Alojamiento muy muy limpio y un baño con una dula genial, agua muy caliente (algo extraño en Marruecos) desayuno muy completo y una terraza muy agradable. La cama quizás un poco dura pero todo lo demás increíble.

Las instalaciones están muy limpias y cuidadas Las almohadas no son muy cómodas, la habitación era algo pequeña para 4 personas. No hablan mucho inglés, te comunicas con ellos por WhatsApp

EL personal muy atento, salias de la habitación y prácticamente tenias servido el desayuno en la mesa. La habitación está bien, camas comodas, sin ruidos y con máxima oscuridad. Un ambiente genenial para descansar.

Room was comfortable, ladies who have been caring about everything boiled us eggs for breakfast, also everytime I have been asking for hot water- we were provided Location is not the best one, I didn't feel reallysafe here. I would better stay closer to Medina border.. In fact almost nobody here, impossible to complain about noisy neighbors, also ladies who cooking breakfast starter preparing tables at 11 pm, for which reason it's not clear, like no chance to rest. Also terrace exists- but nobody told us about that..

• Ivana (6/5): Very poor breakfast - Calm, quite part of the city When I was carefully considering this riad for my groups back in October 2025 and asked to see what breakfast looked like, I was served an egg omelette, Moroccan msemen, and baghrir pancakes. The reality in April 2026? Just bread and store-bought sweet jams on the table. When my group asked for an omelette, three people were given one to share, and it was explained that it was made from three eggs — so each person got one third. There is also a recurring issue with providing entrance keys to guests in each room. So now, I would only use this riad in an emergency. I don’t want to expose my guests to this.

La colazione mi aspettavo più abbondanza e varietà. La posizione è vicina ai souk ma la strada intorno è degredata. Il letto non molto comodo e vicino ci sono le moschee quindi si sente a diverse ore (anche molto presto) il richiamo alla preghiera

• VASILEIOS (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, μέσα στην παλιά πόλη και την jemaa el-fnaa. Ήταν και αρκετά προσβάσιμη για τα picking points για τα τουρ που είχαμε κλείσει (2-5 λεπτά με τα πόδια max). Οι κυρίες στο κατάλυμα μας υποδέχτηκαν με κέρασμα και χαμόγελο, ήταν ευγενικές και εξυπηρετικές και το πρωινό αρκετά νόστιμο. Η διάταξη των κρεβατιών θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο άνετη, γιατί υπήρχε ένα θέμα με την τοποθέτηση των βαλιτσών μας, αλλά δεν είναι ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα.

Repetiría 100%. - Cerca de un punto frecuente para recogida de excursiones, cerca de la plaza central, del zoco y de todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad prácticamente, muy predispuestos a ayudarnos, el desayuno buenísimo y las mujeres que trabajan allí eran todas unos encantos Por decir algo es que el primer rezo de la mañana te despierta porque el altavoz está muy cerca de la instalación y luego siguen otros más que te vuelven a despertar pero Nose si es por ramadan o siempre. Con llevar tapones para los oídos se solucionaría, también forma parte del encanto de alojarte en el centro y de vivir de cerca su constumbre, también fue muy fácil orientarnos con google maps ño tiene perdida

Gospodarz i obsługa sympatyczni. Obiekt nie ma oznaczonego wejścia, uważam, że należy albo je podpisać albo wstawić w ofercie zdjęcie wejścia. Przydałoby się wystawić czajnik do użytku gości.

• Silvia (10/5): - They were very nice and tried to accommodate our every request, from having breakfast early to getting a towel for the bathroom when there was water from the shower all over the floor. The location was very central, less then 15 minutes away from Jema El Fna square. Aziz, the manager was great, and had helpful tips and suggestions for our every question. And thanks again for the support in finding my passport. Given the place architecture and our room on the ground floor, we could hear everything going out outside our room, from people coming in/going out, to the ladies arranging the tables for next day's breakfast.

• Iliyan (8/5): - Really excellent location in the old city and at the same time is calm and quiet. Also important is the possible car access nearby the riad. The building is very good maintenand and feels very authentic. It is clean enough. The owner is really helpful and polite and arranged the transfer from and to the airport. The ladies from the staff are not speaking English but are very nice persons and take care of us. All the time me and my family feel great there. Definitely can recommend RIAD Galfane! The bathroom was without ventilation which was not very convenient.

• Ida (9/5): Polecam na krótki pobyt - Ścisłe stare miasto, więc taxowki nie dojeżdżają, ostatni odcinek Trzeba pokonać pieszo, Riad nie jest jakkolwiek oznaczony a mapa wariuje w uliczkach Medyny, nawet lokalsi błędnie wskazywali adres. Uliczka wyglada na conajmniej szemraną ale już po dotarciu pod adres jest bardzo dobrze. Przemiła obsługa to 90% sukcesu tego miejsca. Śniadanie codziennie takie samo ale pokazuje marokańskie realia więc jak najbardziej na tak. Brak ogrzewania oraz okien to niestety minus marokańskich riadow. Wilgoć i chłodne noce. Choć tabliczka na Drzwiach z nazwą miejsca byłaby wskazana

Ottima accoglienza e colazione. zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Staff molto gentile e disponibile Non si trova molto facilmente, magari sarebbe meglio un'indicazione ma non c'è da preoccuparsi perchè la signora dello staff vi viene ad accogliere nella piazzetta vicino al parcheggio.
• Martha (8/5): Atención de maravilla muy cerca de la plaza central - la atención y el servicio de Azis fueron insuperables. siempre estuvo pendiente y nos ayudó con una torta para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo y con la coordinación del servicio de transporte que fue muy temprano. quizás la ubicación no es la mejor, pues es un poco lejos del centro. Sin embargo el taxi llega a una plaza muy cerca de allí y Aziz fue a buscarnos para llevarnos al Riad. Es muy importante que se actualice la ubicación en Google maps pues el conductor de nuestro tour usó esa ubicación como referencia para dejarnos y nos dejó muy lejos del riad porque por tener un auto grande no podía llevarnos mas cerca.

Ligger i medinaen ca. 10 min. gang fra Djemaa el Fna-pladsen og ca. 6 min. gang fra Lycée Mohammed 5, hvor mange opsamlinger foretages, hvis man skal på bustur. Pænt og rent. Fin tagterrasse. God morgenmad. Super sødt personale. Sengene var meget hårde at ligge på. Der er meget lydt.

• Cáceres (9/5): - La estancia en el riad fue muy buena. La habitación muy amplia, limpia y al llegar antes de lo esperado, no pusieron pegas y nos acomodaron hasta darnos la habitación. Llegamos al alojamiento por nuestra cuenta y como nos perdimos un poco por la zona, se le llamó y tardó tan solo unos minutos en ir a buscarnos. Fueron encantadores. El desayuno bueno, aunque mejorable. Consideramos que el zumo de naranja podría ser natural, algo que si encuentras en la ciudad y muy rico. Añadir que pueden variar algo más el desayuno con un poco de fruta, pero por lo demás, muy bien todo.

For some reason, they don't have anything outside the door indicating you have arrived at your destination which makes it difficult to find. The room has an airconditioner for summer, but no heat, and since it was late December it was rather cold in the room. The area felt secure, but it wasn't the most picturesque neighborhood. We were three in a room, so it was pretty tight space wise. I did see the inside of another room and for 2 people it would be fine. For a Riad rated at 8.7 when I made the booking, I expected a bit more.
• Lukáš (7/5): Great location and tasty Moroccan breakfast, but very limited room amenities and confusing communication from the owner. - Breakfast was nice (Moroccan style) and riad’s location is perfect - near to souqs. The room equipment was very limited (only one large towel per person, no water, shower gel or shampoo), and the communication from the owner was confusing, especially regarding pickup and repeated requests via WhatsApp after we had already handed the keys to the staff.

Odamızda pencere yoktu biraz havasızdı. Bulunduğu konum aslında el fna meydanına yakındı ama mahalle genel olarak kötüydü özellikle meydan yönüne değil ters tarafa giderseniz daha da ürkütücü hale geliyor ancak bir güvenlik sıkıntısı yaşamadık. • Cárdenas Perea (9/5): - La cama muy amplia y cómoda (firme). Todo limpio. El personal muy amable y la ubicación fantastica dentro de la medina. Me hubiera gustado la decoración mas cuidada, aunque se ve que está reformado y estan poniendo cariño al Riad.

• Miyako (3/5): 家主の性格　対応が最悪。もう2度と行かない - Google mapsに掲載されていなく、看板も出ていない。ノックをしても誰も応答しない。荷物が多かったのと子供が一緒だったので、予約前に直接ホテルに行って話をしてここが本当にbookingに載っている宿なのか確認して金額を確認したら、家主の想像より( 設定より) bookingの金額安かったようで、話をした瞬間にブッキングの掲載設定金額を40ユーロ近く高く上げられた。　モロッコでの楽しい気分が一気に不愉快になった。今まで色々な国でbookingを使ってきたが、宿泊希望者が問い合わせた瞬間に金額を高くしてきたホテルはここが初めてだった。スタッフは全く英語が通じず家主も一度も見ていない。チェックイン後に部屋の説明もなければ、朝食が何時からなのかも何の説明もなかった。宿泊期間に清掃も入らなかったのに、一度入ったシャワーのバスマットがびしょ濡れで外に干しておいたら、　帰宅したらその汚いバスマットがベットの枕の上に投げ置かれていた。家主がメールしてきたのはお金のことのみで、こちらの問い合わせには返信もしてこなかった。ホテルの部屋は悪くないが、こういった対応は今までの旅行の中で最悪で最低だといいたい

• Lina (10/5): - Aziz è un host molto gentile e sempre disponibile 24 su 24. Il suo Riad è una perla, oltre ad essere molto bello e caratteristico è anche molto pulito. La posizione al centro della Medina ti consente di essere tra i vicoli più caratteristici in pochi minuti. La colazione è super abbondante e ti consente di assaggiare tutti i prodotti tipici. Super consigliato
• Isabel Sousa (10/5): - Boa localização e tudo limpo. Fomos bem acolhidos pelo anfitrião, que se disponibilizou desde o início para nos ajudar sempre que dele precisássemos ( e precisámos). As senhoras que nos serviam o pequeno almoço eram muito afáveis e eficientes. Voltaremos!
