- Yuyang (7/5): Unparalleled views of Doi Chang - the view is unparalled from the dining area, and the bath tub and balcony also offers a view, though nowhere near the dining area viewpoint. we appreciated the extremely clear driving directions from the host, as such roads might be too small for our car / under construction, and used that for the rest of our time in the area. the rooms are spacious, well-designed, and there was always sufficient hot water for our bath and shower. We appreciated the coffee, tea and snacks that were provided. Excellent coffee and views at Yayo, just 15 minutes drive away. due to the one viable road that was available, our drives around the area became inevitably long, which was something we did not anticipate. we stayed for three nights, and so would have appreciated some variety for breakfast, as well as a working coffee machine. Even though breakfast was listed as 8am onwards, it was often not served till 8.30am or so, despite being communicated multiple times, and it delayed the rest of our booked tours. the staff are sweet, courteous, but young, and don't always seem prepared for questions fielded their way. the walk up to the dining area is also very steep, and might not be ideal for the elderly. there wasn't a heater, and the rooms got quite cold in the night.

- Nicholas (4/5): Disappointing - The concept and the building design. Exclusive feeling for entire resort style - homestay. Very friendly staff and owner. - Even though the staffs are very polite and tried to please the guests, the inability to communicate with English, not properly trained in hospitality (cleaning, basic hotel needs. Lack of information sharing for the dinner and breakfast which came compulsory with the stay (no coffee and other alcoholic drinks are available). It is difficult to find the place as needed to drive through the narrow streets in the village and the very steep driveway to the resort.
