Guest Reviews
- Ricky (4/5): - Friendly staff, helpful and courteous. Good food in the on-site restaurant. Nice view and lanscape. Aircon marginal at best. CR - toilet didn't flush. Water pressure was very low. Water ran brown at first from sink and bathtub. Very dated and a little run down. The pool was okay but not exactly clear, just a little murky.

- Michael (2/5): - Helpful staff, The food in the restaurant was fine.. The bathroom was really in terrible condition, hot water absolutely no chance, flushing with a bucket of water, the Resort was a mess almost everywhere you looked, the beds in the room are bad, one sleeps only on old moldy foam, the climate was very noisy. Everything you looked around was destroyed. This Resort had its best times long time ago. Breakefast Included in the price below average and only a small selection a la carte, no buffet. Considering how many idle staff were sitting everywhere, there would certainly be some work for them around the Resort so that it wouldn't look so neglected.
- Richard (1/5): Pull the hotel down; sell the land and keep animals instead. - The hotel is a disgrace. Some parts are falling down already. The only part I liked was leaving. Everything. The breakfast was poor. My room had no warm water. The TV did not work. One of the worst places I have stayed in for 35 years. The main thing was the hotel area itself. Some areas were like a buiding site with rubbish strewn everywhere and some like a demolition site.
- Nelson (7/5): - Location and service
- Watson (6/5): - The pool area is a good place next to the sea. I couldn't change my dates so lost money. The shower was always cold.nothing outside the hotel.7
- Marvi (6/5): Value for money but don´t expect well maintained rooms - I had nostalgic memories of this resort growing up in Cebu. However, maintenance has clearly not been as good as it was before. Staff was excellent and cannot be faulted. Location is also good. Rooms have become dingy which made me really sad. It used to be one of the better properties in the area. Made me wish that I had stayed at a different property.

- Tomas (6/5): Avoid this place - Swimming pool It is a camp for locals. Everything is very old. Reconstruction is going, but very slow. Garbage everywhere. Very loud music from early morning untill night. Houndreds of locals celebrating and karaoke every day, especially on weekends. Very bad singers still singing. You can hear 5 different music and karaoke singers in same time.
Beach is small and ugly. With karaoke again.
- Senoc (7/5): - Pool and the province vibe. The sand is not white and the breakfast food is not that special but expensive.
- Analyn (6/5): Nice staying though was quiet the thing is no hot water whe you get shower - The property had nice view looking No ho water
- Elmer (10/5): Enjoyable - Location right on the beach Food prices were a bit high

- Sheila (9/5): Relaxing , safe - walk 430am and security on site , great free breakfast, nice staff😆 - Room across the beach
- Tony (9/5): Great - Location No refrigerator
- Birgit (6/5): -
- Spicer (8/5): -
- Martinus (6/5): Basic, very Simple outdated - Friendly staff. Close to the sea. Beach and pool. Quiet area They are renovating. Rooms are very outdated and not according to the pictures. No warm water in the shower. Not much to do around. 1 hour from Cebu City
- Acruz (4/5): Not booking here again - None Everything
- Ray (2/5): Don't stay here, worse than the Last Resort - The Filipino staff never stopped trying to satisfy. Every interaction with them increased my respect. They were excellent and couldn't be faulted! This property is a visit to the third world! The TV NEVER worked. The plumbing smelt strongly of raw sewage. Wild dogs and cats roamed the entire property. The wifi was unreliable: even receiving an email took 15 minutes! The fresh water stopped working on all units, and after the water came back on it was smelly and contaminated. I couldn't even use the shower for two days until I checked out. Don't be fooled by the false reviews (from staff?) Claiming satisfaction. Awful in every respect!
- Diane (8/5): Very good -
- Angelica (7/5): Good -
- Karla (5/5): It was good for an overnight stay. I wont recommend if you plan on staying for a week or more. - I loved that the sea here is nice and deep — unlike other resorts where the water only reaches my waist even at high tide. The food was decent and pretty standard — nothing exceptional, but still tasty. The view was great too, especially the sunrise. My favorite spot was at the far end of the resort where there were fewer people — perfect for some peaceful time. There were quite a few things that could be improved:
The bathrooms in the rooms don’t have any ventilation, so any smells easily drift into the bedroom.
The toilet could really use an upgrade — it’s so short that it was uncomfortable for me to use, especially since I have long legs.
The curtains are see-through at night when the lights are on. Please consider investing in blackout curtains — it’s unsettling not knowing who might be watching from outside, especially since the surroundings get really dark. Telling guests to turn off the lights isn’t a solution — proper curtains are.
Lastly, the reception staff could be warmer. They weren’t rude, but they didn’t seem very welcoming either — no eye contact when speaking and they appeared more attentive with foreign guests. Please don’t treat local guests differently — we’re paying customers too! 😊
- Joyce (9/5): Superb -
- Nathaniel (8/5): The price is right - No free breakfast but it is available at affordable price in their restaurant. The beach is not attractive to swim. The pool is okay
