Det var dybest set et hostel, (ganske godt som hostel), men soveværelse med trappe til hems (sovepladser) og toilet med glasruder var ikke hvad jeg havde tænkt mig og jeg syntes ikke det lever op til beskrivelsen.

Loved the daily fresh fruits and water, it is these small things that makes your stay more comfortable and easy! Definitely reccomend it and will be back!

• Frantisek (9/5): Přátelský designový hotel s milým personálem. - Snídaně byla velmi dobrá, chybělo jen mléko k cereáliím a do kávy. Hodně příjemná byla i nabídka ovoce a džusu v lednici a nabídka čisté pitné vody po celou dobu pobytu. Pokoj byl hezky zařízený. Vynikající byla i možnost ponechání zavazadel v hotelu i po checkoutu. Celkově je hotel velmi přátelský a příjemný. Bezprostřední okolí je trochu zanedbané, ale to není chyba hotelu.

This wasn’t a problem for us but when you book it’s not too clear on the bedroom layout. We had a loft bed and had to climb a ladder to the bed which might not be suitable for everyone.

We arrived late evening the first day and checked out early on the morning we were leaving and staff had great communication and were so accommodating. They even left us a breakfast pack in our fridge for our early check out. The accommodation was quiet and free fruit and soft drinks were a brilliant touch. We loved our stay here. Nothing!

Bathroom really spacious and great showers. Loved everything and would come back! The only thing that might be a problem for some people is the noise. We stayed at the bottom rooms with direct access to the street, and during the day or morning you can hear some movement and people speaking. To be honest it didn’t bother us at all, and thru the night we slept super well. Besides this nothing to point. I recommend and would come back!

It's super clean but you don't see staff much at all. It's pretty much a DIY situation. But that said, it's a great value, fun place and super clean. I stay there when I can in Bangkok.

• Aekkalak (8/5): Guter Aufenthalt in einer guten Lage. - Die Personal war stehts hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist toll. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung im Zimmer war schön und funktional. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Frische Schnack und bestimmte Getränke sind kostenlos das war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Aufgrund rücksichtslosen Gäste war die Nächte unangenehm. Man wurde wach von den Geräuschen und getrampelt… Leider können die Betreiber wenig dafür. In der Zeit war diverse Baustellen um den Unterkunft sodass etwas mehr Staub und mehr Parken Autos aber nachts war es okay.

Small problems or queries were addressed immediately. I would recommend Dear Sunday to anyone wanting to stay in the Bang Rak district.

The location is excellent, and we really appreciated the small treats for guests - fresh fruit, cookies, snacks, water, and ice. The neighborhood is full of design galleries and is very close to the river, which we loved. The apartment itself is very well equipped, extremely clean, and comfortable. We highly recommend this place. There is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. The water pressure in the shower/bath was quite weak.

The bed was incredibly comfy and the room was stylish, calm, and thoughtfully designed, it felt like a proper home away from home. I really appreciated the trust shown to guests by allowing us to use the kitchen, which added such a welcoming, community feel. The free fruit provided daily was a small but very thoughtful touch. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The location is also great, about a 15-minute walk to Song Wat Road, so it’s close enough to explore easily while still being quiet and relaxing. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-designed place with a warm atmosphere. The location of the AC (blowing cold air onto the bed).

• Alison (10/5): A great spot to explore Bangkok from - The rooms were so well thought out, the space was great. Comfy beds, great amenities, and the projector was a fun touch. The staff were lovely and very helpful when we accidentally locked our key in the room. There is a great coffee shop around the corner and it’s a short walk to China Town and other attractions. Great neighbourhood, would stay again!

The location is also very good, close to the River center, the starting place of many pre-booked activities! In the country of good coffee, here it was only instant coffee. Breakfast could be with more choices. Also the walls are not very big since during the night we could hear a lot of noises coming from one of the rooms upstairs.

• Tupou (10/5): One of the best!! - I travel alot so staying in hotels becomes a mundane experience. Staying at Dear Sunday Hometel was a breath of fresh air. I had booked a different room but do to heavy rainfall, they had prepared the room on the 4th floor. Dear Sunday hometel rooms have character, are so clean and comfortable and the attention to detail is unmatched. The staff were so great and helped with my luggage. Loved the use of slippers from the reception area to the rooms. Loved the idea of the projector but it kept on getting misaligned.

Very nice common area. Almost no daylight, building is crammed in between other buildings. 2000 Bht deposit in cash is refunded at the end, which means if you are leaving Thailand, you are stuck last minute with cash.

• Remy (9/5): Really nice stay which we will come back to if in Bangkok again. - We really enjoyed our stay at the Hometel Dear Sunday. The best part was the staff and customer service. I always received a satisfying answers for my requests in a matter of minutes. The staff was helpful and very accomodating. The rooms were always squeaky clean, it was even cleaned in the afternoon after we stayed in until noon. The location is superb; very central, quiet neighborhood, very close to the pier for general transportation throughout the city and nice artistic district with lots of cafés etc. The bathtub in the deluxe room was a perfect way to let the evening pan out after a bustling day in Bangkok. The only thing is that there is close to no soundproofing from our room to the hallway. There was a gap under the door which meant we were pretty much able to hear every word which was spoken in the hallway. Was no problem for us, as we pretty much were alone in the top floor, but when it's busy I imagine this can be bothering.

• Derek (9/5): Great place near the river - I really liked the breakfast area where I could sit at the long table or on the couch with friends. I also liked the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The fragrance used in the rooms (soaked volcanic rocks on a plate) was very off-putting to me but I removed it and the staff kindly cleared the air with an air purifier.
