• Julice (7/5): - Extremely easy. The instructions with the video were extremely helpful. There's not electric kettle, there's no microwave, pan/pots/dishware were greasy when I got there, I had to wash them before using.

• Marie-Ève (7/5): Small but fair - Great location. Small but cozy. Has the necessities for a few days, but you'll need to buy your own toilet paper if you stay for longer than 1 1/2 roll. Great shower pressure. Property was generally clean. The shower was full of dirty pieces of silicon upon arrival (they had obviously changed the joints recently). Had to spend a few minutes picking the pieces up. No trashcan in the bathroom (only one in the kitchen).

• Esmeralda (10/5): Overall, great stay for students! - It had everything I needed. The whole property was really great for students with a lounge area, study area, and gym. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy walking distance to busses and trains. The shower would leak on the bathroom floor sometimes. I just had to be careful.

• Elisa (9/5): Overall excellent location and stay! - They provided essentials in the bathroom and towels. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The heater didn’t work properly and took awhile to get warm. It wouldn’t heat the whole room.

• Taji (7/5): - The building is fairly new so amenities and rooms are clean and comfortable to use. The location is near to the hub of Glasgow but set away so there isn't a lot of noise/traffic. As a 'hotel' guest, cleaning products were not provided (I asked) so I had to purchase items like a broom, mop and kitchen towels to clean the room regularly. Very inconvenient for a mid to short stay.

• Danang (9/5): - Everything was great.. Location The room and its contents . Recived Instruction They did reach out to ask if I had any questions or concerns. It is definitely a 9.7 out of 10. The place would have been perfect if there were some clothes hangers, garage bags, kitchen towels, and a kettle.

• Nour (5/5): It was ok but I wouldn’t want to stay there again. - The location and the size of the room How hard it was that I couldn’t ask reception for anything because they don’t deal with guests who stay in the hotel. The room was big and could easily fit 2 people so I don’t understand why it said that it fits one person and I think it’s not fair that all guests must be students and I think that maximum 2 guests should be allowed and one of them at least must be a student because they room is quite big. The towels thing was also weird because they were only provided at the beginning and then never replaced; in this case it was difficult to wash them or get them replaced so I think it was hard to keep them clean. Also, since cleaning service is not provided, at least there should be a way to clean by myself but it was difficult to get that done; the cleaning thing throughout the stay was so difficult to maintain because I was not going to buy cleaning products to stay for 10 days and there was no direct access to any cleaning supplies.

Thear was good condition for study.
• Siyuan (1/5): Sucks！ - None Everything！Dirty towel and bed sheet. There was no tissue paper provided, and for a five-day stay, only half a roll of toilet paper was offered, which was very thin. Other hotels provide more. Here, they only give this amount, and the staff said they don't provide more. The front desk staff left work very early in the afternoon, making it impossible to contact them. Email responses were extremely slow and didn't solve the problem.

• Melanie (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen (City Hall, Glasgow Cathedral und Necropolis sind alle circa 20 Minuten entfernt). Im Haus hat man sich sehr sicher gefühlt, da man nur mit Chip Zugang hatte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hatte viel Stauraum und ein sehr gemütliches Bett. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Man hatte sogar einen großen Schreibtisch, an dem man bequem arbeiten könnte. Man könnte einen kleinen Mülleimer ins Badezimmer stellen und eine Toilettenbürste bereitstellen, da beides in einem Bad meiner Meinung nach nicht fehlen darf. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut , allerdings schon fast zu häufig, sodass man irgendwann unsicher wurde, ob man alles ausreichend ausgefüllt hatte...

• Duc-Anh (7/5): Clean, well equipped, near city center. However not safe for high value belongings and questionable private. - During my stay, someone came to the room to paste sealant in the shower to prevent leaks. They also had a key and tried to open the door. Fortunately, I was in the room and used the physical lock from the inside. However, the fact that a stranger could enter my room with all my belongings when I’m not there is really not normal.
• Nair (6/5): - The room, the atmosphere inside the accommodation, was safe and ambient. The bonus point was the bed, which was extremely comfy. Apparently, I ended up going in July for a conference when the music festival was ongoing. This made a few days of my stay very hectic as all the young people were gathered around the accommodation, drinking and smoking and being loud. I would have expected a bit of security or strict management at least during these nights (which was mentioned in the rules but apparently not very strict about it). There is no staff availability during weekends, which makes it a bit tricky for someone who is new and who has arrived on a weekend. It was a bit trickier because I wasn't informed this before, I got to know this from another student who mentioned that it was a bit inconvenient as well.

• Ning (7/5): That‘s OK. - Good location and clean room. There is no toaster, and the tableware is insufficient. The customer service is terrible! Responses are slow, and you have to repeatedly bring up an issue to get a reply, which is also irrelevant to the matter.

• Khambreal (9/5): Very comfortable! - The check-in information was easy to follow which made my check-in experience seamless. In the bathroom above the shower was a swollen patch of paint with . This should have been picked up beforehand and dealt with accordingly for health and safety reasons. There also wasn’t a microwave which meant you had to heat up food using the hob.

• Waleed (8/5): Good location and staff if you are solo - Location, if you study city map, clean and quite. 1) no air conditioning or fan, so when it gets a bit warm it might be hard to sleep well. Also, when you open the window, notices of outside, might be annoying. 2) no daily cleaning or launder if that’s important to you.

• Jessica (8/5): Very good - Great location. Amazing facility with gym, communal areas and bike storage. Reasonably new building so has modern features. We booked for two people and there was only one plate, cup, cutlery etc. Not a major downfall but would have been nice to of known. There was also no aircon which wasn’t great in 28 degrees, though again, didn’t ruin our stay.

• Subuola (7/5): Good - The property manager was so nice and he was ready to help when he saw the description given with respect to the key boxes was not adequate. He was so polite. (unlike an experience I had had with a person in the mail when trying to make a booking) The property manager made me feel at home. The bathroom seemed to be leaking water outside a bit. Also, the clothes line provided was dirty. I did not know when I removed it until I spread out a white cloth on it and the colour turned brown immediately.
• Emma (7/5): Clean and comfortable - The place was very clean, tidy, comfortable, modern, and had a great shower and fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold. There's also an oven but I didn't need to use that. There were plates and cutlery in case you ordered a takeaway. Great location. I was a bit raging there was no kettle or tea service area like in every other hotel which I think is a must. There were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe either which is handy to keep your clothes tidy if you're staying for more than one night. If these rooms are going to be rented out for travellers I think a few cheap adjustments need to be made especially for the price charged. There was no TV but that didn't bother me too much as I'd brought my laptop. You have to empty the bin yourself. I'm a bit surprised I wasn't asked to launder the towels and sheets too. There is no bar or cafe but is in very much walking distance of some.

Comfortable bed with sockets by bed and spacious desk I know its not a hotel experience but having some other items for a short stay would go a long way e.g hangers in wardrobe, oven mit for when using oven, hair dryer

• Grace (7/5): It was worth it! The location was good. Knowing what I now know now I will still stay here again! - The room was lovely and perfect for a short get away! The location was ideal and centred to all amenities. I would totally recommend There was no iron and I didn't prepare for not having one so I couldn't wear the clothes that I planned to wear for the conference I was attending. Also, it would have been nice if there was someone you could talk to regarding issues- the person at the hotel was not able to help because he said that they were not part of the booking host. Maybe having a number for someone you could talk/message on WhatsApp or some other way at certain times, would be great! Also, there was no kettle to make tea etc ( even though this is not a major concern to me but it's still good to know if there would be one or not).

The accommodation itself was very modern and clean, it had everything I needed included all kitchen ware and some toiletries which was lovely! The mattress and sheets felt cheap, I could feel the springs through it and the sheets started to come off the bed from the first night.
