• Bin (4/5): not so good - breakfirst is from 5-star nearby, it's good. The house is very noise, especially the guys in upstairs made noise for long itme, like running or jumping around mid night.

• Frederique (6/5): Nous n’avons pas vécu dans le studio, nous avons juste dormis. Le studio est propre et bien situé. Plutôt un bon rapport - L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et bien situé (accessible à tous les transports) Il est situé au rez de chaussée : manque de luminosité. On entend les bruits dans la rue, la nuit. Notre dernière nuit a été gâchée par les bruits et les cris des voisins du dessus

• Julien (4/5): Could have been a nice stay - When we arrived, first impression was good. The place was clean (it was the ‘flat’ on the first floor) and the location seemed perfect because we could do most things by foot. - horrendous smell coming out of the shower, - mattress not great, - a family was living upstairs and kids were running up until 2-3am, every night - on top of the microwave, some dust-dirt was falling from the ceiling. It happened mostly when the kids were running or people being noisy in the corridor, - walls are thin, you hear everything as if people were also on the apartment with you, - main WiFi was not properly working. There was a router in our living room. I asked for the code on booking, but never got a response. - neighborhood felt unsafe. Lots of people living in the street, under drugs, fighting sometimes. Nothing happened to us, but some people may feel unsafe.
• Martina (3/5): Logement agréable mais souvent insupportable - Alors l'emplacement du logement est superbe rien a redire on est en presque plein centre de Lisbonne ! Le temps était beau le logement était propre et nous pouvions cuisiner dans le logement si on voulait. On a ni froid ou chaud juste la parfaite température et la tout fonctionnait correctement. Le rapport qualité prix et presque présent car le logement est petit mais on s'y fait. On peut partir a pied et aller à pied presque partout, faire attention aux voitures en sortant mais c'est tout. Il y a pas mal de choses qui ne m'ont pas plus je vais donc les énumérer : 1. D'abord la douche, l'utilisation de l'eau chaude est limitée a maximum 12 minutes, après ça l'eau se refroidit donc si vous etes 2 à prendre la douche c'est limité sachez le, le ballon d'eau chaude doit être petit. 2. Toujours au niveau de la douche, les murs au niveau du sol sont humides et se dégradent du coup il y a un peu de moisissures mais rien de grave, en revanche il y a une odeur de remontée des égouts TOUS LE TEMPS présent dans la douche et même quand on dort, il faut fermé la douche et ouvrir la fenetre sinon ça pue dans tous le logement ! 3. celui la c'est le pire, je souhaite informer qu'il ne s'agit pas de la faute du propriétaire mais la faute des voisins, à l'étage du dessus PILE AU DESSUS de la chambre à coucher ! Un enfant n'a pas arrêté de pleurer taper du pied et courir dans l'appartement du dessus. On ne faisait que l'entendre du matin au soir (des fois 5h du matin) c'était presque insupportable à se demander si il est bien traité par ses parents... 4. Un ptit détail nul mais c'est dommage... il n'y avait pas de traversin sur le lit uniquement 2 coussins. Encore désolé mais je suis honnête ce sont des points qui peuvent être amélioré.

• Jdherreravzla (7/5): Esta Bien. - Limpio, buena ubicación a nada del metro, me dejaron cosas para mi uso diario, aceite, vinagre, vino, te entre otros, Al ser un bajo olía un poco a humedad pero yo abri las ventanas y compre ambientador y listo, el colchón no era cómodo tampoco incómodo, el WiFi mas fue lo q no fue pero me dio igual casi nunca estuve allí,

• David (10/5): - L'emplacement, c'est calme , lit très confortable ,propre et la cuisine est bien équipée. Petite et seule suggestion serait d'ajouter des crochets pour les serviettes de main dans les toilettes. La récupération des clefs au Check in est simple et l'hôte à une bonne communication. Nous avions une bouteille de vin offerte qui nous attendait dans l'appartement, une bonne pensée, mais nous ne buvons pas d'alcool alors ce sera pour les prochains. Merci Rien

If it's a daily rental apartment, where are the spare sheets, linens, and washing machine? If it's a hotel, where are the daily cleaners? The kitchen and equipment are adequate, but the tables and chairs chosen for dining were bar tables, so we ate standing. Professional cleaning support is definitely needed. We reported the issues to the owner via WhatsApp with photos. The internet and heating are good, and the location is good. Markets, etc., are nearby. The owner offered us an hour extension based on our flight time. Thank you.
• Roland (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war für uns gut. Viele Sehenswertigkeiten in der Nähe. Apartment war ruhig und gross - Die Lage war sehr gut, viele Sehenswertigkeiten in der Nähe. U-Bahnstation ca. 100m weit weg, ist sehr gut. Apartment enthielt alles wie Küche mit Utensilien, Tisch mit Stühlen, Schlafzimmer (mit Küche kombiniert), Badzimmer mit WC und moderner Dusche, grosses Lavabo mit seitlicher Ablage für Kosmetikartikel etc. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und relativ gross. Bei der Ankunft schön aufgeheizt, damit man nicht frieren musste. Wir konnten es geniessen und der Aufenthalt war schön. Das Malheur mit dem Einchecken, leider von der Verwaltung einen falschen Eincheckcode per E-Mail erhalten und konnten deshalb den Schlüssel-Safe zum Apartment nicht öffnen. Durch den Anfruf zum Servicedienst des Apartments konnten wir veranlassen, dass eine Person vorbei kam um uns den Schlüsselsafe zu öffnen und uns so den Eingangsschlüssel übergeben werden konnte. Wir waren erstaunt wie schnell der Gastgeber vor Ort war und uns den Schlüsselsafe öffnen konnte.

• Zarytowska (5/5): Sadly, the apartment didn’t meet our expectations — dark, noisy, uncomfortable, and not as shown in the photos. I wouldn - The apartment was fairly clean and located not far from the city center, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately, the apartment looked very different from the photos. It was extremely small and dark, with almost no natural light — the only small window opened into an inner courtyard. The area felt unsafe, especially at night, with drunk people around and a lot of noise during Friday and Saturday nights, making it almost impossible to sleep. The bed was tiny — my partner is 180 cm tall, and his legs were hanging off the edge. There was only two pillows and one sheet for two people, and it was quite cold at night with no extra blanket. There were no wardrobes or proper storage space, only a small hook near the entrance. The bathroom was very uncomfortable to use — the sink was so small that water splashed everywhere. Although the apartment was mostly clean, the bedroom wall above the bed was covered in dust, and the bedside lamps were ripped from the wall, hanging with exposed wires. When we contacted the staff, they apologized and offered to send someone the next morning, but we didn’t want to waste our time in Lisbon waiting for maintenance. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant sewage smell throughout the apartment.
