• Guest (6/5): Apartment as in the photos, very comfortable area, a few minutes from the metro. Full of restaurants - Posizione ottima, lungo la via c’erano molti ristoranti e fast food. Generalmente tutto ok Durante la prenotazione ci è stato chiesto di caricare i documenti che certificavano lo status degli studenti. Non hanno mai risposto nonostante le richieste fatte sia da noi che tramite Booking. Pochi giorni prima della partenza hanno deciso di controllare i certificati e farci sapere che era necessaria una documentazione più precisa, e dopo averlo inviato ci hanno informato la stessa mattina della partenza che tutto era in ordine. Nell'appartamento non c'erano pentole, c'era solo una pentola, c'erano piatti ma solo per una persona (eravamo in due). C'era anche un cestino della spazzatura e un asciugacapelli.
• Agnese (1/5): AVOID - Only the location and the roof terrace The room was dirty. There wasn’t the hairdryer even if it was clearly stated in Booking. On top of that the day before the check-in they wanted to cancel our booking for the uploaded documents. Even if we uploaded weeks before and no one told us they weren’t correct. The staff was rude, they didn’t believe we were students even if we uploaded the official certificate of enrollment of the University. No such experience in another place, they also wanted the list of exams. Where is the privacy? And first of all why would I lie about my student status? It was extremely rude because they assumed we were lying based on nothing…

• Gomelino (9/5): A lovely and comfortable stay in a cozy place that had everything, - The property was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled really nice. Everything I needed was close by, which made my stay even better. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Maybe just that the area felt a bit scary at night, but the house itself was perfect. Oh, and we didn’t get cooking stuff like pans, but it wasn’t a big deal.
• Camille (6/5): - The studio is near a bus stop and from there you can go to the big tourist site. You have two local shop. The staff wasn't friendly. They informed us of a problem with our reservation the day before the check-in. The trash can in the studio wasn't empty.
• Ioan-alexandru (5/5): Not a good experience. - Location After a very complex booking process (which btw is not fully mentioned before you pay), I messaged them one week before the booking start, but no answer. One day in advance and after we tried contacting them by all means, I contacted booking.com, they tried to reach them - still no answer. We finally went to London only because booking.com promised they will find a solution if there will be no response from the renter. We received the confirmation in the day the booking started, only a couple of hours in advance. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I will surely avoid it next time.

• Stephanie (7/5): good location, amazing staff but it was a little bit dirty - it’s close to everything, amazing location it’s wasn’t very clean and the bed wasn’t very comfortable
• Abdullah (7/5): A modearately nice stay - Its close to my university No cooking utensils, no dust bin and I had to request and bought my bin bags
• Amina (5/5): Fine for a one time event, won’t be staying there again unless it’s changed. - Location and studio apartment. The bed was comfy and made. Bathroom and kitchen of studio weren’t very clean. No toilet roll or bin bags in place, no washing up liquid or pans or bowls- not sure how we are expected to vein a place with none of the necessary items needed for a functional kitchen and bathroom. The desk and floor was also not clean whatsoever. The studio smelled strange as if it hasn’t been aired out or cleaned.

• Chen-yu (5/5): Good public transport access and good wifi, other than that wouldn’t recommend staying here. - Good access to buses and underground to central London, supermarkets and nice food nearby. Good wifi and hot water. Reception is friendly. Abundant storage space and cabinets considering the size of the room. No air-con and the windows are limited to a very small angle which results in almost no air flow during hot days, making the room always hotter than outside. Also there were constructions noises outside starting early morning everyday that we weren’t notified when booking. Facilities in the room is definitely not like the photos provided and much more run down. The fridge is also very weak causing our food to go bad, takes over a day to freeze two liters of water.
