• Stephanie (10/5): My daughter made the best memories for her 17th birthday!! - Everything was clean. Outdoor tub was the best, especially after all the walking during the day. We just felt so comfortable. Only thing I would complain about was the pillows. Not comfortable and hard.

• Trude (9/5): Fin bolig for mange - Flott bolig med store soverom og plass til mange. Stille og fin utsikt fra veranda. Ustelt utenfor, bakveranda var overgrodd og ved inngangspartiet var det ikke klipt hekk eller vasket trapp slik at det var et dårlig førsteinntrykk. Ligger «alene» i en fjellside så gjester må ha bil, men tilhørende parkeringsplasser rett utenfor. Var bilde av boblebad på veranda men vi hadde bare et piknikkbord på vår. Lite kjøkkenutstyr, ikke stekeovn eller brødrister.

• misao (2/5): ロケーションはよかったが設備面が最悪だった。 - 窓から見える海 その向こうに伊江島タッチュー 雨上がりの虹🌈 ①5泊6日したがWi-Fi不具合があったようで 全く使えず最悪な環境だった。 ②シャワー水圧悪く全く水もお湯も出ないこともあった。お湯も途中から水に代わり悲惨な思いしかない。 ③2階のトイレの排水が悪く2日目で詰まって流れなくなった。排水スポイト等も無い中で自分でペットボトル等利用して何とか直して利用したが排水口からの嫌な臭いもあり不快だった。

• Teodora-Diana (9/5): Great location and very comfy stay, great value for money, loved the area - The villa is spacious, well-equipped with modern appliances, and very comfortable, with beautiful views. It’s easy to find, parking is convenient, and the surrounding area is pleasant, with other villas nearby. I was initially a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews and complaints, and even shortened my stay because of them. However, I honestly don’t understand those criticisms. The property is clearly well maintained, even in the off-season (I traveled in December), and at times all the villas were fully booked, which shows the place is active and cared for. Communication with the host was also smooth and easy. Compared to two other Airbnb accommodations I stayed in on the island, this one was more affordable, cleaner, and overall much more comfortable. It can be surprisingly difficult to find good accommodation on this island, and the other two places lacked attention to detail and were not in picture-perfect condition. This villa exceeded my expectations. A little more attention to small cleaning details would have made the stay perfect, but overall I would still rate it 9/10. Although the room was changed after booking, the alternative room was comfortable and met my expectations.

• kazumi (6/5): 着いた時はワクワクでしたが、帰る時スタッフさん見た後は残念な気持ちになりました。 - オシャレな間取り、デザインでベッドの数も多く、トイレとバスルームも2つずつあって良かった。 ベッドと枕が硬い グラスは人数分あったが、カップは2個しかなく、ホットが飲めないので、カップを買いに行った。 チェックアウト時間（11時）より1時間早く出たんですが、スタッフの方？が掃除用具を持って私達が出るのをそばで無言で待ち構えていたので、無言の圧に焦って出ました💧 しかも駐車場で唾を吐いていたので、なんだか気分悪かったです。

• 友紀 (2/5): - テレビアンテナ線が配線されておらずテレビ自体見れません。また、Wi-Fiも接続できませんでした。オーナーさんに対応依頼するも管理会社が見に来ただけで改善はされず。Wi-Fi対応には数日対応に時間がかかると返答頂きましたが5泊した間に改善されませんでした。テレビについては返答が無かった為最終的にテレビアンテナ線を自身で購入しました。また、シャワーの出が悪い、洗濯機の乾燥モードが使えないなど設備面があまりにも整っていないと感じました。
• rika (4/5): もう少し便利にならないとリピートは厳しい。 - Wi-Fiが繋がらない。 1階のシャワーが壊れてて水量が少ない。 歯ブラシ、スリッパもない。 台所周りも揃ってない。 あるものを細かく書いてもらえたら こちらも準備てきる。 予約の時にらジャグジーありだと思ってたのに、実際は無い部屋の予約になっていた。 ジャグジー希望が希望じゃないか分かるようにして欲しい。

• Kamory (5/5): 雖然第一天不滿意，但是後續住宿方有展現誠意，所以覺得還是一個不錯的民宿。 - 住宿方有誠意而且有問必答，我們第二天反應問題，他們即時回覆並願意配合處理讓我們在第二天晚上更換房間。第二天終於能睡個好覺。寧靜度100分因為整個渡假村只有我們，嘿嘿嘿。 第一天住在最裡面那棟，結果沒Wi-Fi, 樓下蓮蓬頭出水量超小，冷氣壞掉，整晚冷氣一直repeat shutdown,電視打不開 。

• Hallie (10/5): Great vibes, super cute, super relaxing! - Beautiful interior and design. I love the dark green walls, very rare to find an airbnb out here with such a great vibe. Hot tub was awesome as well. The parking was a little hard to find, especially at night and because maps did not lead us to the right spot.
• 博美 (4/5): - 部屋が多く、ゆったり過ごせました。 いくつかのサイトには備品に歯ブラシが掲載されていたのに、現地にはなかった。問い合わせしても、そもそも置いていない。とのこと。サイトは最新にしておいてほしい。同様にBBQがテラスでできるような記載があったが、BBQグリルはないとのこと。色々想定外だった。 また、寝室に拳大ぐらいのカエルがいて、追い出そうと苦戦しているところに、枕をめくったら、枕の下にも１匹いて、二匹もカエルがいて、その寝室は使う気分にならなかった。

• KEIZO (2/5): - ・管理人（中国の方？？）に、メールが繋がり、駐車場を移動しても良いと言われた事 （駐車場は、宿泊室の前に止めるシステムらしいが、管理人はどこの部屋が空室か？も把握しておらず、とりあえず他の所が空いてれば、停めてもよいとの事。数日後に確認しますと言われたが、その時にはチェックアウトしてるし、、、） ・デッキ部分と、外の景色のイメージ写真と実際は全然違う！！ ・窓からの景観は、雑草？ばかりで少ししか海が見えなかった ・デッキはほぼ掃除してない！！ ・台所の排水口がほんと臭い！！！ ・全体的にカビ臭い！ ・デッキのジャクジーのお風呂は使えないというか、使う気にもならない程のレベル！ ・駐車場は宿泊室の前に駐車するのだが、草が侵入し、生えているし、前や隣との間隔も狭く、駐車したら絶対に降りられない！（車が大きかったのもある、、） ・トイレ内など、普通にほこりがたまっていた ・アメニティがない！（歯ブラシなし）（バスタオル、タオルはあった） ・オフィスはゴミ溜め？シーツ洗濯場？の状態 ・入室してすぐに、砂？が落ちていたのですぐに掃除機をかけた！ ・液体洗濯洗剤がほぼ空！ ・せっかく楽しみにしていたのに、テンションだだ下がりだし、入室してすぐに宿を変えたいと思ったのは初めて！！あの部屋へ帰るかと思うとため息が出た。 なので部屋の写真を撮る気にもならなかった、、、
• 佑磨 (9/5): 景色は本当に素晴らしかった - 景色はとてもいい。 設備は一応整っているところ。 チェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズ とにかく掃除が行き届いていない ベッドルームにカプセルのゴミが落ちていたり、使用済みコンタクトが落ちていたりしていた。 お風呂は浴槽に毛が何本も残っていたり、乾燥機は使おうとしたら使えなく原因がフィルター詰まりとのことで調べたら糸クズがびっくりするぐらい詰まっており全く清掃の方はみてないんだなって感じでした。 ジャグジーは全く掃除されてなくとても入れるような状態では無く、自分達で道具を買ってきて掃除しました。 後、準備し忘れなのか元々無いのかはわかりませんがアメニティ類は一切無く今まで色々なとこに泊まってきましたがこんな事は1回もありませんでした。

• MARIKO (1/5): 日本人向けではありません。 - バルコニーからの眺め。夕日が綺麗でした。 写真に載ってる設備通りではありません。 問い合わせても、”確認します”のみ。 キッチンがついているので、自炊ができるかと 思いましたが、旅行前から自炊できるような備品が ない事がわかりましたが、すでにキャンセルが出来るような日数ではなく、せっかくの旅行が 行く前から不快でした。 子連れだったので行く前から 予定が狂い、不快な思いをしました。 シャワーはお湯が30分しかでません。 60度にしてやっと暖かいお湯が出ます。 大人数仕様なのにコップが4個程度しかない。 洗濯機があるのに干す場所、ハンガーもない。 畳は布団はなくベッド。 炊飯器はない。 100円ショップで コップ、ハンガーセット、ゴミ袋を 買う羽目に。 滞在中は別の日帰り風呂を利用しました。 とても2家族では使えないシャワーなので。 返金して欲しいくらいです。 2家族利用でしたので、相手の家族にも 不便をかけてしまいました。 海外にいれば驚きませんが、 まさかのシーツを外の手すりに 干しています。 管理人の方が昼間は うろうろしていますが、海外の方です。 たぶん対応は難しいかと思います。 問い合わせのレスポンスは 早いですが、オペレーターが多数いるので 引き継ぎも何もありません。 困っていることに対して助けてくれることは ありません。 あるかないかを聞く程度なら対応してくれます。 ただ海外とのやりとりです。 こんな宿は初めてでした。 日本の方は泊まらない方がいいです。 非接触で、寝るだけならいいと思います。
• SSUHSUAN (4/5): 早點進去民宿，我們很晚才進去，路很黑不好開 - 海景漂亮 到房間要下一個長樓梯，拿行李非常不方便，而且我們都是女生，離開的時候扛行李扛超久，房間在地下1樓，然後廁所都有味道，都飄到房間來了。

• MAKI (1/5): 最悪 - 排水溝の匂いが凄くて 気分が悪くなるほどの匂いでした。 対策をお願いしましたが 何もしてもらえず 部屋の変更をお願いしましたが それに対しても何もしていただけませんでした。 一階のクーラーをつけたら 2部屋ともカビ臭く 最悪でした。
• Kin Yip Leo (6/5): Generally acceptable as we spent most of the time outdoor. Good quiet location top of the hill. - Good quiet spot with sunset view but you need a car. TV is not working, although the host try to help out via message instruction but it just doesn't work. No bed side table also very weird and no TV in bed rooms as seen in photos other than few holes on the wall. Renovation seems not completed. Cleanliness level generally not up to Japanese level.

• Miwako (6/5): The overall experience was good, the place was decent, just some small inconveniences that could be better and could be - We appreciated that the air conditioner was on when we arrived. I was glad to see two showers, many beds, and a washing machine for me and my family to use. The place was dirty when we arrived and had to clean it ourselves. When taking a shower the hot water would go in and out and it would be cold. The front door area is a bit overgrown. There was a dead long thin bug in the bottom floor bedroom and in the next room there was a spider in the corner of the closet. The place smelled a bit like mold too.
• Holly (7/5): Overall it was a nice stay, once we got a clean house. Spacious and nice. The view depends on which one you get. - Big house, perfect for families. Has a hot tub outside and plenty of beds. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, no walking to a store, definitely need a car here. When we arrived our house was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned- someone had just stayed and there was trash and hair everywhere. They gave us a second unit and it was also uncleaned- same as first one. They gave us a third house and it was clean and great. The next day another family had the code for our unit and came in and had reservations for our house. I had to help them get into another unit that was originally mine with the code I was given. So everyone had each other’s house codes- which didn’t feel very safe. My kids were creeped out and didn’t want to stay anymore. I suggest changing the codes regularly and making sure the cleaners actually came.
• Juke (9/5): Very nice apartment with Jacuzzi with a beautiful view - very huge apartment, with kitchen and even a jacuzzi (which is tiny but nice to have). The view from the balcony is ver nice as well and there are two bedrooms, two toilets and two showers it was a little bit dirty and we had to clean the jacuzzi before using. Note that without a rental car, it doesn't make sense to book this apartment because it is far away from public transport!
• Jacy (8/5): Very good - The space was large and very quiet good for a relaxing stay Location is way up in the hills very difficult to find at night as there is no signage. There are also many bugs. Also the rooms are all downstairs for apartments H and beyond hence damp and dark.
