• Adrian (2/5): Disappointed. - N/A It was very hard to find. We weren't expecting the whole layout. For overseas people, it's very confusing . Fell very short of our expectations. The sign should be on the bottom of the stairs with an arrow pointing up to the third floor. I would NOT recommend it other people.

• Laura (10/5): - Nu am avut probleme, am comunicat rapid, am gasit cazarea usor. Legat de acele probleme cu scurgerea care tot au fost pomenite, este doar un sunet puternic, dar atat. Aveam emotii ca o sa fie probleme, dar doar se auzea apa cum curge mai tare. Nu e o problema. In rest a fost curat, si am avut o experienta buna!

Système Airbnb non signalé sur le site, clés dispo dans un boîtier et pas de contact direct sur place. Si vous arrivez tôt le matin avec vos valises, vous êtes coincés car les clés ne sont pas dispo avant 11 heures au mieux et la galère commence. Cependant la personne qui gère les chambres est réactive par tel.

• Marina (8/5): Great location and comfort, with minor issues in cleanliness and noise. - The apartment is very well located, close to the metro, restaurants, and Coffee Valentini Felli, which quickly became our favorite spot for breakfast and great coffee. The beds were large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. We also appreciated the coffee machine, especially on mornings when we had early bookings for attractions. The apartment is equipped with a small fridge and a large mirror, which was very convenient when getting ready to explore the city. A lovely detail was the lily right outside the window of room 4 – it was my favorite touch. Overall, I would definitely come back, mainly for the excellent location and the great price, which was one of the best options we found. Cleanliness was not the strongest point. While some basic cleaning had been done, it felt quite superficial. There was noticeable dust in certain areas of the room, such as under the bed and beneath the shoe rack, which seemed to have not been cleaned for a long time. This was particularly uncomfortable for me, as I have a dust allergy. Considering that check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is early in the morning, there should be enough time to clean the rooms more thoroughly. Another aspect to consider is that the apartment has four separate rooms, and unfortunately some guests were quite noisy, even around midnight. In addition, we were woken up every morning at around 6 AM by the garbage truck collecting trash from the street right below our window. The bathroom is also extremely small. While it wasn’t an issue for us, it may be uncomfortable for larger individuals, as the shower space is quite limited.

Pokój dla dwóch osób odpowiedni, przestronny. Spokojna okolica. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Było dużo kurzu przez co niestety dokuczała nam alergia. Grzejniki nie działały podczas pobytu, więc rano i wieczorem było zimno.

• Pablo Javier (8/5): Buona posizione e una strada tranquila. - La velocitá di risposta della gente del appartamento. C'era una bella vista dalla finestra. Tutto era molto pulito, la stanza era piccolina, pero la verità è che vai a dormire solamente, bah, si io vado in vacanze, e per stare in giro e non per rimanere chiuso in un appartamento. L'importante è che abbia acqua calda e un letto comodo. Ottimo entrambi le cose. Nonostante solo guardavo la tv di sera, perche il resto del giorno ero in giro, solo aveva app per vedere e non i soliti canali, che non hanno una grande programmazione, pero vabbe, era megliio che vedere youtube.

• Veru84 (8/5): - The room was very cozy, just right for one person. It was really nice to have a small fridge and a coffee maker and capsules, which were just enough for me every day. There is a supermarket right next door with everything you need. The metro is practically around the corner, the bus stop is in front of the house. But from the San Giovanni station you can take the metro to all the famous sights. The Lateran Basilica is also a short walk away. Self check-in was also fine for me. The bath towel and hand towel could be fresher. They seemed a little musty to me. And the kettle was full of limescale. It would be nice to clean it occasionally. But those are the only two things that weren't great for me. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

Had everything I needed apart from some mugs would have been appreciated, though there was a kettle and mini fridge. I didn't see any staff during my stay but they would respond right away via messenger if I had any questions. The location isn't right where the booking.com map sends you when you click on the map, so i did have some trouble finding it at first. If you Google map Lateranos house it will send you to the right location- it's on Via Faleria but across the Via Ardea road, towards the Tigre supermarket.

In einem Wohn- und Geschäftsviertel nah dran am Trubel aber echtes Romerlebnis Im Badezimmer war Situation der Abflüsse nicht ganz klar. Da sie sicherlich nachträglich eingebaut worden. Beim betätigen der Spülung schoss es aus dem Waschbecken heraus. Das war für die Kleidung schwierig.

• Alessandra (8/5): Nel complesso ha tutto il necessario, ci tornerei. - Struttura nuova, wifi veloce, ambiente pulito, ottima posizione, silenzioso e confortevole, tv schermo piatto in camera, shampoo bagnoschiuma e phon, bagno in camera privato, orari flessibili (possibilità di arrivare fino alle 22). Gli asciugamani sembravano avere aloni/macchie, non li ho usati. Scarichi wc, doccia e lavandino leggermente in difficoltà.

• Fernanda (10/5): Anfitriã e quarto nota 10 - Chegamos por volta das 3 horas da madrugada em nossa hospedagem, Michele estava acordada aguardando a nossa chegada mesmo que atrasamos muito o horário que havíamos combinado, ela inclusive nos mandou mensagem preocupada que não havíamos encontrado o endereço. O atendimento dela foi excepcional desde a nossa chegada até o momento que partimos. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, havia itens de higiene, café, chás e água a nossa espera. Há um ponto de ônibus bem em frente ao prédio e fizemos quase tudo de ônibus. O checkin e Checkout foi super tranquilo e fizemos sozinhos. Um detalhe que é importante salientar é que o box do banheiro é bem apertadinho (para nós não foi incomodo), caso quem esteja procurando por hospedagem seja um pouco mais fortinho talvez possa ser um ponto negativo. Box do banheiro um pouco apertado (para nós não foi um grande incomodo, mas talvez para alguém mais fortinho possa atrapalhar).
• Daniel (9/5): Habitación agradable con buena relación calidad-precio y buena ubicación - La habitación (nos tocó la n.º 2) está limpia y cuenta con mobiliario reciente. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que hay una parada de autobús justo en frente y la estación de metro está a un par de minutos caminando. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero el baño es algo pequeño y ruidoso. Nos costó un poco entrar al edificio, pero el anfitrión fue atento en ayudarnos al respecto.

• Chiara (9/5): - L'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata della metro ed è ben servito anche da alcuni autobus, la zona è piuttosto silenziosa. L'appartamento dispone di tutti i confort compreso caffè, tè e acqua. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile ad accoglierci prima del check in per lasciare i bagagli. Il bagno un po' piccolo.
• Alexandra (9/5): Recomand aceasta cazare - Locatia este una foarte bine pozitionata, cu acces rapid spre mijloacele de transport, iar vis a vis se afla o statie de autobuz si se poate ajunge direct in centru la obiectivele turistice importante. Personalul foarte amabil, nu au existat probleme cu apa calda, zona este una sigura si ferita de trafic si aglomeratie. Raport calitate pret foarte bun. Cabina de dus ingusta.
• Arianna (9/5): STRUTTURA COMODA E CON POSIZIONE OTTIMA - STAFF DA 10 - Lo staff è stato veramente super disponibile e cordiale, ho dovuto fare il check-in alle 2 di notte e loro non mi hanno fatto nessun tipo di problema e mi hanno dato assistenza tutto il tempo. E' stato davvero tutto molto chiaro ed efficiente. Letto molto comodo, a disposizione una piccola scrivania ma anche cialde caffè ed acqua. Struttura con posizione ottima a 1 min da Via Appia Nuova e vicinissima alla metro San Giovanni. Sicuramente consiglio anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Se dovessi avere bisogno di alloggiare in quella zona, tornerei sicuramente. L'unica cosa è la mancanza del bidet ed il bagno un po piccolo ma per qualche giorno era tutto adeguato e più che sufficiente. Nel pavimento c'era un po di polvere ma bagno e letto erano molto puliti.
