- Nele (1/5): Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt - - Die Vorstellung eines privaten Raumes und einer Gemeinschaftsküche/Bad - sehr günstige Preis - die Lage hat uns sehr sehr unsicher fühlen lassen - liegt in einem banlieu - gerade als Frau hat sich der Ort gefährlich angefühlt - die wohnung liegt in einem alten hochhaus, der fahrstuhl hat teilweise nicht funktioniert und man musste durch ein stinkendes, dunkles treppenhaus laufen - die wohnung sieht nicht aus wie auf den bildern, die tapete ging von den wänden ab - es gab lediglich eine toilette für die gesamte wohnung

The beddings were extremely old, torn and looking very dirty. The bed was old. In short, sleep was very far from being good. The management was inaccessible, no response to me when I wrote them. There are many rooms just for one toilet which is too bad

- Arellano (6/5): París bajo costo - que tenía netflix y cocina, ubicación buena para el precio a una hora aproximadamente del centro de parís pero con una estación de ferry muy cerca, el cuarto individual tenía su propia refrigeradora. El apartamento olía desagradable, la calefacción no servía para nada, el baño estaba con hongo y humedad y los cuartos olían a cigarro.

- Pauline (7/5): - Logement bien indiqué, bien expliqué pour se rendre à l'appartement avec un document explicatif ainsi que les différents codes. Logement bien placé proche 13 ème arrondissement avec des correspondances de transport. Ménage effectué chaque jour. L'isolation sonore de l'appartement avec l'étage supérieur et entre les chambres de l'appartement qui ne dépend pas des propriétaires mais du respect des gens séjournant dans l'appartement et ne respectant pas les parties communes ou les conditions de location de la chambre fait que je ne suis pas entièrement satisfaite.

De plus je ne savais pas que les places du parking souterrain étaient réservées. Du coup je me suis retrouvée entre le mur et une voiture qui me collait tellement que je ne pouvais pas sortir et en plus j étais sur la place d une personne âgée et étrangère qui ne comprenait pas du tout

- Tamara (4/5): Very disappointed - The rooms were very noisy. I couldn’t open the door of the bedroom, it was very stuck. Sheets of the bed had black spots. It was cold in the room, no heater. I heard neighbors at 5 am having problems opening the door, I went out to help them to open the door. The area where the accommodation is situated doesn’t feel safe. There is no parking facility. I had trouble to find a parking spot in the middle of the night. Owners didn’t react on the question where I could park the car. There are more than 4 rooms for the guests. 1 shared toilet and 1 shared shower. Next time I pay a hotel in a more central location, with parking facility and private bathroom. Would not come back.

Le radiateur ne fonctionne pas , le ménage se fait pas tout les jours, un seul sanitaire pour 10 personnes c’est inacceptable, trop de bruit , on n’ as pas trouvé de la tranquillité durant notre séjour. A cama muito confortável !! Super recomendo e voltarei !! Apenas a localização pelo tempo pra ir até o centro, mas vale super a pena pq o transporte público é bem viável .

I was a guest for three nights, and unfortunately, the conditions were far below what should be expected. - There was no hot water available for showers during my entire stay. - Out of the two toilets available, only one was functioning, and it had to be shared by all guests. - Toilet paper was not replenished, nor were the kitchen cloths or the bathroom mat, which remained wet and unpleasant to use. - Although the building has an elevator, it was out of service, and we had to use a poorly maintained staircase. These issues made the experience very uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Хоча було 2 ванні кімнати, але води гарячої в них не було. Тому по приїзду додому ти знову радієш звичайним речам. Також обіцяний був фен для волосся, якого так не виявилося в номері. На задані питання про ці незручності - персонал відповів лише в ніч відʼїзду, але зробив з нас дурнів що вода є разом з феном.

- Artemis (2/5): Shamelessly overpriced - The cleaning lady does what she can, considered what she’s provided with. Do NOT go there. For that pricing you might expect some hotel or hostel; actually it’s just an ordinary flat (in a rather terrible appartment building), that someone has arbitrarily divided into five bedrooms with little shared space, no privacy and wildly varying degrees of comfort. Never mind that the lift’s out of order (forcing you to walk up four floors in a dark piss-stained staircase), so is one of the two toilets and quite a few other things. The noise is unending, from your “flatmates” and up/downstairs neighbors, to the street, and the pipes/heating system (by the way, do not hope for air conditioning: it can get suffocatingly hot in there).

In the description section before booking, it was written that there was a hairdryer, but in fact it didn't, and for that reason I didn't bring one with me and had a problem and informed the owner. The room was different from the one in the booking photo and I didn't like it. It didn't have a terrace and the sheets weren't nice and there is no any slipper

- Carly (1/5): DO NOT BOOK. Bad Hygiene, Not Clean, Concern of Bed Bugs, Stained Sheets. Not Respectful/Considerate Staff if you ha - The bedroom was not clean. Under the mattress in the bed base and behind the bed head were FILTHY like they’ve never been vacuumed: dirt, specs that could be bed bug eggs, dust, hair, toe nails. Sheets were stained and little holes. I cancelled and didn’t stay even the first night because I was afraid it could have bed bugs. (After seeing how dirty I searched the past reviews in more detail and saw someone said they don’t know how they got mosquito bites inside the room - hello, it was probably bed bugs?!) Bathroom also mouldy. Spoke to Booking.com on the phone about this and they said they could cancel and process a refund after speaking with the property. Turns out they didn’t cancel it and then the property refused me a refund because “the booking was still active and blocked them from making another booking”. I sent the photos and video proof on email but they said they didn’t receive it. It’s not hard to clean thoroughly. And if the cleanliness standard isn’t ok enough to give a guest confidence there are no issues like bed bugs and they don’t stay, and cancel, the property should say “oh no, we’re so sorry, we will address this” and refund you. This property took no accountability. Said they didn’t receive the proof. Even though they also had security cameras everywhere and could see I left that night and didn’t stay.

The walls are so thin, we can hear people washing dishes loudly in the kitchen, speaking loudly, we couldn't sleep, not relaxed at all. The noise is non stop - after midnight, and very early in the morning. Bathroom and toilet were always busy, doors were squeaking so loud we couldn't sleep...

- Mary (9/5): Let Lag Pad - Clean! Good shower - excellent hot water. Well equipped kitchen with a few basics (salt, sugar). There's an Aldi within a 10 minute walk and a few other small markets. Responsive host. Very close to the tram. The building isn't much to look at, but the apartment is excellent.

- Hugo (8/5): Solo traveler in Paris - Nice private room (TV, fridge, bed, table and chair) with shared kitchen, 2 toilets and showers (toilet, shower, toilet + shower) Instructions on how to get to the apartment are super easy and I liked it. I actually didn't even noticed for most of the time that I have some flatmates... I somehow managed to had so many mosquitoes in my room sucking my blood every night... and the location wasn't perfect at all but u need to go in that knowing it.
