Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee Strictly no stag or hen parties Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kelsey (1/5): Dirty, basic but expensive. - Location No WiFi, place as dirty, all skirting boards dirty, the drawers in both rooms were dirty never been cleaned. Crumbles, dirt, wood chips inside so I didn’t put anything away. floor wasn’t swept/hoovered or mopped, surfaces not wiped. Shit stains in the toilet. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting. the bought a cleaner who just mopped the main areas and left (she was on the phone when I got back to the property), the actually dirt on the floor wasn’t never cleaned she just mopped the dirt (crumbles, debris and hair) around. When I contacted them, they told me there’s probably just dust as the unit has been empty for a while so I asked so the property wasn’t cleaned before my booking. She stated yes. Which I doubt. They wanted me to move upstairs where I notice all the things my property was missing (lamps, bathroom bin, frying pans, hook on the bathroom door, hand towels) it wasn’t as dirty as the property, still not clean. I stayed in the there was a lot of black mould in the shower waxed in the bedside drawers so I stayed in the original property. I just bought kitchen rolls and surface wipes and wiped down the surfaces so I could feel comfortable. Shower smelt like sewage after first use, only hot water for first day. Rest of the days almost cold water. straight hair in the shower. At night you can hear rats or mice in the walls and ceiling. No bin lid in the kitchen. No hand towel. No hook on the bathroom door there was no way to put your towel. No bathroom bin, only one bin in the property. No bedside lamps and very basic kitchenware in the property (3 small pots no frying pan) in the property. Someone bought me a lamp and frying pan I was suppose to get a bathroom bin they never came back. The staff were very unprofessional and not considerate of my feelings as a customer. This was meant to be my birthday staycation, I spent most of my time messaging or contact them.
