- Mona (3/5): - The staff did not let us in till 3:30 whereas our check in time was from 3. Their excuse was check in time is from 3 to 8 and it's up to them when they wanna let us in!!! We had a booking and already asked if we could check in early or at least drop off our luggage. The staff was very inconsiderate and frankly RUDE
