- Răzvan Beniuga (10/5): Sejur reușit - Central, am avut și unde parca mașina. Apartamentul curat, iar saltelele la paturi foarte confortabile. Self check-in și check-out. Mulțumim
- Dujacov (4/5): - Kitchen facilities are good. The mattress is fine. Self-checking is convenient. The staff told me that they tried to call me 3 times to inform me that there is a room change due to the heating not working (they told that my phone was not available, but it was), but they have not texted in Booking.com chat or WhatsApp. Which means that they did not want to reach me. The room I booked was not available, and they placed me in the basement, where wifi was 2 Mbps, and it was impossible to use it. When I asked to cancel my second night, because I had to rely on the intertet the facility manager refused, though he was able to offer an apartment in an alternative location, which did not suit my needs. Communication with the manager was unclear and vague, as it took me several hours to understand that they would not return me the money for the second night, and I was required to escalate it to booking.com

- curpas (5/5): Frumos cu condiții minimale de confort care lasă de dorit . Nu voi mai apela și nu voi recomand. - Liniște, zona centrala. Nici o aparatura electrocasnica nu a funcționat !!! O sticla de apa în locație plata sau gazoasa sau și, și nu știu dacă era un capăt de tara !

Tinha estacionamento na rua na frente, o que é difícil em Cluj, mas a rua é estreita e precisa estacionar no meio fio (para nós foi tranquilo, mas pode ser difícil para quem tiver carro grande). Em geral, o proprietário demorava para responder às mensagens, mas por sorte quando ficamos presos fora do apartamento respondeu e resolveu na hora.

- Mădălina (7/5): - Locatie aproape de zona de interes Curatenia nu a fost foarte buna, era praf considerabil pe mobila. Pentru doua zile am avut doar doua prosoape mici de fata, deci cele de dus au lipsit. Usa de la cabina de dus era lipsa, iar baia fiind extrem de mica s-a facut apa peste tot. Neavand cu ce sa stergem excesul de apa de pe jos. Nici prosop pentru picioare nu a fost. Usa nu se inchidea bine si trebuia trantita ca sa se inchida, iar sistemul de inchidere se desprindea constant. Dimineata a fost galagie. Am stat la subsol, daca sunteti inalti sa aveti grija la scari, am dat cu capul de cateva ori.

Super fast check-in via code that opens the front door, and another code that opends the apartment door No private parking, but the BT arena parking is quite close, but expensive, about 10€/24H

- Sanda (6/5): "Studio Deluxe"? - Locația a fost aproape de BT ARENA. A fost curățenie in spațiul inchriat si dotări minimaliste cu gust. Nu este parcare si nici la parcarea Arena nu a fost posibilă parcarea mașinii.La baie recipientele de gel de dus,șampon au fost goale.Pretul plătit a fost foarte mare pentru un spațiu mic la subsol cu pat lipit de perete.

- Mirella (10/5): - Este o locație excelentă din toate punctele de vedere. Foarte aproape de centru, parc, btarena, stadion.. Bucataria este utilată cu tot ceea ce este necesar. Foarte curat, o ambianță plăcută.
- Caracoancea (7/5): 2 nights in Cluj - It was clean, facilities were fine for 2 nights. Staff is great, I called at late hour and got the help I needed. Location is very good. The place was described as having Free Parking. No such thing :(. I was told a day before that I can use the BTArena parking which is close and costs 2lei/h. But I wasn't told that the parking cannot be accesed after 10:00 PM. So I got there and had nowehere to park. The street is veeery narrow so no chance to park close to the place.
- Andrian (10/5): Everything was excellent: a comfortable stay, perfect location, and great coffee. - There was no breakfast option, but the coffee was excellent and a great way to start the day. The location was perfect, very central, within easy walking distance to the conference venue and the main attractions of Cluj. I honestly have nothing negative to mention, everything was very good and I truly enjoyed my stay. No complaints at all, everything exceeded my expectations

- Marilena (10/5): - Apartament amenajat/ingrijit impecabil, localizare foarte buna. Parcarea e o provocare. Pana la urma, ne-am descurcat. Noi am ajuns la apartament dupa ora 22.00, ora la care parcarea subterana de peste drum, contra cost, se inchide pentru aceia care nu au abonament. Am gasit loc sa ne cocotam masina pe un trotuar si din fericire nu am avut probleme pana a doua zi dimineata.

- alecu (9/5): Aproape perfect. - Locatie foarte buna, langa Sala Polivalenta si la 5 minute de Parcul Central. Zona linistita si aproape de statia de autobuz. Apartamentul este prevazut cu tot ce trebuie pentru a avea un sejur perfect,. Locul de parcare este langa vila, pe trotuar/strada. Strada este foarte ingusta, cu sens unic.

- ioanam (10/5): tot ce trebuie - locatie buna, sigura, usor de gasit, aproape de polivalenta, de stadion, de liniile de transport, de supermarket, parc, cafenea. self check in f util, intrare cu card sau parola. proprietar amabil. loc linistit, curat, modern, cu pat confortabil, suficient spatiu, dotat cu fridiger, tv, aparat de cafea, uscator de par etc fiind camera de la subsol, geamurile dadeau direct spre parterul exterior, spre o mica terasa si spre strada. in special seara, cu lumina aprinsa, nu prea am lasat jaluzelele jos pentru ca se vedea inauntru, desi strada nu era extrem de circulata, se mai statea la fumat pe terasa sau se intra/iesea. ar fi utile niste umerase in dulap si poate niste servetele la bucatarie

Just some small details could be improved: I would like to have towel hooks in the bathroom, some paper towels or napkins on the kitchen, shelf for private accessories in the shower, face towel (not just one big towel). The toilet brush should be fixed or replaced. You can feel cigarettes smoke out of bathroom window. If you are having a neighbours then it can be loud, when they pass through the corridor. Trash bins are just in front of the building, it doesn’t give a nice vibe and smell. Change property into prints, wi-fi password is confusing (not matching, not clear to understand)
