• Inna (8/5): - Неплохие просторные апартаменты, есть все необходимое. Рядом ж/д вокзал, чистый район. По соседству отель в лобби которого можно выпить кофе, есть неплохие рестораны. Если вы привыкли добираться везде пешком, то до центра далековато - 30 мин., лучше пользоваться автобусом. Найти апартаменты это небольшой квест, вам прийдется устроить опрос. Инструкция по поиску квартиры не самая лучшая, хозяевам необходимо добавить фото входной двери. Очень шумно круглосуточно, странная аккустика из-за которой очень сильно слышно все проежающие машины, которые не стихают даже ночью. Окна в квартире не останавливают шум, они не обладают звукоизоляцией. Механизм в спальне не работает и окно не закрывается плотно. Если вам потребуется оставить багаж хоть на 1 час, то это будет вашей проблемой. Если у вас возниквют вопросы, то общаться приходится с ботом, что сильно увеличивает период получения ответа.

• Daniel (8/5): Great stay in a very good location if you don't mind a longer walk to the city centre - Location was great if you're using the train station to go places, but it's not very close to the historical city centre (25min walk). If you don't mind that then it's great though; it's very close to the Sevilla FC stadium if you're going to a game, and to supermarkets and shopping malls. I liked that the apartment had everything we needed which was a good indicator of a thoughtful, responsible host even though we didn't meet them in person. (1) The mattress in the main bed was quite hard; my back hurt after sleeping there, and (2) hot water went away for a few hours while we were taking showers. The host replied quickly through their Whatsapp bot (felt like a bot, although a good one), and they had technicians visit a few hours later though. Other than that it was a great great stay.

• Iwona (9/5): - Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji: po przeciwnej stronie ulicy znajduje się duży sklep spożywczy. Można tam kupić gotowe dania do odgrzania w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze. W odległości 5 minut od apartamentu znajduje się dworzec kolejowy Santa Justa; bardzo przydatne, gdy zamierzasz dostać się pociągiem do takich miejsc jak Kadyks czy Kordoba. Do mieszkania łatwo dostać się z lotniska, przystanek autobusu EA znajduje się bezpośrednio pod blokiem. Dostęp do wejścia do bloku poprzez klucze, które znajdujesz dopiero po wejściu do mieszkania. Na szczęście w bloku pracuje konsjerż, który wpuści Cię, gdy przyjedziesz. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, świeżo po remoncie. Można samemu ustawić temperaturę w apartamencie. Do Starego Miasta dotrzesz na piechotę w około 30 minut. Mieszkanie moim zdaniem ma mniejszą powierzchnię, niż zadeklarowana; raczej 62 m2, niż 82 m2. Dla naszej dwójki wystarczające, przy 4 osobach może być ciasno. Na wszystkie nasze pytania odpowiada AI. Niestety kiedy poprosiliśmy o pozostawienie bagaży w apartamencie o 90 minut dłużej, otrzymaliśmy zdecydowaną odpowiedź, że jest to niemożliwe, mimo, że w dniu naszego wyjazdu nie było kolejnych rezerwacji. W oknach pojedyncze szyby, więc jest trochę hałasu z ulicy.

• MGBouzas (3/5): If you struggle with noise, this is not your place - The place is very well located (close to the airport and train station). You can take public transportation to go to the city center, and walk to Nervion (full of shops). It has a Mercadona with already prepared food in front, and multiple bars, restaurants, or any food that you can imagine. The door has an automatic code to enter, and even better, a doorman who explained and clarified how to cross the first main gate, came with us to the apartment, and recommended places to eat! The AI that they use to guide you, online checking, etc, etc, was very nice and handy, really liked. The windows are single-glazed and are so poorly sealed that it is hard to sleep. The wind goes through the windows and moves the curtains... how ridiculous! The place is nice, well-located, but if you can´t rest when you are there, what´s the point? All the rest is superfluous as you wake up tired after a bad night.

Pague 15 euros sin necesidad por q quedaba al frente de la estación y me hubiera encantado esa ayuda del anfitrión

Bij invullen ID gegevens werd er steeds aangegeven dat het niet goed was. Email gestuurd. Nooit antwoord gekregen. Tja en toen stonden wij voor een gesloten deur. Alles was digitaal en wij hadden geen enkel gegeven na moeizaam telefonisch gesprek de codes gekregen. Brrr weer een uur verloren. Uite

• Ian (8/5): Convenient place to stay when arriving and departing from Santa Justa train station. - The apartment is very convenient to Santa Justa train station. The room was spacious and the bed was nice and firm and comfortable. The washing machine worked well, and the washing machine liquid was provided. The link that was supposed to allow remote opening of the front door to the apartment complex didn't work. During the day this isn't a problem, because there is a doorman there, but we arrived late and the door was shut. The owner offered to come round to let us in, but while we were waiting another resident came out and let us in. Once we used the door code to enter the apartment, there were keys inside that allowed entry to the apartment complex after that. A bit of traffic noise can be heard in the apartment, but it's not very loud. More power points would have been helpful, and the knives could have been sharper.
