• Sara (1/5): very disappointing experience. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. - The only thing I liked about the accommodation was the staff I communicated with through WhatsApp. Other than that, even the security/reception staff were not welcoming and didn’t smile or make us feel comfortable. What I really didn’t like was the cleanliness of the hotel, honestly it was very poor and there were many issues. There were no tissues provided in the rooms. There were also no trash bins in the living room or bedrooms — only 2 bins in 2 bathrooms even though the apartment has 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There were many biting insects during our stay. The sofa was extremely dirty and had old stains on it, which clearly showed it had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. It was also obvious that animals had previously stayed in the apartment, so the apartment should have been cleaned properly before guests arrived, especially because some people may have allergies to animals. The room curtains were dirty, the floors were not cleaned properly, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. On top of that, the apartment access card was not working, so we were not even able to visit the swimming pool. I was told that if security did not allow us in, there was nothing they could do, even though this issue was not my fault but the hotel’s responsibility. When I complained, the only solution offered was to move us to a 2-bedroom apartment even though I paid for a 3-bedroom apartment. This is unfair, especially since we are a large family of 6 people.
• Jasim Mohammed (10/5): شقة راقية وكبيرة وتتسع لعائلة كبيرة - الشقة كانت واسعه ونظيفه وكان هناك عطل في التلفاز وتم استبداله سريعا كانت الشقة ممتازة جدااااا شكرااا لكل الموظفين على سرعه تواصلهم و تعاملهم الراقي وسؤالهم إذا في شي ناقص ليتم توفيره كانت تجربة ممتازة و ان شاء الله سوف يكون من أماكني المفضله وكانت قريبه من برج خليفه ودبي مول
• SALEH (10/5): - Honestly, my stay in Dubai was amazing thanks to Domenic He helped me a lot and never fell short with anything I needed Always available, supportive, and very professional He made everything smooth and stress free from day one His attitude is respectful and truly welcoming You can tell he cares about every small detail The apartment itself was very clean, well organized, and spacious It was big, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need Nothing was missing at all, it truly felt like a complete home I stayed for about 4 days and everything went perfectly The view of Burj Khalifa was incredible and made it even better Waking up to that view every day was unforgettable Big thanks to Domenic, I highly recommend him and this place to anyone visiting Dubai

Could see fireworks of New Years from balcony Very minimally stocked with utensils, glasses, spoons etc. Minimal towels provided which were of poor quality. The back deck door does not open.

Rezervasyon aşamasında tesis ile sabah 3:00 te karşılanacağımız garantisi verildi geldiğimizde kimse yoktu muhatap bulmamız biraz sürdü. Önce bizi mesajlaşarak başlarından salmaya çalıştılar sonrasında israrımız üzerine yanımıza gelmeye lutfettiler. 3 yaşındaki çocuk ile nerdeyse gecenin 3:00ünde bir saat bekledik . Kişisel verileri koruma kanunlarından haberleri olmadığı gibi neredeyse işimizin görülmesi için kendi ayaklarına çağıracaklar. fiyat açıklamasında 300$ temizlik bedeli Yazıyor ancak daire okadar temiz değildi. Sadece üstün körü toplanmış. Dairenin birçok aksamı hayati tehlike arz edecek derecede bakımsızdı. Prizler kablolarıyla birlikte duvardan çıkmıştı musluklar yerlerinden çıkmıştı. Bir çok yerde küf vardı. 300$ verilip temizlenen yer tertemiz olmalı. Dairenin heryeri tozluydu. Konaklama sonrası faturamı almamın çok uzun sürmesi ve sonunda yanlış isme düzenlenmesi. Zaten defalarca talep ettikten sonra gönderildi. Gönderilende gerçek fatura değil. Mali geçerliliği olmayan sıradan kağıt üzerine yazılmış bir belge düzenlendi. Booking.com a defalarca faturamı alabilmem için destek olmasını mail ile rica ettim ama yardımı bırakın geri dönüş bile alamadım. Overall büyük hayalkırıklığı. Bundan sonra Booking.com dan başka alternatif platformları kullanacağım. Demekki herşey parayı alana kadarmış.

De afwerking, water in de douches liep niet weg zodat er water in de badkamer stond, geen echt warm water, vreemde geur in het appartement, keuken niet goed uitgerust (geen keukenhanddoeken, amper bestek, etc), zeer slecht isolatie tussen appartementen.

• Maricris (5/5): The poor assistance in locating the area made our impression really bad. - The instruction. Difficult to locate the place since the building was not mentioned, the staff whom I called didnt know the location well. Message stated a staff will assist us but in reality it was self service. Wifi did not work until late evening. AC did not work well until around 4pm the following day. Temperature maintained at 37. Hallway AC is better than our room. Reported this issue but not really fixed in the first night.

• Mohammed (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good 10 minutes drive to Dubai mall. Hight floor with a view.. but dont expect that much view of Burj Khalifa. The apartment size is fair enough. Although they charge 350 for cleaning, the apartment wasn't clean that much ! The furniture (sofa in the living room smells really bad). The apartment entrance can not be locked from outside. They said they gonna send someone to check, but no one showed up. Drainage in the shower was blocked.

I took my son for his 21st birthday and you guys spoiled the whole trip

• Deepak (9/5): it was a great experience and host was always there to answer your questions. - location was great ! the view of Burj Khalifa and downtown is awesome from there. You can virtually see all major attractions from your balcony. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get into my room after i arrived there. Somehow host forgot to send me check in detail even though i had provided my arrival details and passport info to them in advance. Apartment security had to call them then only i was able to check in. Somehow the first impression was really bad. Also, It would be nice if host can provide some instructions on where to throw garbage, where gas switch is located etc so that visitors don't have to wonder.
