• Melissa (8/5): On reviendra :) - Nous avons adoré l’emplacement dans la résidence, le côté piscine est l’emplacement près de la plage, l’ hôte était très réactive :) Le côté déçu l ‘intérieure de l’appartement, des rénovations dans la salle le bain à prévoir , le rideau abîmé plus le joint autour de la baignoire et l’intérieure de la baignoire … le four ne fonctionne pas également. Sinon tout le reste était bien 👍
• EMMANOUELA (3/5): Το δωμάτιο υπάρχει για να πηγαίνει μόνο του στον αυτόματο. Ετσι δεν κάνουμε επιχείρηση δυστυχώς - Ωραία θέα, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, όμορφο μπαλκόνι Αργοπορημένο check in (1 ώρα αργότερα), και παρολαυτα δεν θα μας απασχολούσε εάν μας έδιναν σαφείς οδηγίες για το κατάλυμα ώστε να μπορέσουμε να αφήσουμε κάπου τα πράγματα μας ή να καθίσουμε στη πισίνα που υπήρχε, αλλά αποφάσισαν να μας αφήσουν να περιμένουμε στο δρόμο. Καμία απολύτως επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Δεν μας ρώτησαν εάν χρειαζόμαστε καθαριότητα 5 μέρες που μείναμε, ζητήσαμε μια πετσέτα δεν μας απάντησαν ποτέ, ρώτησα wifi δεν μας απάντησε ποτέ. Από τη στιγμή που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο δεν ξανά διάβασε ποτέ τα μηνύματα μας. Πριν φτάσουμε στο κατάλυμα τους στέλναμε να ρωτήσουμε κάποιες βασικές για εμάς πληροφορίες και δεν μας απάντησαν ποτέ. Καθαριότητα καθόλου καλή Λόγω του καθυστερημένου check in μας είπαν ότι μπορούσαμε να έχουμε late Check in όταν φεύγαμε. Παρολαυτα, και ενώ δεν είχαν απαντήσει σε κανένα μήνυμα μας, μας έστειλαν μια μέρα πριν και μας ζήτησαν να έχουμε φύγει στις 11 η ώρα, όπως κάθε επισκέπτης.
• Vigh (6/5): Összességében jól éreztük magunkat. Alap felszereltség volt, amire feltétlenül szükség volt. A környezet és a komplexum - Tetszett a kilátás az óceánra, hegyekre és az udvari medencékre, valamint a nagy terasz. A túl kevés és késői információ a szállásra való bejutással kapcsolatban. Sajnos közel 3 óránkba telt, amíg megtaláltuk a bejáratot, mert a megadott cím nem azonos a bejárattal. A bejárat és a Booking koordináta között 700 méter eltérés volt. A valós bejárat a Ramada bejárata mellett található egy alig látható folyosón. A Ramada residence recepciósa nem mutatta meg a bejáratot és elküldött minket, pedig tudta, hogy hol helyezkedik el a keresett apartman. a környéken pontos szállás és szoba megnevezés információ hiányában késő estig és esőben kellett megkeresni. A szállás adó telefonon nem volt elérhető. Javaslom a szállás adónak, hogy félre értés nélkül tömören adja meg a pontos címet és a szoba számot, hiszen idegen nyelven ez a legfontosabb. A két szoba helyesbítve: 1 háló szoba, a másik 1 beépített terasz részből kialakított helyiség, amiben egy kihúzható kanapé van és ezen keresztül van kijáró a teraszra.

• Amy (10/5): very relaxing - Lovely view from the balcony, nice sized living area, lovely restaurant and bar at the hotel that on the two nights we were there had live music, reasonably and nice priced food for Breakfast, lunch and dinner, lovely cocktails (mango daiquiri was a highlight), nice pool and Jacuzzi area, not too crowed. All round a lovely and relaxing stay Was a bit of a maze to find the room but the host does give clear instructions via WhatsApp and once you have found it once it is easy. As it is not part of the hotel, she just rent out a room but hotel reception staff will help if needed.
• Maria (7/5): NYE at Ramada - Beds (double and sofa bed) were comfortable. Views were lovely. Great having a washing machine in the apartment. Price we paid was very reasonable for this complex, especially as it was over the NYE period. Door handle on the bathroom door was missing. Maybe needs some new matching bedding and new towels. Would be useful to have a little info booklet with WiFi codes/local restaurants etc. We've been club guests for 20 years, and having been visiting this complex for a long time, we love the site. After our few days in this apartment, we spent the following week in one of our timeshare 2 bed apartments.

• Elizabete (5/5): - Great location and building complex, Restaurant offers good dinner and lunch. In general I have stayed in this complex before and it is great - nice views, great area, but this property hasn’t been taken good care of. There was no AC, internet was not working. Although building complex has many entrances - owner didnt provide a chip that could let us in from any other entrance exept one that is located at Ramada Hotel reception, problematic as car parking is on completely different side and you have to climb up and down. Only one set of bed linnen, although there were blankets and pillows in the closet, there was not enough bed linnen. There was no handle on a restroom door, and many other small but unpleasant technical issues popped up during our stay. Towels were worn out and just 1 large and 1 small per person for 5 nights, at least small amound of washing liquid could be left if there is a washing machine. Cleaning ladies are not doing their job well as there were hair in bathroom and they dont belong to me. Host was comunicating but problems were not solved, and as I see from other reviews others have complained as well

• Ivana (7/5): - Schöne Lage, Balkon mit Blick zum Pool, Meer und Berg. Jaccuzi, Pool top. Die Wohnung ist nicht sauber, eher renovierungsbedürftig. Die Türklinke zum Bad kaputt, deswegen war die Klotür immer offen. Bett schlampig gemacht, man wusste nicht, ob der Laken wirklich frisch war.

La comunicación con la propietaria, informando que una noche seríamos 3 personas en lugar de 2 como indicaba la reserva, no hubo problema en ello. Tranquilidad de la zona 1. La limpieza, tuvimos que pasar la escoba 2. La falta de mantenimiento, la luz del dormitorio apenas funcionaba 3. La falta de atención personal ( dejar la ropa extra en una bolsa en el pasillo, sin avisar a la puerta) 4. La puerta del baño no cerraba y cuando lo hacía te quedabas encerrada 5. La cortina de la ducha estaba negra 6. Polvo por todos lados 7. El sillón cama que se muestra en las fotos está roto
• Rima (7/5): Beautiful view ! - Great location with a beautiful view and an excellent pool. The apartment is a good size, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the place could have been cleaner — it seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our stay.

• Juan Geo (9/5): BIEN, MEJORABLE VENTILACION - La ubicación y tener disponibles todo tipo de utensilios de cocina. Dispone de Smart TV con la cual puedes compartir pantalla desde el móvil, muy útil para las noches. Tienes un parking gratuito cerca, solo queda a una cuesta (3 minutos...). Por la época y ubicación debería haber al menos 1 ventilador de pie en el apartamento, dispone de 2 ventiladores de techo pero son insuficientes.
• Tatiana (1/5): Pésima - Nada No hay luz en la habitación y la que hay es inexistente Las toallas huelen mal a que no se han lavado o se lavaron sin detergente No hay servilletas Se supone que pagas la limpieza pero eres tú quien tiene que sacar la basura , lavar los platos y dejar todo limpio No hay wifi La cobertura es mala Muebles y todo antiguo Bañera en mal estado de la antigüedad Champú gel y demás en botes no en dispensadores Un pato de goma lleno de moho La nevera hace un ruido horrible (la tuvimos que desenchufar para dormir) El extractor no tiene luz y la cocina tiene una luz muy baja no se ve mucho por la noche El vino de regalo fatal , avinagrqdo , lo tuvimos que tirar La cortina de la bañera estaba sucia El agua de la bañera sale hacia afuera (tuvimos que usar las toallas pera secar el piso) El secador huele a quemado cuando lo enchufas Por 105€ la noche no vale la pena venir a este apartamento

• Acoraida (6/5): - El complejo es fenomenal, zonas comunes maravillosas y cómodas. Personal muy atento y agradable. Buena situación, cercanía a playas y zonas de ocio. El apartamento es bastante grande y cómodo, una pena que baje las expectativas como cliente, la falta de limpieza en el interior del apartamento.

• Danijel (3/5): AVOID! - Complex itself was really nice, great pool, really good restaurants with plenty of options and lots of activities for kids. AVOID!!Apartment was in terrible condition, and was falsely advertised on booking. What they advertised as a second bedroom was a balcony patio extension with glass walls, no privacy amd a small sofa bed that would struggle to fit two people. There is no air conditioning either, unless you count two ceiling fans. We found unwashed dishes and cutlery on arrival. Some of the pots and had not been washed after use and covered in dried food. The window from the bedroom to balcony doesn't lock meaning it's not secure. Bathroom was not very clean with a fithy shower curtain. The way the shower is positioned in the jacuzzi bath results in the water pooling and draining onto the floor towards the washing machine (we had to use three towels to mop up). Bed linen was old and towels were worn and smelling of damp. We raised this with the host and they replaced our towels and bed linen plus new shower curtain. We appreciated the response and thought we could deal with the set up for the rest of the week since the complex was so nice. Then, halfway through our stay, the electricity tripped while cooking one evening, which left us in darkness and throwing out half cooked food. The host was texting tips on how to reset but none worked. We were lucky we could use the restaurant downstairs and managed to reset some of the trip switches after a couple of hours giving us light for the night. When it happened again the next morning, we contacted the host in the morning and they sent an electrician later that day. It meant we didn't have access to the apartment as he had to check all the appliances and then get new parts for the switch board. Again, we were lucky we had the pool area and somewhere else to eat that day. Unfortunately, there was limited contact from the host,didn't answer calls and only used text. After the incident with the electricity, zero contact and no response to us.
• Adam (6/5): Pleasant - Further away from see. Pool was nice. Apartment is already “used”, electricity not working well, bath already “old”. Terace very nice on the other hand on top of restaurant so its smell sometimes (cooking).
• Domingo (5/5): You can do so much better. - It was spacious. For the price I paid, the whole place is in need of an total update. Bed pillows were sofa cushions, not real pillows. No AC, so don’t even think about coming here in the summer. And every light bulb in the place could light up a stadium, I walked around in the dark so I didn’t have to turn on any lights.
