Седях първите часове на студено и се простудих.. Обадих се в централата и направих оплакване. Ужасен сервиз. Лош опит. During the winter season when I arrived the heating was off and there was not hot water. I called the host but she hang the phone on me. I stayed in the cold apartment for a few hours and got cold. I call the the office of the booking in Holland but they told me that the host doesn't answer to them. Terrible experience and terrible service.

- Sofia (9/5): Great stay - Me and my partner stayed for 2 weeks and the apartment had everything we could have needed. Kitchen has all necessary utensils for home cooking, lovely comfortable living space with chrome cast TV also equipped with washing machine and shower. In good walking distance to main gondola and the busy part of town. Only things that would have been convenient and would improve our stay are the addition of a shower Matt for the bathroom and a bigger bin. Note that the bed is memory foam which i loved but my partner didn’t sleep well on. Good to note but is personal preference. Thank you!
