• Mat (1/5): - Ubicacion La hora que figura en el check in es 15hs, pero al reservar te dicen que te van a dar la ubicacion exacta a las 15 hs del mismo dia que entras, ¿como podes entrar a las 15 hs si no sabes donde queda? Ese mismo dia a las 15 hs nadie me escribió, tuve que hablar con 4 numeros de telefono para conseguir como entrar (mucho mas tarde de las 15hs), que es bastante malo el proceso, la ubicacion que te dan es del garage (porque no podes usar la entrada principal nunca, prohibido), el cual no tiene numeracion, por lo que es dificil encontrarlo, especialmente cuando te mandan fotos con las paredes pintadas de un color que ya no tiene. Es un monoambiente, tenia un olor no agradable.

• Hossain (9/5): If I travel to LA again I would prefer to stay in the same place - The location was too much good and the free parking is the add-on which is really good for a place like LA atleast two keys should be given if there is a family.

• Javier (4/5): I will never be getting an apartment or Airbnb again. - The location and how near it was to all the main attractions in LA Hollywood. Management was horrible no prior instructions on how to check in. Instructions were given at the TIME of check in and while I did land early I let management know 30 minutes prior so I can make sure check in was good but she did not want to give me the instructions until it hit the check in time. I didn’t even know the room number for the loft I was staying at I myself had to ask multiple times for the actual room NUMBER. When instructions were given I had to maneuver my way into the building with a low quality video from a WhatsApp message. After all this horribleness I just wanted to lay down from this in the loft I paid for, however that did not happen. They have me the WRONG room number and I had to text the lady who owned it that hey my key isn’t letting me in what’s happening. She told me oh sorry it was this other room in the same floor which by the way I have no clue how that mistake were to even happen I texted her 30 minutes prior to make sure everything was good and I could just walk in my room but that didn’t happen. After this horrible experience I FINALLY got to the room and it was good for the price I guess but there was stains on the walls and also the table by the bedside was for some reason sticky and dirty.

• Lorena (5/5): Muy dificultoso el check in , parece IMPOCIBLE - La ubicación , pero realmente es como dicen en los comentarios anteriores . El check in es todo COMPLICADO ,lo hacen difícil !!!! Estuve escribiendo desde el día anterior anticipándome para no tener problemas y NO ME RESPONDÍAN , empezaba la conversación x Whatsap y después me pedían q escribiera x msj . Lamentablemente no volvería x esa mala comunicación La mala recepción del anfitrión ,
• Jorge (6/5): Normal - Bien la zona , está al lado del paseo de la fama y tiene plaza de aparcamiento que es súper importante, bastante completo para pasar unos días, y el último día descubrimos que en la azotea hay jacuzi piscina, que no usamos pero está bonita la terraza Muy caro para lo que es y encima estaban en obra con la fachada y teníamos los andamios delante de la ventana y nos sentimos un poco inseguros y con feas vistas

• Kirsten (8/5): I would book it again - Clean and spacious room with all necessary facilities, quiet area. I would book it again because I need alone time, can't be in a hostel for too long. I didn't receive the second message with further information, only the booking confirmation. I had Whatsapp contact through the number in the information and he/she directed me to a local manager. I called her and waited to receive the instructions. It took a while, but I received it in the end after I reached out again. So communication could have been better.
• Breanna Zoey (10/5): Second time staying here, love it and hope to come back for a 3rd! - Don't hesitate to stay here! This was my second stay this year at the property and it's fabulous! The location cannot be beat, within steps of the walk of fame. It's easy to retrieve the keys from the lock box, and the safe and secured parking is an essential! The apartment has virtually everything you might need, but if you do need something more the target is just around the corner! It is a very comfortable apartment and I hope I can stay here a third time in the future! The only thing I have not been able to enjoy is the fireplace, I've never seen a remote for it probably because I've only stayed in late July and early October when it wasn't too cold. It's very easy to communicate with the host, and while you can hear a tiny bit of street noise once in awhile when there is an especially loud car going by, fortunately the apartment is not directly facing a street so the street noise isn't bad and I've never had a hard time relaxing or sleeping or got super annoyed by traffic, I would say for a larger city the traffic noise is a whole lot quieter than one might anticipate! The only downsides are not the fault of the host. Both times I'm stayed here, the neighbor directly upstairs has a tendency to walk rather loudly at times. It's not all throughout the day and night, but usually before bedtime you can hear them walking around. I can't ding the host or the apartment for this, and I think it's just the construction of the building.
