud starting from 11 pm till 2 am, it was impossible to fall asleep without ear plugs. It’s a rather strange concept because there were a lot of families with small kids staying at the hotel.

• Kablan (10/5): Amazing hotel - Staff is very friendly, the pool is great, the beach close by and the rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully furnished. The 5 of us with different food tastes loved the buffet. We could find really good local food. The atmosphere in the hotel is definitely great for families. We also had the visit of a very friendly and funny kitten in our room in the morning. We will come back anytime we would be the region Continuous music around the pool, volume too high.
