Nonostante Alloggio pulito e in ottima posizione sto aspettando di riavere indietro la cauzione di 200€ non espressa chiaramente sull’annuncio, senza la quale venivo minacciato di non ricevere le chiavi e il tutto mi veniva comunicato solamente tramite whatsapp Ho provato ripetutamente a contattare l’host e i suoi collaboratori che non rispondevano ma continuavano a chiedermi i soldi per poter entrare nell’appartamento Prima di pagare ho contattato 3 volte l’assistenza di Booking per farmi confermare le condizioni e l’affidabilità dell’host alla fine ho accettato di pagare 200+50 totale 250€ per poter avere le chiavi Ero molto diffidente perché non riuscivo a parlare con una persona in carne e ossa ma soltanto tramite messaggi e questa cosa mi faceva ribollire il sangue. Cosa avranno mai da nascondere? Dopo tutto una truffa si può fare anche telefonicamente. L’host si giustificava che non parla bene inglese o italiano e preferiva tradurre i messaggi. Ma anche un cattivo inglese o un perfetto francese con il mio cattivo francese sarebbe stato sufficiente Continuavano a rifiutasi. Andiamo ai soldi che ancora non ho ricevuto indietro e quelli che ho perso Ho prenotato una stanza per 2 notti a 239€ e al mio arrivo mi sono stati chiesti una cauzione di 200€ + 4€ al giorno di tassa di soggiorno, quindi 8 per 2 giorni e ben 42€ di lavaggio biancheria La cauzione la sto ancora aspettando ma anche il prezzo di 239+8+42 è pari a 289€, 145€ a notte sarei andato a dormire in albergo Visto che il prezzo non è chiaro e visto che dal 31 marzo a oggi non ho ricevuto la restituzione di 200€ significa che ho pagato al momento 289€+200€= 489€ per 2 notti Ho aspettato fino a oggi a scrivere questa recensione perché speravo che l’assistenza risolvesse la cosa in tempi rapidi come promesso ma mi sbagliavo

A priori, je ne suis pas le seul à qui cela est arrivé. Des frais supplémentaires en dehors de la plateforme vous sont réclamés pour le linge et la caution (+200€ débités)

My experience- i arrived in France @11:30, I contacted the property id i ca make an early check-in and offered yo pay extra and they said no at 4:30 was my check in. After wasting 5 hrs waiting at 4:30 i arrived and they told me to wait an extra hour to clean my room. I opted for a full refund and they started trending with the police. After waisting a whole day from my holiday i booked another hotel. DISAPPOINTED AND DISGRACE FOR BOTH THE PROPERTY AND BOOKING.COM

La cama era una especie de sofa-cama que estaba lleno de trastos por abajo. Apenas nos dieron mantas (solo una sabana y una manta fina). No habia espacio en la habitación ni para abrir las dos maletas. Y habia muchisimas hormigas. No lo recomiendo.

• Lien (1/5): Le pire hébergement que j'aie jamais réservé sur Booking. - Le calme A l'arrivée à Paris, nous avons été redirigé vers une adresse qui ne correspondait pas à l'adresse figurant sur la confirmation de réservation et le logement ne correspondait pas non plus au descriptif (une chambre avec un lit et un salon avec un canapé-lit), ni aux photos (sauf quelques rares exceptions) figurant sur le site de Booking. L'appartement ne comptait qu'une petite pièce (environ 15 m2, salle de bain comprise) et le "canapé-lit" s'est avéré être une sorte de fauteuil dépliable. Nous avons immédiatement contacté le loueur par WhatsApp (seul moyen de communication autorisé) pour signaler le problème, c'est-à-dire que le logement remis ne correspondait pas à l'objet de la location, mais nous n'avons rencontré que de la mauvaise foi totale de la part de notre interlocuteur. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans ce logement (au lieu des trois prévues), car le fauteuil dépliable était totalement inutilisable comme lit, il était défoncé et bancal et nous avons dû le soutenir avec des coussins sous le matelas à la tête et aux pieds pour le rendre plus ou moins plat et permettre à quelqu'un de s'y coucher. En plus, la porte d'entrée coinçait à l'ouverture et à la fermeture, l'écoulement de la douche était bouché, le frigo ne refroidissait pas. C'était pour nous impossible de rester à deux dans ce logement. Nous l'avons quitté dès le lendemain matin et avons dû trouver un autre hébergement en urgence pour la suite de notre séjour.

Lo primero de todo, nos mandaron la dirección de la casa el día que llegamos y NO ERA LA UBICACIÓN DONDE RESERVAMOS, NO ES LA UBICACIÓN OFERTADA EN EL ANUNCIO (Le Marais) SINO QUE TE LLEVAN A UNA DIRECCIÓN DISTINTA EN OTRO DISTRITO Y SE JUSTIFICAN DICIENDO QUE EL NBRE APARECE DE FORMA SECUNDARIA EN EL ANUNCIO, pero no es la dirección que aparece (ESTUDIO DIBLE DELUXE). Después tuvimos que ir a recoger las llaves a una bicicleta a las que estaban ancladas. Cuando llegamos el estudio, la cerradura ni abría, tienes que hacer mil maniobras para conseguirlo, además el estudio estaba sucio, la ventana no cerraba y por la noche entraba toda la luz y durante todo el día el ruido de la calle. Reservamos el estudio doble deluxe que tenía hasta horno y para nuestra sorpresa no había horno. Le dijimos a la responsable y nos dijo que es que el que reservamos no tenía horno, cuando le envíe una captura de pantalla que se veía que sí que lo incluía. La caldera no funcionaba, mi pareja no se pudo duchar con agua caliente, se lo dijimos también y no hizo nada al respecto. Tuvieron que venir al día siguiente a limpiar porque estaba bastante sucio, con pelos hasta en la cama y sábanas sin cambiar delos anteriores huéspedes. Por último, había incluso cosas rotas, como el mueble que sujetaba la televisión o donde se colgaban los abrigos. EL ESTUDIO TAMBIÉN PARECE BASTANTE MÁS ESPACIOSO DE LO QUE ES. En definitiva, mucha exigencia pedían para lo poco que ofrecían. PARA NADA LO RECOMIENDO.

Per non parlare poi della persona che mi rispondeva alle mie domande…..dire maleducato e poco…..per cui appartamento carino - super piccolo - ma nel mio caso la location è il trattamento ricevuto pessimo…..

• Michelle (4/5): Clean but not pleasant - The confirmation booking had the Le Marais address in the title and a different one in the "location" area of the confirmation. That is confusing. We went to the address in "location" and found out it was the wrong one. After an overnight flight, navigating Paris metro and streets, we certainly didn't want to have to trapse to another address. Please ensure that the "location" on the booking confirmation is the same as the Le Marais address in the title if indeed that is the place where the renters will be staying. Secondly, it was clean. The washing machine worked but we needed to have our own detergent. The "hunt" for the key would have been fun if it had not been for all the confusion prior. Oh my... having to go on a hunt for keys after a long flight & being sent to the wrong address was not fun. No human came to meet us; it felt quite isolating. The apartment had damage from the previous renter & we should have been told ahead of time so that we would know we wouldn't be blamed (& charged). A cupboard door torn off the wall; bedroom door frame fell off into my friends arms (I fixed it by carefully banging it in place); the fridge door wouldn't close so it was dripping wet (I fixed it by moving shelf in door down); the shower fan wasn't removing steam which made an already hot apartment even hotter; the shower drain was super slow (I fixed it by gently lifting drain & clearing the hair out); the soap dispenser ran out after 2 uses; only 4 regular rolls of toilet paper were there for 3 women for 3 days; "work desk" was just a low coffee table & not a desk; the AC (clima) wasn't AC at all, it was a fan blowing over ice that we had to purchase & was quite ineffective. Very, very, very disappointing. I was yelled at over text by employee because he was on holiday but he was only one who replied to my concerns upon arrival. I understand his frustration b/c he was supposed to be on holiday but then other employees MUST communicate. I informed property ahead of time that I didn't have What's App because my cell phone is a flip phone. They did not tell me that What's App was needed until I arrived & was stuck. It was scary, especially since I had my teenage daughter with me. Fortunately, my friend was able to use What's App but she had only decided to come with us a week prior. I don't know what we would have done had she not been with us. The ad for apartment should say What's App is required. It should also remove AC since that is a lie. The requirement of a passport photo should indicate only the photo, name & birthdate are needed.

After full days of sightseeing, coming back to such a clean and well-located apartment made the stay even better.

• Gloria (8/5): Preciós i confortable però molt petitó. - Està molt ben equipat, no hi falta res: cafetera, torradora, secador, rentadora, estris de cuina i neteja.. Molt ben decorat i optimitzat l'espai. Ben situat, hem anat caminant a recórrer París sencer, el barri de Les Marais és molt bonic, i hi ha una Boulangerie just davant deliciosa amb personal molt amable i oberta des de les 6h fins les 22h. Dilluns fan un mercat enorme al passeig de l'apartament amb menjar digne de veure. És molt petit per a 4 persones, és difícil moure's i organitzar-se, no es poden desar les maletes ni deixar els abrics. Només hi ha una barra petiteta als peus del llit de l'habitació. Quan arribàvem amb jaquetes, gorros i paraigües havíem de fer màgia per organitzar-nos. És un baix a peu de carrer a l'interior d'un pati, es sentien crits i festa per la nit.

• Anne-Sophie (3/5): À déconseiller malhonnête. - La situation géographique La communication, le fait que 3 des plus de 20 photos de l'annonce correspondent au logement, que le frigo ne fonctionne pas et qu'il surchauffait, j'ai prévenu et rien a été fait. La fenêtre fermait mal, la porte également, aucune isolation phonique ou de sens de sécurité. Des travaux dans la rue attenante et donc pas de possibilité de repos car la fenêtre qui fermait mal laissait passer le bruit. On me dit qu'il n'y a pas de marches. Il y en avait 10 et j'avais une côte fêlée et une grosse valise... J'ai prévenu de tous ces inconvénients et aucune solution n'a été trouvée ou proposée. De plus, il a fallu payer pour utiliser les draps, 40€ pas indiqué dans l'annonce. La communication a automatiquement commencé en anglais. Les coussins (trop nombreux pour la taille du logement et la couette n'ont sûrement pas été lavés correctement ou lavés car la couette et les oreillers sentaient mauvais. J'ai les preuves et photos.
• River (9/5): Clean, Cozy, and Exceptionally Well-Located - A great spot surrounded by cafés and lively streets. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the host was genuinely friendly and helpful — ideal for enjoying the neighborhood.
• Kerry (10/5): Perfect Stay in a Lively Area - Right in the vibrant République–Marais–Bastille–Oberkampf triangle, the flat was spotless and very practical. The host was kind and professional, which made the whole stay smooth and easy.
• Ray (9/5): A beautiful Paris day - great apartment / great host - Started the morning with coffee at cafe Charlot , then wandered down to rue de turenne , rue vielle du temple et rue des francs bourgeois under a bright sky. Lunch at a cafe de la perle , a bit of shopping, and a quiet evening walk — simple, peaceful, and very Parisian.

• Thomas (10/5): a host who truly cares - Lovely little place to stay. The apartment was simple but clean, and the host left good recommendations for nearby spots. Very smooth check-in.
• Juelz (10/5): Außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber, perfekter Aufenthalt - Schönes und ruhiges Zimmer, perfekt für einen Wochenendaufenthalt. Das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer makellos sauber. Nicht zu groß, aber sehr funktional. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.
• Aaren (10/5): - We liked the quietness of the building. The apartment had a comfortable bed and a well-functioning bathroom. Check-in was easy and everything was ready on time.

• Jessica (5/5): A perfect location. Check-in was not as expected. - The location was excellent. It was very small. It was not very clean - hair and grit were on the floor throughout. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the bath mat was not suitable for absorbing the water as it was soaked after the first shower. The instructions for check in were very clear and I followed them perfectly as I had been urged to review over and over. This bordered on harassment. Then, when the code didn’t work, no one answered my calls. I tried the code on another lockbox and it worked. Luckily I did that since nothing I was given was correct. When we entered the building, there was no advice for which apartment we were in, except a photograph of the door which already had people staying in it!! It turned out that we were sent the wrong details for our checkin. This meant that we had to ask one of the other guests to help us. This was not great when you consider how much we were paying a night to stay. Furthermore, with all of the rules and ‘don’t’ and threats of extra charges, it was very stressful trying to get into the accommodation because we didn’t want to disturb anyone.
• Dominique (1/5): Very upset and disappointed. No soap to wash our hands & shower although its mentioned on the ad that toiletries wil - Clean Property was not located as initially booked. We have booked a property in a different arrondissement & when we arrived at the location as advertised on booking. Com, the host sent us to another address, in a different arrondissement.

• Mihai (1/5): - Nothing. Very bad experience They ask for a security deposit in the amount of 250 euros and they return only 200 because of taxes and other fees, after one month of insistence... Please avoid them. Not good staff and you can't communicate with them!
• Phillip (10/5): Un hébergement propre et bien situé, avec tout le nécessaire pour un confort optimal - Bien entretenu, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. L'emplacement permettait de rejoindre facilement à pied les cafés et boutiques à proximité, tout en restant suffisamment calme pour une bonne nuit de sommeil.
• Harrison (10/5): Exceptional in every way - Renovated apartment hotel, everything is beautiful, clean, and practical inside. It's spacious. Superbly located in relation to nearby shops and the metro. Plus, a warm welcome, truly pleasant. In the heart of the lively Marais district.
• Mark (10/5): - Hell, sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, daher nicht ideal, wenn Sie schweres Gepäck haben, aber ansonsten eine großartige Option für einen Stadtaufenthalt.

• Susan (3/5): This place needs different linen. There is no room in the bathroom to put your things. The washbasin takes up all the ro - Was ok linen not up to standard for price of appartment. This is announced as working and living. Yes internet good. However no desk or table to work on. This was not the property I thought I had reserved Nor was it the address on the print out I had with me So, disappointed. The linen was not up to standard. The towels do not dry you very well.I had no top sheet. There was definitely no duvet just a sort of throw , and no duvet cover or top sheet. By then I was making the best of the situation. Contact with staff text only, did manage to talk to Felix after much persistence,not a permanent contact system. Communication unsatisfactory. Information last minute so impossible to change the reservation. It was not where I wanted to be.
• Maria (3/5): Disappointing - I didn’t stay in this location cause they tell me the same day that the electricity doesn’t work. The new location was in a good place The host DIDN´T turn back the deposit (My credit card was blocked and he didn´t want to turn the money back by another way - Even showing him the receipt from my bank that it was blocked, he just said that was "illegal" and he didn´t ANSWER AGAIN) and he wanted us to pay an additional 10% to the total accomodation. Very frustating and sad
• Raquel (7/5): Great location, only to sleep - The best thing is the location at Les Marais. A walking distance from metro, supermarket, touristic spots, restaurants and cool bars. If you are planning to spend the whole day outside using it only to sleep, it's a good choice. Check in was contactless and smooth. The place is really tiny with no windows. They show photos of several apartments they have, and whatever you booked may not reflect the actual place you get (that was our case, but I had already read about it in the reviews...).

I was expecting to be in the apartment that is in the picture , I choose the second floor as a preference as well, however we entered an apartment that didn’t look the same as the one i thought I booked but was smaller. Everything else was ok and the apartment is clean.
• Jonathan (10/5): To redo and to recommend - The friendliness of the staff, the comfort and the location! In the heart of Paris in the Marais district that I love. Metro few steps away which was very easy. Many restaurants, bars, shops and museums nearby. Good value for money. We will return

• Jan-willem (1/5): They basicly stole our money! - Nothing They basicly stole our money, because they could not provide a payment link for the deposit. Worst hotel I have ever booked. No costumer service, no flexibilty and when you try to contact them they just don't respond.
