• L (5/5): Bon emplacement et sécurité, mais bruit et propreté à améliorer. - L’emplacement La sécurité dans l’établissement L’appartement cosy Tout fonctionne bien Le bruit de la construction. La propreté des lieux : dans la douche, il y avait de la crasse très foncés aux niveaux des joints, les tours des robinets étaient crasseux, la poubelle, même vide, avait vraiment une odeur de pourriture, les miroirs et les vitres avaient des traces de mains, de doigts... La gestion de mon vanity oublié : -J’ai été informée que je l’avais laissé sur place. -J’ai immédiatement indiqué que je viendrais le récupérer. -Le lendemain, après les avoir prévenus de mon arrivée, j’ai attendu trois heures au rez-de-chaussée avant qu’on me restitue mes effets. -Trois heures pour récupérer un objet oublié me semblent excessives. -Cette situation m’a laissé un sentiment d’inconfort et de méfiance (déjà vécu et le personnel m'a fait la même remarque).
