- Dybiec (1/5): A total disaster and a serious mistake - I didn’t like anything about the property; the conditions were terrible and did not match the description. I have never encountered such a level of dirt in any accommodation before. The condition of this apartment is completely unacceptable and feels like a serious mistake.
The apartment was advertised as having internet access, which is not available at all. Additionally, there is no hot water. These are basic amenities that were clearly promised in the listing and are essential for a comfortable stay.
I am truly shocked that Booking.com allows a property in such condition to be listed on its platform. The reality of this apartment is far from what was presented online, and it does not meet even the minimum standards of cleanliness and comfort.
I am extremely disappointed and expect this issue to be taken seriously. I would appreciate a thorough review of this property and appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience.

Shortly after booking, we were contacted by a random number from Egypt, not the UAE, claiming to welcome us. When we called that number, it belonged to someone who did not even know English and had no connection whatsoever to the listing.
How does Booking.com allow such shady and unverifiable people to host on your platform?
Even your own agents tried to call the number listed on the Booking.com system, and that number itself is invalid and has been delisted by the service provider. This is the level of “verification” you rely on?

2. The Apartment Was Left Unlocked and Completely Filthy
When we arrived, the apartment door was already unlocked. We do not know whether a previous guest had just left or whether anyone could have walked in before our arrival.
Inside, the apartment was disgustingly dirty, the entire place smelled of urine, and the previous guest had left it in complete filth.
We informed the host immediately (proof attached). They said they would send a cleaning service – but they never did. Instead, they stopped responding entirely and ghosted us.

3. Zero Assistance From the Host and Zero Real-Time Support From Your Agents
We attempted to contact Booking.com support three times and spent over 500 minutes on hold, completely draining our call credit while getting no help whatsoever. Your agents failed repeatedly to reach the host because, again, the number listed is fake.
Your agents sent emails to the host, who then lied and claimed we had checked in and therefore they would not assist further. Yes, we checked in – and immediately found the apartment trashed. How is that our fault?
Your support agents offered no real-time solution, no relocation assistance, and no escalation, leaving us stranded and stressed.

- Hardi (1/5): Really I never faced such situation with booking , this time it was very bad and already I raised a complain to refund m - I did not see any thing to be liked in with these cheaters. The booking has done for 2 bed room but they provide only one bed room , and the staff was not cooperating at all , however I requested to change the appointment for me but they ignored my request and they said that is the only available.
