• Cinzia Rossella (8/5): - L'hotel si trova a 50 metri dal Bosforo, proprio dietro il Four Season..La vista è eccezionale ed è il plus della struttura.L hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale, in quanto da una parte si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dallo stadio Besiktas e dal palazzo Dolmabanche..Sempre a piedi una trentina di minuti per il Galata Port e quindi zona Karakoy..Mentre se vai verso il ponte e quindi verso Ortakoy una quindici minuti a piedi..Non mancano quindi i tram che passano continuamente e i moli per andare nella parte asiatica ..Le camere sono nuove, pulite e funzionali.La colazione è varia sia nel salato che nel dolce.Non essendo celiaca non saprei dire se c erano eventuali opzioni per questo..Io e mio figlio è la terza volta che veniamo a Istanbul, e ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa struttura,che tra l altro appartiene ad una catena di hotel molto belli..Il personale è gentile e accogliente, e quando ho chiesto una stanza ad un piano più alto, per avere una vista ancora piu ampia, mi hanno dato una camera ancora più bella senza farmi.pagare la differenza..Grazie davvero.Tutto perfetto..Bravi.

• Lola (10/5): - Good location and an amazing view. Spacious apartment, very comfortable and clean. Jacuzzi was absolutely perfect after a long cold and rainy day. The staff were very helpful, thoughtful and kind. There are road works next to the building and the entrance is not perfect, especially if you carry a big suitcase. There is a sign with the hotel reception details on the left hand side of the staircase. They would be happy to help you.

• YD65 (10/5): - Были в отеле в марте 2026. Номер чистый, уютный с прекрасным видом на Босфор. Ежедневная качественная уборка номера и смена полотенец. Очень доброжелательный персонал, готовый прийти на помощь в решении любого вопроса. Есть русскоговорящий персонал. Выбор блюд на завтрак не очень большой, но все очень вкусно и аутентично. На шведском столе всегда свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок и вкуснейший кофе. У отеля прекрасная локация: в пешей доступности площадь Бешикташ, пристань Бешикташ, а рядом с отелем автобусная остановка. Минусов нет.

Falls ein Problem geben sollte, sind stets bemüht zu lösen., Die Unterkunft liegt, so dass man nicht mit dem Taxi anfahren kann. Treppen, wo man sein Gepäck oder schwere Gepäck, Empfehle Ihnen erst anzurufen, damit man mit ihrem Gepäck helfen kann. Es war Baustelle „war sehr schwer zugänglich zum Hotel. Keine Entschuldigung vom Hotelmanagement. Für diese Umstände, was ich als Gast als Selbstverständlichkeit erwarte . mindestens eine Entschuldigung.. Manager noch sehr unerfahren😞

• Françoise (8/5): Hotel agréable et pratique . - Il s’agit en fait d’un appart hôtel avec petit déjeuner turc proposé et nettoyage journalier et assez bien équipé, il est très bien situé à Besiktas et vraiment pratique pour un séjour comme le mien qui a duré au final 12 nuits au lieu des 5 initialement réservées Il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs et très proche de Ortaköy L’appartement est vraiment spacieux et confortable et bien décoré. La salle de bain est bien équipée.La machine à laver est très appréciable. J’ai pu avoir pour deux nuits moyennant un supplément un appartement avec la vue sur le Bosphore magnifique et un bain à remous . Le personnel est très accueillant et sont toujours prêt à aider J’ai dû prolonger mon séjour de plusieurs nuits (booking.com n’étant pas accessible en Turquie) ils m’ont fait un tarif attractif. Je remercie vraiment Huseyin Ibrahim Ali Tarik Guzel Filda la dame au petit chien et les autres pour leur gentillesse leur attention leur sourire . L’accès à l’hôtel n’est pas simple il y a des travaux, mais le personnel est présent pour récupérer les bagages à l’arrivée et les déposer pour le départ au bas des marches . Il est à noter que la vue sur la ville n’est vraiment pas belle on est face à un mur et un espace vide remplie de détritus de saletés Comme à l’origine je n’étais pas en vacances mais venue pour trouver un appartement pour ma fille je n’ai pas privilégié la vue sur le Bosphore avec regret Dans l’appartement il serait appréciable d’avoir un micro ondes surtout quand on fait un long séjour; Il faut savoir qu’il n’y a aucun ustensile pour cuisiner mais beaucoup d’offre de restaurants autour.

• MESHARI (4/5): لن اكرر الاقامه في هذا الفندق - الموقع ممتاز فقققط تسجيل الدخول مرره يطول اكثر من نص ساعه والفندق فاضي السرير صغيير جداًجداً من دخلنا الفندق ما ارتحنا فيه مره الحمام خربان جلسو ساعه ونص يصلحونه عامل داخل عامل طالع رايح اليوم ننتظرهم ومره ثانيه الدفايه ماتشتغل ذبحنا البرد واليوم الثاني غيرنا الغرفه ورحت لغرفه اسوء من الاولى وضيعو بعض من اغراضنا ولارجعت لنا ولاشفناها لن اكرر الزياره
• Dana (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Istanbul with beautiful view and great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and - The location is wonderful and the staff are amazing 👍🏻 The stairs that lead to the hotel were not suitable for older people or kids.
• عفراء (10/5): - المكان جميل مقابل الفورسيزن والموقع حيل حلو ومخدوم طلعت شقق فندقيه مو فندق خذيت غرفه مع جاكوزي وبلكونه والاطلاله رهيبه على البسفور والمنظر رهيب الخدمات عجيبه وتعاملهم جداً طيب فقط الريحه الي بالشقه غير مناسبه لانها مقموته والمدخل درج كبير وفيه تصليحات بالبدايه خفت وطلبت الغاء ولكن لما دخلت الشقه وشفت تعاملهم الطيب والروم سيرفس شاي وقهوه فري ضيافه منهم ولما طلبنا مطعم ساعدونا بالطلب وعلمونا طريقه التطبيق سلسين بالتعامل وراقيين شكرا لكم كملت الاقامه لمده 6 ايام وكانت من اجمل الايام في اسطنبول المدخل
• Ayten (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf - De kamers zijn zeer ruim en schoon. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Als je veel bagage hebt kan je beter even hulp vragen omdat het hotel wat hoger ligt. Het personeel komt direct helpen.
• Nergül (9/5): Ein fantastisches Hotel - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels – insbesondere der Zimmer mit Meerblick – ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral, mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Busbahnhof und zum Schiffshafen. Das Stadtzentrum von Beşiktaş ist in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche wunderschöne Cafés und Restaurants sowie alles, was das Herz begehrt. Leider waren die Fenster nicht schalldicht, sodass der Verkehrslärm der vorbeifahrenden Autos rund um die Uhr deutlich hörbar war. Zudem ist der Weg bzw. der Aufgang zum Hotel mit Gepäck recht beschwerlich.

• Peter (9/5): It was a good stay. - The staffs were so friendly and prepared whatever we wanted with kindness. The access to the public transportation was easy. The area was good, full of shops. The houses were modern and clean. I felt like home. I enjoyed Bosphorus view directly infront of the house. I needed wash machin and I used it a lot. Refrigerator was so big and useful. I could cook by myself in the kitchen.

• Edin (10/5): You will enjoy your stay at this hotel. - The hotel is in a good location. You can walk around a lot on foot, the bus stations are also close by, so you can reach all the important sights you want to visit in a few minutes, or let's say you visit many large shopping centers for shopping. I must especially praise the great trio (Tugce, Ali and Tarik) - who make sure that you feel comfortable in the hotel. If you take a room with a view of the Bosphorus, you will enjoy a wonderful view. Be sure to visit this hotel and I wish everyone who comes a pleasant stay and a good time in beautiful Istanbul. See you again.

• Secil (10/5): Zeer tevreden, beste ervaring tot nu toe. - Hotel met een prachtig uitzicht over de Bosphorus. Vriendelijk personeel en ze zijn zeer behulpzaam. Zowel ik als mijn vriendinnen hebben ons enorm welkom gevoeld. Jacuzzi in de kamer is geweldig. Ook zijn de kamers schoon en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Ik wil Ali en Ahmet bedanken voor hun behulpzaamheid en gastvrijheid. We hopen hier vaker te kunnen komen! De trappen kunnen een aandachtspunt zijn voor gasten die minder mobiel zijn, maar personeel helpt met de koffers. Eigenlijk zijn die tredes ook wel een goede work out ;).
• Emil (10/5): Relaxing and wonderful - Views from the penthouse suite over the Bosphorus were unmatched. Wonderful suite with a kitchen provided. Ali, Ahmet, and Omer were great hosts and welcomed us for breakfast and helped with all questions regarding the city.
• Darine (9/5): Would definitely come back to this hotel! - The location of the property is just perfect with an amazing view of the bosphorus. A focal point to main attractions and walking distance to bus stations. There is everyday cleaning and all staff members with no exception are so friendly, welcoming and respectful, and available at front desk 24/7. The manager Soner, was very professional and helpful, he responded to all our requests promptly. Nothing. However, the property requires climbing stairs to access the entrance, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges.

• Ruhigul (8/5): En résumé prochaine fois que je viens c’est sur que ça serait ici - C’était plus que dans mes attentes là chambre le personnel rien à dire franchement ils étaient à l’écoute au moindre de vos demandes Ahmet un jeune super gentil respectueux adorable je lui remercie beaucoup pour les services qu’il rend avec le sourire et avec plaisir il aime son travail À l’accueil monsieur Ali vous conseille pour les déplacements vous fourni même une carte de transport avec caution comme ça vous ne payez pas la carte l’hôtel est situé près de la place de Besiktas et près du port pour traverser coté asiatique en 15mn…un grand merci pour l’équipe !
• Sofia (9/5): Wunderschöne Aussicht und aufmerksames Team. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Blick auf dem Bosphorus ist wunderbar (es lohnt sich See view zu nehmen). Der Viertel ist animiert und man findet sehr viel klein e Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Manager und das Team waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Treppe zum Eingang ist sehr schlecht.

• Tobias (10/5): Highly recommended! Perfect for both business and leisure. - I travel(ed) a lot, usually 5 star hotels, and love this place. Great location with wonderful view, just above the Four Seasons. Everything works (comfortable lounge, kitchen, clean new bathroom, jacuzzi big enough for two, fast WIFI, smart TV with Netflix, smart card doors, etc etc) and the best thing is the ambiance: The genuinely friendly, very helpful staff makes you feel welcome and home, while the manager is able to help you with any queries, no matter how difficult, in a quality i have seen only in few of the best hotels in the world.

It exceeded my expectations and the staff were beyond grateful. They really went over and above in every respect. This is definitely going to be one of our homes away from home.
