• Carol (8/5): A nice, basic hotel with a cozy ambience. - The owners were super nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help me when my car broke down. You can tell that the owners really care about their guests and want everyone to be satisfied with their stay. I liked them and the ambience of the lobby and the little bar area was very nice. I felt like some things need attention, like the lighting was wonky, and the lock in the bathroom in the public area didn’t work. The breakfast was also quite basic. The room is small, but serviceable. Good for a night’s stay.

• Andreea (10/5): - Ich war rundum mit allen zufrieden! Gemütlich, ruhig, gut erreichbar, ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ich hatte ein 1 Bett Zimmer mit Bad und ich fand alles an dieser Unterkunft überdurchschnittlich verglichen zu meinen bisherigen Unterkünfte in Island. Zimmer ist größer als die meisten, ruhiger als die meisten und bei diesem Preis ist ein Bad und Frühstück dabei- was will man mehr. Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück lecker und Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend! Vielen Dank und gerne wieder! Mir hat alles gefallen, habe nichts zu meckern!
• Adrienn (10/5): Fun hotel by the fjord - Super comfortamble bed in a spacious room. The check in was easy. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed the pool table and the darts as the weather was snowy, so we could have fun indoors.

• Frédéric (8/5): - Arrivée autonome, je n’ai pas rencontré le personnel. Étant hors saison c’est normal. La cuisine étant fermée hors saison, une assiette petit déjeuner était apportée chaque matin dans la room détente. Parfait. Confort et calme au rendez-vous. Vue sur le fjord juste superbe. Les chambres ont été remises à neuf et sont superbes. Le manque d’insonorisation en interne entre les chambres. Sinon parfait.

Lamentablemente estaba cerrado el restaurant en el mes en que fui, pero se preocuparon por acercarnos el desayuno todos los dias. Muy amable la atencion de los dueños. no hubo nada que no me gustara.

And the continental breakfast had everything we wanted including a view from the dining room! The end of town has a country park with a walking trail along the coast. Well worth a visit to this town, and a stay at Hotel Gerpir! No complaints!

We loved the coffee/tea station to warm up and the breakfast. The view from our room was peaceful and lovely! The WiFi did not really work, which wasn’t a big deal.

• Levitan (8/5): Klasse Ort, Klasse Hotel und schnell bei der Fähre - Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Wasser, nur eine Straße trennt es davon. Modern und schön. Das Frühstück war gut und es stand jederzeit Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Bis zur Fähre sind es rund 1 Stunde fahrt, was sich sehr gut anbietet dort einen Tag vor der Abfahrt anzureisen. Das Bett könnte etwas gemütlicher sein, aber ich denke es ist Geschmackssache

• Ines (9/5): Amazing views to the fiord - Hotel Gerpir was a discovery. The room and the bathroom were big, clean and modern. They had free coffee and parking space. There is a restaurant downstairs, where they provide the breakfast which was great, plenty of options and great views to the fiord. Just I suggest to improve a bit the check in info they provide!

• Angelos Spyridon (10/5): - Λατρεψαμε τη διακόσμηση του ξενοδοχειου. Τέλειο μπαρ. Είχε και βελάκια. Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, άνετο και με εξαιρετικές ηλεκτρικές εγκαταστάσεις. Πολύ ικανοποιητικο πρωινό. Πολύ καλό το γεγονός ότι είχε δωρεάν καφέ και τσάι στην υποδοχή των επισκεπτών.

Our room had a fantastic view of the ocean and mountains. Located in a beautiful town. The breakfast was delicious. • Jonathan (9/5): One of our favorite stays…great rooms! - Our room was great, modern and well appointed. Lots of space. Bathroom, while smallish, served our purposes. We hardly heard or saw anyone else during our stay, despite there obviously being other guests. Host was very responsive to us via email. Although it’s along a road, hardly any noise. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Breakfast was really good and lots of it! Super scenic across the road and we took some of our favorite pictures here. Sofa was comfy and tv worked great! Downstairs was spacious and the restaurant area was clean and spacious. Overall location a bit off the beaten path. While there was a shelving unit, which was great for certain things, a suitcase stand or two would make an excellent addition to the room.

Our room was equipped with everything you need, cosy and comfortable, free coffee and tea were available and a delicious breakfast was served. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful, gave us recommendations and made us feel welcomed. The hotel is located in a small town next to a fjord. We did some amazing hikes in the surrounding and also saw the northern lights all over the sky. Definitely recommend for a stay! Nothing, everything was perfect

Check-in and check out were very easy. There was nobody to take payment on arrival and my card had to be charged by Booking.com two days later
