• Laura (10/5): - Great location, the owners were a pleasure to deal with. I was a bit worried about the deposit but they were very patient explaining that it was just a holding charge. Apartment was a perfect base for exploring the city, near the metro. Comfortable beds. And appreciated the coffee pods there for a coffee in the morning.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, en una ubicación conveniente con fácil acceso al transporte p - Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue realmente muy positiva. Me gustó mucho no solo el apartamento en sí, sino también su ubicación estratégica. Está muy bien conectado con el transporte público, lo que facilitó muchísimo movilizarme a diferentes puntos de la ciudad sin complicaciones. Además, contar con supermercados y tiendas cercanas fue un gran plus, ya que permitió organizar mejor las comidas y resolver cualquier necesidad de manera rápida y cómoda. En cuanto al apartamento, se encontraba muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Los espacios eran funcionales, limpios y acogedores, lo que hizo que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría y al que volvería en una próxima visita. • Alejandria (10/5): Lovely stay in a clean quiet flat - I love that the property was located close to the metro in a very safe and quiet neighborhood! Having a ground floor flat with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer was so helpful for our family. It was so great being close to many markets as well! Laurent was also a very responsive host and made the check in and check out process so seamless!
• John (10/5): - Spacious, close to the Seine and well located for accessing both city attractions and Versaille. Instead of using metro we walked a large loop to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower to really take in the avenues of this incredible city. RER train from Gare du Garigliano across the river out to Versaille could not have been simpler - just 20 min away - making it an easy half day excursion if, like us, others are pressed for time Neighbourhood has a very local Parisienne feel with lovely boulangeries and good value restaurant options nearby. Nothing really. Perhaps there's scope for a few more 'homely' touches but that is a very subjective observation of course!

• Michał (8/5): - Miły kontakt z właścicielem. Łatwe zameldowanie. Mieszkanie blisko transportu publicznego (metro, pociąg). Blisko sklepy i restauracje. Zadowalająca cena wynajmu. Minusem jest brak klimatyzacji oraz jakichkolwiek wiatraków umożliwiających schłodzenie mieszkania w upalne dni. Drugi minus to toaleta. Jeśli przyjeżdża się w 7 osób napełnienie wody w ubikacji trwa wieczność.
• Yi (10/5): Nice apartment in 16th, great choice for couple or family - Excellent location. Close to supermarket, restaurants, etc. Nice connection to all tourists attractions. Ground floor, face to the road. Lack some discretion.
• Medea (10/5): Convinient and safe place to stay - Apartament is located in perfect place, Metro, supermarkets, restaurants and thing that you need as a tourist is very near. the apartment was safe. All the rooms were equipted with all the necessary items.

• Tamila (5/5): Contradicting feelings afterwards... There too many things to improve. - Location is good without questions. It’s relatively closed to the RER and metro. There are a couple of delicious restaurants around. Supermarket is also there. There is a washing machine in the apartment. It might be useful for family travelers. It’s an under stairs apartment in the old house. No soundproof at all, you will hear every single step on the stairs and your neighbors voices as well. Most probably, it was a servants rooms 100 years ago. As a result, the room’s location is a little bit weird. If you want to air out the rooms, it might be an issue. A bedroom window looks to the trash bins and, believe me, you won’t want to open it. The apartment was clean at the first glance, however it was only a quick cleaning, you can find a hell a lot of dust under the sofa, on the windows and in the different corners. I really don’t understand what I need to pay deposit for. The apartment equipments are slightly poor and not new. The kitchen chairs are for a terrace, not for the kitchen. It’s really cold to sit on them. I’d say it’s not so difficult to fix many little things to offer much better accommodation, however, my review was built from many annoying little things that I can’t simply ignore.

• Kerry (8/5): Easy fixes to the shortage issues and an exceptionally responsive host. Clean and great location - thank you! - Clean, functional, accessible to metro and shops. Good apartment for a weekend in Paris. There were 8 of us so it was a tight squeeze beds wise (4 sleeping in the lounge on the sofa beds wasn’t ideal but what we signed up for) and there isn’t enough crockery, cutlery and bedding for all of us.

• Alex (10/5): Really nice stay - Absolutely one the best staying in town. All apartments with everything that you need when you're on holiday. Spacious rooms, kitchen, 2 showers, heater and TV. All the comfort in the middle of the town. Shops, market, service, metro, bus and restaurant in 5 min walk! Great staff and really helpful howner. Well done!
• María (6/5): Will come back. Accessible. Great host treatment. - Even though we were not comfortable with the cleanliness or some details, I must say the host was very attentive and agreeable. In all fairness, he did offer to send someone to clean, but we were not comfortable with the idea of having someone with our stuff there. **Edit Dec.2020: I have changed my general valuation of this place because of the sincere attentiveness of the host shown after my comments. I believe a finding a reliable host and an honest person is a most valuable thing nowadays. We will certainly come back here if we ever go back to Paris with family. Especially because it is also a good place for groups of people who travel with a person with limited mobility. Organization to clean the rooms between guests can certainly improve. Also, the heater capability doesn't allow too many people showering, but that can be arranged by organizing and distributing shower times. Good enough general cookingware, although no essentials (we left oil for the next guests).

• Robert (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent with almost all services close by ,especially all transport options . There were exc bakeries/ patisserie, restaurants and markets.Being out of the center of town gave quiet evenings , yet close enough to major sites by rail,metro, bus or tram. There was lots ots of hot water and excellent pressures for showers. The on line check in system was new to us but worked well. The convenient and efficient airport transfer was well worth it. The garbage /recycle guys at 7 am. Only a short time but noticeable in the front bedroom and sitting room.
• Sandro (8/5): Nice place to stay - The place is really good. Very new, comfortable, and cozy. The location is good, with a bus you can reach the city center fast. The access was super easy. Having to pay a 500 security deposit to stay is unbelievable. Don't think is necessary. Hot water in the shower doesn't last much, so you have to wait until the water gets hot every time.
• Iryna2309 (10/5): Nice apartment - 35 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, quiet area. Kitchen with everything you need for cooking, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine. Two bathrooms and one toilet. Good mattresses and pillows to rest after walking around Paris.
